My wife and I were invited to a private party here during Grapefest and just have to say what an incredible group of realtors and great corporate citizens for Grapevine. The realtors I saw were the perfect hosts and hostesses despite having the organized chaos of friends (known and newly formed) descend upon their offices. The caterer was gracious and the food on point. Wish I knew their name and I d drop a mention. The band, @Sister Janez and the Bad Habits were fantastic. Kudos to the United Real Estate Group for throwing an awesome party and showing how much they love Grapevine. Bravo!!

Hi, one of your agents stabbed our neighbors yard (with a sign of course) almost two weeks ago, but I cannot find the listing on your website, Realtor dot com, Trulia or Zillow. Its not publicly listed anywhere. We just want to know what its listed for....Longneck Road, Princeton. Can you confirm, the pending listing is 1503 or 1424 Longneck? (I know 1424 is pending a commercial contract), we were wondering about 1503....thank you!

I was interested in renting the Peyton Brook property. I m a very qualified renter with experience. The realtor seemed nice enough at first. When I found out the unit at its price did not include a refrigerator or a yard for a dog, I asked her if she had any other properties that might fit my needs. She responded curtly with, no . Wow. Some type of realtor help. I ll keep that in mind for future business and go elsewhere where assistance and professionalism is provided. Realty is a competitive market, those qualities are easy to find elsewhere and consumers are not ignorant and shouldn t be treated as such.
