We were visiting Grape Vine for a conference and randomly stopped here for lunch. We are so glad we did! The pizza was so good! My wife is gluten free, and the GF pizza was just as good as the regular, which is hard to do. The pizza was filling but not overly heavy and the ranch dressing was delicious! I would definitely come back again. We saw the burata as we were finishing and I want to come back just for that. Cinnamon, did a great job as a server and her suggestions were spot on. From the first bite you can easily tell this is no ordinary pizza. Topped off with the greenest salad I ve ever seen. Not to leave out a star on its own .The burrata! This is an absolute must try! You will not be disappointed. Service was absolutely impeccable. Our server Xavier was so professional. The location is perfect with an incredible high end ambiance. I love everything about this place. For me there is no other pizza place in the DFW area that can touch Mister O1. Excellent dinner and service. They do not take reservations, but with my party of 8 adults with 2 toddlers our wait time was only around 15 minutes on a busy Saturday night. Our server was knowledgeable of the entire menu and eager to make recommendations. The biggest thing that impressed me here was the freshness of the ingredients. The taste in quality is extremely apparent from the moment each bite hits your tongue. Everyone ordered something different. On one end of the table we had a a pepperoni calzone, three different versions of the Star specialty pizza, the Laura salad which had very green crisp romaine and fresh croutons. The antipasto dishes with the prosciutto and fresh creamy burrata was delicious. My wife and myself shared the Matteo 2.0 which has sausage, jalapeños, and shaved red onion, but the Vittoria pizza tasted the best to me: the fresh shaved parm, basil and the well seasoned roasted chicken was incredible. We finished off all sharing a Nutella pizza and the Nutella/banana calzone which were a hit and extremely sweet. Followed up by one of the best cups of cappuccino I ve ever had. The food was so good I d say probably 90 percent of everything we ordered got eaten. There wasn t much left to take home. Pizza dough stands out with its fermentation process and it was flavorful , with a crispy crust while also delicate and airy and not heavy . Our server even brought out a plate with pizza dough for the 2 year old to play with while we waited for our food. All in all I have absolutely zero complaints , and this establishment could be either utilized as a romantic date night destination , or a great gathering place for family and friends to all share a slice of whatever they order. Disclaimer : there will be an automatic 20% gratuity added to tickets with parties over 6. This was the case in our situation, which did not bother me, but it is something to be aware of so you aren t caught off guard or double tip an outrageous amount. Alicia did an incredible job serving us this evening. She made our toddler feel at home and helped keep him busy with his own plate of pizza dough. She gave us personalized recommendations from the menu and explained the restaurant concept perfectly for first-time guests. When the food came; it was spot-on. Highly recommend the burrata appetizer with prosciutto. The star pizzas were solid, but their pizza was solid enough that they don t need the ricotta to make a slice. We appreciated the wait list s ability to see where we were in the queue. The only thing I would say would ve made the experience better would have been the spacing between tables; definitely a bit tight/closer to your neighbors than you d expect. Kid-friendliness: Wasn t expecting it to be so kid-friendly: server brought a small portion of dough and flour for our toddler to play with before the meal. At the end of the evening, she also brought our son a teddy bear dressed as a pizza chef. Super friendly and a memorable experience for our whole family.

Delicious! You can tell the ingredients are fresh. The dough is fermented / rested for 72 hours, and it s noticeable. Light, crispy, delicate. The toppings were just right, not too much or too little. Even the water was tasted clean. We got the Greta salad, Star Luca pizza, a traditional customized pizza, and a plain cheese pizza. Everyone was happy, and, notably, we didn t leave with that all-too-common, heavy feeling after eating pizza. Friendly service. Clean restaurant. Loved the white brick and tile and lightened wood design choice. Definitely recommend and would return!

This is a beautiful restaurant with delicious food and great customers service. I do feel like the items on the menu are a little pricy, but the deliciousness makes up for it! Definitely recommended stopping to grab a salad and star pizza!

We ordered a pizza to be delivered via Uber Eats. Cost for a pizza, which we assumed would be large, was $26 total once the delivery fee was paid. The small sized pizza was delivered cold and the pepperoni was under cooked. Very disappointing for the price.. Maybe in the restaurant the food quality is better, but delivery via Uber eats was a huge fail. would rank 0 stars if possible..

The staff and service is top notch! We forgot our daughter s dairy allergy and they (without us asking) immediately offered to make her a vegan cheese pizza. Way beyond kind and thoughtful!! The Star Carlos pizza is so delicious and right amount of zing from the jalapeño sauce. Must try pizza restaurant!!
