I had the worst experience. We had a scheduled consultation in which she no showed with out any communication and or a notice. I did reach out to see what happened and I received a text message highlighting that court proceeding had taken longer then expected and although I am very understanding that things happen being passive aggressive and not assuring an additional consultation is beyond professionalism. I was desperate and pleaded for another appointment because I needed help and I was denied another appointment and the appointment that was offered was pushed out and by that point I lost my home and was forced out to be homeless with my two children. I dont wish what this office did on any one and forever will give her a thumbs down.

I called this law firm because I had a ticket the law firm was quick they called me and notified me of what I needed to do to have the best outcome. I did most of my communication through email as it was the best way for me but even through email the communication was awesome . Over all if I could give more stars I would the best part is that I didnt even have to go to court they handled it all so if you have a busy schedule as I did this is just a plus. Thank you all for helping with my tickets I will definitely be sending friends and family to you all . You all are awesome .

Such a disrespectful, this person 1. Play with you time; if you have an appointment set up they will call you 30-45mins after with any excuses; 2. You trying to explain the situation and they will not let you talk and they will hang up the phone on you please just look for other respectful attorney . In here you will never find respect. No recommend at all.

I had an excellent experience working with Ms. Worthy. I had been going back and forth with a previous landlord regarding damages in a townhome we were renting for months (water damages caused by a neighboring unit). The landlord would not budge. Once Ms. Worthy got on the case, she was able to have the damages eliminated and the landlord acknowledge that it was not our fault. Would recommend her wholeheartedly.

I had an issue with a paving company that damaged my car and I caught it on 4K video. They would not respond to my request for reimbursement of money that I was out for repairs. They finally admitted guilt and said they would pay but ghosted me for months. A few emails from Fiona was all it took and the case is closed. She is on point, precise and unwavering. I highly recommend Ms. Worthy for any legal needs you may have.

We were referred to The Worthy Law Firm and Fiona Worthy when our LegalShield law firm, Ross & Matthews, was unable to handle a citation for my daughters expired registration sticker. The process was so easy! We paid a small flat fee and sent over a copy of the citation and the registration for the vehicle. It took about 45 days for the attorney to work with the court and much to our surprise the citation was completely dismissed! We didn t owe anything no defensive driving required and the citation would not be going on my daughter s record. We will definitely be using The Worthy Law Firm in the future. Highly recommend them!!

I had an appointment with the attorney and it was cancelled. I did not cancel it and was advised I would have to wait a longer period of time for a new appt even though I did not cancel the appt and it was done in their error. The assistant then said she would get back to me to reschedule and she never called back. I followed up and was told I would have to wait even longer. Poor follow up

You know how most would perceive that attorneys are not responsive, and really out of reach for most budgets.... well I want to share that I got timely responses, and i was able to pay for her services. Not only that I had gotten a way better deal for my negligent speeding than I could imagine. Now I do hope I do not get a speeding ticket and I have learned to slow down closer to the speed limit (just being truthful of my driving) IF I do get another violation, I most certainly will call this law firm for help. Fiona did an amazing job for me twice! I have a CDL and she was able to work her magic on my tickets in Flower Mound. In my personal car (not work truck) I had a speeding in school zone and an accident a different day. She was able to withdraw my warrant (that I didnt know I had) go to court for me (while I was at work) and get me a great deal (I paid less fines and no points). Shes not a great at communicating but she totally makes up for it with her skill. I definitely got my monies worth with Fiona Worthy.

I was so scared of my license being suspended because of warrants of tickets i had forgot about. After hiring Fiona she took care of lifting the warrants and was able to keep all violations off the record and get some dismissed saving me hundreds of dollars that I would have had to pay to the court. I m a single mom with 4 children that need me to drive them to school and daycare etc. If it wasn t for Fiona I don t know what I would do or how I could take care of my family and by her saving me money, i now can afford a decent Christmas for my children. If I could give her 20 stars I would, without Fiona I don t know where me or my children would be.

I wish I could give zero stars, First I went online and gave a $75.00 payment for their service and described my situation in the message box. Day one I received no call or email. At this point I am already not liking whats going on. Day two I reached out and spoke with the assistant who could not give me any help in my case at all or even give me a simple guesstimate of how long it would take to take care of my case, almost seems like she knew nothing about law at all. What also bothered me is that she needed me to find paper work from a few years ago to help me with my case which is weird because any firm I used in the past did not need to do this and I felt like I was doing her job for her. So I was able to find some paper work which gave dates, times, and judgement but it was still not enough for her to help me and she could not reach the attorney. At this point I am frustrated and wanted a refund so they could stop working my case because it went no where. As soon as I asked about a refund now all of a sudden she can reach the attorney to talk to me. So about 30-45 minutes past and I get a call from Fiona who tries to explain to me that they were given the wrong information and telling me this wont be done over night and that it will cost a minimum of $1500.00 and so on and so forth. the whole time she was giving me this spill she didnt pause to make sure I understood or if I had any questions almost like she rushed to get the information and was rattling it off to me non stop to make it seem like she was working on my case for a while even though I feel she just looked for my information then. When she ran out of breath I was able to ask did your assistant let you know I wanted a refund because I was unhappy with the service and she replied we already started working on the case and did a lot of research so no we cant. I was not mad because it would not have helped, So she starts to explain some more and I said its ok let me stop you there I am fine have a great day. After that I called another law firm they asked for my name and date of birth then boom found my case gave me a price quote and gave me a time frame that my case it would be resolved in within a few minutes! Also it was hundreds of dollars cheaper then what I was offered previously, not only that I got all the paper work I needed to fill out in my email and they are working on my case as we speak. I would not recommend this business to my friends or family.
