We were seated very fast since we called ahead. We had an amazing server. He always made sure we were good on refills and had our food to us fast. He offered us an amazing offer for the club and we signed up because of the great food and amazing service. Was $10 for six months. Amazing deal and amazing perks.

My family & I meet up there this evening and we received the worst service from the bartender. Not getting service from our server we went to the bar to get a drink, the bartender refused and was sarcastic, rude and when I asked for a mgr he laughed, mocked me, showing off, acting a fool and said yeah I got you then paused and said later thinking he was so comical with no interests in helping the situation. You get poor service due to the poor quality of service hired, obviously lack of training and poor set up within the restaurant. I ll never go back.

Went this evening to celebrate my nieces 13th birthday expecting to have an awesome night in celebration of her becoming a teenager, sad to say that wasnt the case. We usually love coming here and enjoying the atmosphere and wings! This trip turned bad when a member of the staff (the bartender) started talking down to me and being very disrespectful. He even went as far laughing at me when I requested to speak to the manager and refused to get them for me. Sad to see such wonderful place employ people like this that have a full disregard for customer service. Guess well be taking our business to Hooters or Buffalo Wild Wings next time...

We used to come here all the time . I gave 3 stars because the girl that took care of us was really nice. I order the same thing as always but this time it just was not good at all . Old discolored lettuce and the chicken was ice cold . I asked to have another one and still the chicken tasted like reheated microwave chicken and the lettuce was still gross. Just disappointed they need to reevaluate the cook quality

The food overall, when its right, is good. But getting it right...is a hassle. Every single time I order for pick up or online, its missing at least 1 thing. At the restaurant, something is usually wrong. This one took the cake though. Order a grilled chicken salad and it came with no chicken. It says Sal - Gr Chix on the receipt when I got it as well. Crazy! Someone there should review orders before sending them out.

I went in for lunch today and was taken to a table. I waited for 15 minutes at that table and nobody came and greeted me or asked my order. I watched 3 other tables that came in after me get served in the amount of time I waited. I then got up and left. On my way out there were 2 servers standing at the host desk messing around. 8.15.2024-First time at this location and I was impressed considering the lack of cleanliness and service at the location closer to my home. Walking in, very clean and the hostess was very friendly. Bathrooms were clean as well. We had a large booth that was located more on the bar side and there were tv s everywhere including directly above our table. I wasn t in the mood for chicken so I opted for their grilled cheese and tater tots. So good! My son had their unlimited chicken bites and waffle fries. He let me try the different flavors he chose, all were good as well. Kaitlyn was our server. She was great and very informative with the questions we had. She consistently checked on us throughout our stay. As she was checking us our, I learned she was an avid reader like myself as I had explained we were on our way to see a movie that she also wanted to see. This location changed my views on the Pluckers brand in a very positive way. We will be back more often now!

I m sad to be leaving this review after growing up loving this location! Its gone downhill a lot the last couple of years. The service was awful (took almost 30 minutes just to get a sweet tea), food wasnt very good, and they have an alcohol limit now. If youre wanting to come watch sports games and have some beers, keep in mind they limit each person to two tall beers. They also didnt have any prelim UFC fights on which are free - how disappointing for a sports bar. Hopefully they can work as a team on improving to what this place used to be.

I took my husband out for wings on his birthday and from start to finish, this is the best Pluckers weve ever been to! Our host (and even food runner), Lai, was so sweet and friendly. She definitely set the tone for the restaurant. Lai always had a smile on her face while at our table. Our server, Ryan, was very efficient, polite and never left us waiting for anything. One of the best servers weve had at a Pluckers and in a long time. Our wings were AMAZING! We tried 4 flavors and we still cant pick a favorite. (Maple Chipotle, Gochujang, Goldrush, and Jamango Jerk.) The manager, Taylor, even checked on us. She was very nice and it added the extra touch. We will definitely be back at this Pluckers!

This was a new place for us. Our waitress was fantastic so sweet and helpful! The atmosphere was kind of weird, I think it was the table placements. We didnt understand the regulations with the alcohol, how do they only allow 4 beers max? The 8oz margarita was priced at $8 when the 16oz was priced at $13 (including a free color changing cup) that was whack. I couldnt get that though because after I ordered the 8oz I wasnt allowed to get the 16oz. Very confusing. The food was just okay. Maybe because we came an hour before closing? As we walked in we were notified that the wait was 1 and a half hours. We went ahead and checked in and signed up for text notifications we also waited in the waiting area. None the less we got the notification early and reported to the hostess only to be notified that we missed our time frame. So we waited another 30 minutes and finally got seated. We also got Jordan who was our waitress (AWSOME young lady by the way) she notified one of the managers as she saw that we weren t to happy at the time. Walk in to three women standing together talking to each other that dont acknowledge my husband or me for a solid minute before finally telling us its going to be a while and go sit over there. After a while of waiting one starts to take us back when another stops her and us to argue with her about whether or not we should be seated. Finally get to a table thats got old crumbs on it and the seat is wet. Server wipes the seat down, we order, service after that was decent even with a shift change. The new waiter introduced himself. Our table was one of the only ones that didnt have a paper towel roll, the ketchup was empty, we only got one knife. The fries were old and hard, waiter replaced them but the new ones were still questionable. Over all mid experience.

Pluckers I have a very important recommendation for corporate the office. Please remove the Tots as a choice of side. They were very greasy, mushy, and reminded me of cafeteria Tots. Update review: If you come here to watch a football game, expect to leave by the first quarter. You are allowed 2 large drinks max, regardless of liquor or beer. So supposedly because one person did something dumb in Houston, this manager is SUPER strict on how many drinks people can have. You can t have more than 3 beers per person. We ordered 6 entrees we came for the NFL draft and they had a radio station to promote drinks, but no one could order them because everyone was at the limit . It was a complete gimmick and waste of time. The waitress was great but when you blame a manager for them impacting tips, there will be turnover which will mess up this location. Plano location is significantly better. If you re in Grapevine, go to the new Buffalo Wild Wings a minute away.Great place and not dumb rules

We used to be regulars at this location when we lived in Grapevine. Today was our first visit there in probably 2 years, and it was very disappointing. Short version is that even though we got the text message that our table was ready, we were completely ignored by the hostess staff while they seated many other tables. We gave up and sat at the bar. I asked the staff about the situation and they said we werent there when they called my name (false). The service at the bar was very slow - I think they were understaffed. The food was decent, but the wings were overdone and a bit smaller than in the past. Next time, I probably try the new BWW location on 114.

second time I come to this location and they give me cold food they offered to give me a new plate and I have to take it to go cause then i find my self eating alone and thats not the reason of going out to eat as a group. I uderstand there is cooking times for boneless and bone in but if you see that the tables has both it makes sense to prep it so both people get hot fresh food. Arlington is a store that has more foot traffic and they still manage to get everyones food out hot! i used to enjoy the location because its emptier but this place has became the reason for me to hate this restaurant

My partner and I came here to grab a beer and a light dinner. There weren t a lot of people there, as it was 8pm on Easter Sunday. We went up to the host stand to get a table, my partner wanted to wait for a booth. The hostess didn t give him a wait time, just said okay, and then walked away from the host stand. Another couple came in after us, and I guess also wanted to wait for a booth. They sat at the other bench further away from the host stand. Another hostess was standing behind the counter, and we waited patiently. The host we originally spoke to had yet to return to the host stand. The other hostess went to talk to them, and sat them at the booth I saw them cleaning off when we walked in. Which didn t make sense to me because she had seen us sitting and waiting before this couple even walked in It is clear that these hosts were not communicating well. It was not busy and there were several other booths open that we could have been sat at the second host never asked us what we were waiting for. I ve been a host before, so i know that the issue was a lack of communication. I honestly have no idea where the host we spoke to went, we didn t see her again until after we sat down at our table. Our waitress was fine but was bland. We were clearly done with our food, and we had to ask to be brought the check. I get that it s was later and close to closing time but we just really didn t get good service

Amazing food, but Today we weren t treated the same way we usually are. We sat a 10 top and were all over the place near the end of the night. My food was amazing as always, unfortunately, there was a miscommunication when it came to pay the tab, for the first time, we paid on a portable POS which is common in the industry now, but this server kept reading our totals out loud and was moving kinda fast. There was something off about my ticket so I paid and then requested a paper copy. Upon seeing this paper copy there was an extra 5 wing combo, and I tipped on that higher total, which came out to $86 total. When I asked for an explanation and a correction to my tab I had already paid, I was told, no sir, this is what you re tab says . I then requested a manager because I had just paid 86 dollars and not any other number that they said I was charged . The manager said, this doesn t usually happen, but it should be right on your bank . I told him I understood and that things happen, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and drove home. Only to get home, crack open the laptop, and I see no correction, no right amount or anything, just the original amount I told the server and the manager that wasn t correct. Tomorrow I will call the store asking for the GM, because this isn t the way I wanted my evening to turn out. I like to eat here, not under these circumstances though. Vegetarian options: Salad

I live quite a distance from this location but always made the effort to dine in here due to the service and wait time. This past time the service was terrible. I would leave our servers name but she didn t even introduce herself she just asked what do yall want to drink, and every time we ordered an item she would immediately follow up with is dat it? She was clearly in a hurry and as soon as she dropped off our entrees she asked if we wanted dessert. I m sorry but could we at least take a bite of our food first? I ordered bbq and Cajun wings with a side waffle fry. My best fries in the city were cold and so were my bbq wings. I refused to pay. Management was understanding, but whoever is in the kitchen on 2/23/24 needs to GET IT TOGETHER, my experience was very disappointing. I won t be returning.

Joined the waitlist at 6:30pm for a party of 10 to be seated around 8pm. Joined and said I had to check in at 8:06pm. Was on my way to the restaurant with my party and when I arrived I saw that I had received a text at 7:58pm that we were taken off the waitlist. No call, nothing. I told this to the hostess, AZALEA, and she said she gave away my table to a party already there. What is the point of the 8:06pm check in time that was provided if my table was going to end up being given away? I proceeded to wait an additional 30 minutes since it was my birthday and was already there with my party. Waited a total of almost an hour, then left. Terrible system, this could have been avoided by telling me an exact time, or y all calling ahead. I have been coming to this location for 4+ years and every time, I get greeted with attitude.

Terrible service at the entrance. Told us it will be an hour wait and 30 min went by and we were noticing large parties leaving and so we decided to ask how much longer of a wait and was rudely told are wait time just got longer by another half hour hour!!! Place is packed to the teeth and felt mistreated. 2/10/2024 on a Saturday at 7pm. Wouldn t recommend for any parties over 4.

I ve been a pluckers member for over 3 years and I placed a $60 order on DoorDash and there is no where to choose to add a side of sauce so I called them and they said they re too busy and to place a separate door dash order just for a side of sauce . The manager was super unhelpful saying it s superbowl Sunday I am still a paying customer I even offered to pay with card over the phone and they didn t care they brushed me off. Not renewing my membership with this kind of service.

I applied for the prep/dishwasher job and got an interview. So I got there and was early which should be a good sign. Ive been in the restaurant business for 11 years and have done many positions. I was approached by a manager named TODD. We introduced our selves and proceeded to a table tp do the review. He asked me to tell him a little about my self so I told him my years of experience. And how Im always on time and dont call in. Then he started asking how much money I need each week,then he asked my availability. I told him I prefer days but I was willing to do a night if needed..then he asked how many hours was I was wanting I told him close to 40. Then he asked how much i needed to make weekly and i told him more then $500.Then he asked me what is my definition of team work and I told him everyones job is everyones job when someone needs help we shoukd all help each other. After that he ended my interview and Said he had several people to interview and would either send me an email stating they found someone more fit for that position or call me and let me know what I needed to do next. An hour later someone else went to an interview and got hired on the spot!! There is no reason I didnt get hired and if there was TODD should have been more direct on what he needed in availability instead of asking with no reply on his part!! I think that place had a very high turn over rate and I see why! They keep hiring the wrong people!! He asked if I ever ate there and I Said,but what does that matter!? Very unprofessional interviewing... I was told the management is mean so Im probably better off not getting hired but theres no reason I didnt get hired with all my restaurant experience. Maybe Im over qualified... if they are always hiring theres a reason thats for sure.. learn how to interview TODD and find the right people and you wouldnt have such a high turn over rate. Maybe I should have applied for server thats where I have my most experience.. I love people and am very attentive. I told TODD that. He could of mentioned it but for some reason he acted to be intimidated or didnt like me. Im very disappointed

It took 10 mins after I was seated to even be acknowledged. And I was the one that had to flag down a server to ask for my server. It took 30mins to get my first order. I was eating with coworker and he didnt get his food until 10mins after I recieved my food. Even though, I ordered his food 30mins ahead of time. The Waffle fríes he ordered were like warm and had to be reordered. The server was attentive, when we could find him and flag him down. Overall, Not a good experience.

Came to Pluckers while on vacation from Cincinnati. The food was amazing. Tiny, our waitress, was absolutely wonderful! The best service I have had in a very long time!!! Ok so I ordered through DoorDash last night but whoever wrote on my receipt really made my night so much better!! :) work has been really rough this week and yesterday just wasn t a good day at all so seeing this definitely put a smile on my face! So shoutout to whoever did this!!! Oh and the food was so freaking good. I got the chicken cheesesteak and added jalapeños and it was *chefs kiss* like I knew it would be! I also was very impressed by how the order was packaged. The sandwich was wrapped in aluminum foil to keep it hot and fresh and it s also smothered in queso so it was nice to not have messy fries! Will for sure order through DoorDash with this pluckers again!

Just a horrible experience. Waited one hours and 17 minutes to be seated when I was quoted 46 minutes. They kept seating other parties, both smaller and larger ones, parties of 8, 6, 3 2 ,etc. We were just skipped. I approached the hostess stand three times to try to find out what the problem was, no straight answer. People that had just arrived were seated before us (party or 2 ). Just lack of manager presence at the hostess stand to address any issues. Completely disappointed. Would not recommend this location at all
