We eat a lot of pho and have been looking for a new place to eat weekly, so we tried Pho Duc. We ordered spring rolls first. There was a piece of hair on the shrimp spring roll that clearly was not our own because of the different hair texture. When I told the waitress, Milan, she did not apologize or say anything at all. Instead, she took the plate without saying anything or asking if we even wanted a replacement (which we actually did not at this point) and brought out new ones. We had no clue that she was coming with new ones and decided to keep them assuming they were complimentary since she brought us new ones without saying anything at all. The next order had brown residue in it, but we let it go and just did not eat that one. Before paying I suggested that the spring rolls be complimentary to Milan because of the issue. She declined without advising a manager. We paid and left. Not a great impression of Pho Duc.

The food here is good. This particular restaurant location has had lots of turnover the past few years. The other shops did not serve meals as high quality as Pho Duc. Hopefully they stick around aong time. My family really likes the food.

Me and my wife are so happy to have a quality Pho restaurant in midlothian now. I even stopped in today on my lunch break. The service is top notch and the staff is very friendly! The food is amazing! We have not tried everything but me and my wife love Pho and now there is a quality restaurant no more than five minutes from us. Very highly recommended

I just had my dinner at this place for the first time, so i didn t know what to get. I asked one of the girl that is the server of my table what to get and she recommended me to get the crab noodles soup, which is pretty yummy, I would definitely get it again! Look, if you haven t been here yet you re missing out! The flavors in the pho are outstanding! My daughter had the chicken pho with dark meat and ate/drank every bit of it!(Which never happens). I had the oxtail pho and I m dropping the mic here!!!!! Ask for Erik!!! He was a great server and host. Oh and before I leave, get the freshly made lemonade. Period!!!!

Love the Beef Pho! I ve been searching for the right flavor since I moved to town and it s a definite favorite, and the Chicken Pho was quite good as well. I went here because I was craving Pho and egg rolls, the reviews and rating were high, and it was closer than my regular pho place (Pho Pasture in Arlington). The pho was okay taste wise, but the noodles were soggy. Also, I asked for no onions in my pho, and they added them anyway. The pork egg rolls are okay, a little soggy on the inside, even when piping hot. I will not be returning. Pho Pasture is better.

I happen to be at the FedEx next to this restaurant when I could smell the delicious food. I don t normally try new places without a little research and reading some reviews. It was lunch time and it smelled so good, I had to stop to check it out. They actually had a lunch special that was delicious. I did have pho in 86 degree weather but it was delicious it made me feel good and was plenty for me. I forgot to take pictures as I basically devoured it steaming hot (as it should be ). Would recommend to anyone in the area that wants delicious food with a homemade feel.

Best pho place i ve found around dfw, and I stop for pho any time it s near me. Broth is super flavorful, veggies are always fresh, and nobody makes pho with filet mignon without a hefty upcharge. Pho Duc does, and the meat is always fresh! I come 3-4 times a week, and the service is what really makes this a 5 star restaurant. Obviously, the best Vietnamese food in Grand Prairie...but Pho Duc is more than the standard Pho place. They clearly take pride in using the finest ingredients and the specials are fantastic and wont be found at other Vietnamese restaurants. In the past couple of weeks Ive tried a rabbit curry and a chinese-style kung pao chicken...both were very good. The salt and pepper octopus is also awesome if you have room. Service is very friendly. My wife and I always appreciate visiting with Nam and his recommendations are always wonderful. I ve dine and order for take out. I ordered a pho Ga and the server at the register suggested a soy-milk drink. Which I thought was really interesting but my palette wanted something refreshing. I asked if they had sparkling water? He said yes topo chico this place is great. The pho literally made me feel like I was back in Seattle, it was delicious ! So worth the drive. Wife wanted to chear me up and recommended we try a new restaurant. We ordered Duck Pho, grilled pork Bahn Mi, stuffed chicken wings and korean bbq ribs n rice. All the tables were dirty in spite of us being there at a low turnout time and hardly any other customers. The food was good, but cross contamination seems to be an issue due to some of the chicken in my chicken lo mein tasting really fishy. Fortunately, Im not allergic to fish, but my not disliking sea food affected how much I enjoyed my food. The server was nice but seemed a little pushy like a salesman almost like he was making sure we ordered before changing our minds and deciding to leave for another restaurant. Just an overall weird vibe. But once my few fishy tasting chicken pieces were out the way, the food, again, was good with a bit of an overkill on the soy sauce.

Got grub hub delivery. So of course i paid extra to try this place , we got salt and pepper wings and they had no flavor, they were also so over cooked they were completely dried out and hard to eat. My husbands beef stew was missing completely from our order. My pho tasted like nothing. I had to add all the condiments they provided into the broth and then some that i had in my fridge. I left 90% of it uneaten, the noodles were falling apart and i couldnt eat those even if i tried. The fried rice was different, it had whole shrimp with the tail on. The fried rice was the least terrible thing we ordered. The spring rolls had shredded lettuce in them i guess thats also something they do differently. Egg rolls were normal and good.

We had pork spring rolls, vegetable egg rolls, I had the filet minon Pho, my Fiance had the grilled chicken and rice topped with a fried egg, plus our friends had the vegetable Pho and Oxe Pho, do not forget to try there Thai tea, a must have. Food just okay. I have definitely eaten at better pho places. Try pho en in stead. The biggest pet peeve was the rude, dismissive and horrible customer service. I understand some of the staff may not speak English so well, but there is no reason for them to be so rude. Driving up to the takeout window they looked at us and did not even acknowledge us further than that. We then had to call them on the phone while in the drive through and then they had an attitude when we asked for more sauces. If you are from Mansfield don t support this business. They are other pho devices that treat their customers better than this.

We ordered from them on Door Dash. My son had the Chicken Pho, smelled good, he said it was good, not outstanding but decent. My husband had a curry dish that he was very happy with. I however got the vermicelli and it was not at all good. The shrimp was flavored well, but instead of vermicelli they substituted spaghetti. Not at all the same texture, shape or taste. It was very bad. Ended up tossing it because if I wanted cold spaghetti I could have cooked a pound of it in my kitchen for a dollar and then let it just get cold. Had super high hopes, but sadly most likely will not reorder.

Cold weather and a hot bowl of Pho are a perfect combination! Ordered Vietnamese Shrimp Spring rolls (2) with Peanut Sauce to start. Inside was cucumber, cilantro, noodles, and shrimp, no carrot. Choice of 1-3 meats, or no meat Pho. The added beef rib was juicy fall-off-the-bone tender and the most flavorful meat but the amount of meat on the rib was scant and mostly bone, and it was only a half rib. I wondered if I had received the fatty brisket, but companion ordered the fatty brisket and the piece I saw was all fat. Overall there was a fair amount of meat, however, the filet mignon was 3 small thinly shaved slices interspersed throughout the bowl, barely enough for the flavor to come through, but what there was it was delicious. We did get our fill off of the broth, noodles, and side bean sprouts, jalapenos, basil, and lime. Service was good and pleasant in the beginning, better if you arrive from 4-6PM happy hour because the restaurant did fill up from 6-7PM. The service fell off after the dinner rush when we were ready to get our check and leave, and could not get our servers attention. Bubble pop music in the background. If you happen to dine-in on a cold day I recommend a coat or jacket to throw over the individual metal chairs and to sit away from the doors because there is no vestibule. Or, better yet order ahead and pick up at their drive-thru window. Vegetarian options: Meatless Pho

Im not sure what has happened to this place. When it was new, the food was excellent and the service felt like it was family members who were proud of serving their customers. Lately its been disappointing. Service is mediocre at best. Today, we received our starter egg rolls six minutes after our Pho came! The broth on the chicken pho was strange. Always a great experience. We always notice how calm and quiet it feels which seems unusual given its one big open room with high ceilings. One would expect it to be loud and echoey but is pretty peaceful. We always get the fantastic pork spring rolls and I usually get the all meat pho. Tonight I wanted to try the beef rib so ordered it with a 3 meat pho and it was delicious. The best part of dining there on the weekends are the $2 mimosas!
