I don t come here very often but when I do, I love my experience every time. The employees are so kind, attentive, and very helpful. It was my mom s birthday and she wasn t sure what to order so the employees tried to help her choose a sub that she would like based on her preferences. She ended up ordering a make-your-own turkey sub, which was very delicious. The employees made my mom feel special and I couldn t be more grateful for the service we received :-)

I ordered online and picked up after work, drove 50 miles home to find an item missing but I was charged. I call the store they don t that item at that location. Then I shouldn t be charged. He said that s the website that does it. I asked to credit my card for the item. He said I must come to the store for a credit. I asked for a manager and he said he won t be in until morning.

Foos is ALWAYS amazing, but the atmosphere is down and almost depressing. It is never clean, and the staff seems unmotivated to interact or guide the customer in thier experience. Ive been to other locations. This one is not one I would have chosen if its my choice other than the fact that it was around the corner.

When ordering the triple stack, the option on the app was selected for no BBQ sauce. My emailed receipt said no BBQ sauce. Some how this was lost in translation... 1st sandwich - wrong. I saved it to give to someone else. So I reordered (paying for the 2nd sandwich, I am keeping both so I didn t mind.) 2nd sandwich same issue. Talked to Mgr about it he argued with me its not my fault and after going back and forth several minutes he decided to offer to make a new one. During the process he was still blaming the system, the app, and the person using the app (me) He didnt offer any sort of apology. In fact he informed me next time to make sure. I was blown away! I did make sure I had it in black and white (on my receipt/app and email). What the heck!!!!!!!!!!!!! Most companies will correct with no problem. He reluctantly did. The worst part about this.....This was my first time EVER ordering/eating at a Firehouse Sub!!!!!! So disappointing. The experience took from the enjoyment of the sandwich.

I ve been wanting to try firehouse subs since first seeing it on tv but unfortunately we don t have any in Long Island so I got to try it when I went to Texas and it was ok. I had the hook and ladder sub. I didn t realize it comes hot but I m sure you can get it cold, just have to ask. Would try again, but definitely get a cold sub next time. The sandwiches are always good here, however, my issue is with the customer service. Not only did I see an employee completely ignore a customer because he had his back to the ordering area and was playing on his phone, but this same young man was wearing his pants so low that his entire backside was showing when he bent over. Sure, he had on underwear, but how is this considered acceptable work attire even in a casual setting? I didnt get his name, but hopefully someone in management will see this and remind the employees what is and is not acceptable to wear to work.

Although I was satisfied with my service, I being a first time customer, overheard some of the crew making their way towards the drink station which just so happen to be by our table. We over heard them acknowledging that the drink station had no Dr.Pepper anymore (probably needed to be refilled or changed out). One of the employees then goes on to say see, I told you we were probably out of Dr.Pepper and you needed to change it out. Another employee goes on to say Well I m not changing it until someone asks for it. But no one wants Dr.Pepper little did they know I did want a Dr.Pepper. Unfortunately since I m used to being dismissed or told that unfortunately it was completely out I picked another beverage. It wasn t what they said but how they said it. Neither one of the employees who went to grab a beverage went to solve the issue although they now acknowledge that it was an issue. I m not sure that s very good customer service if you ask me but other than that I had a really good time ! I told the gentleman that was taking our order that it was my first time and he was very patient with me. I asked about the meatball sub and he gave some great recommendations and tips. He also gave me his opinion on how it was one of his fave subs. I m not sure if his name is actually Jeeti like it says on the receipt but thanks to his excellent customer service I told my Fiance` who loves the food here that I would definitely be back. So thank you very much Firehous Subs! This was one of the best experiences I ve ever had. Way better than subway that s for sure !

I ve heard about Firehouse Subs for a while but never tried it. I finally decided I wanted to and searched one out. I love tuna fish and the picture of the tuna sandwich looked great. That s where this love story ends. My sandwich was bread and pickle with a very very small amount of tuna, as if the tuna was a dressing instead of the main ingredient. Have you ever run out of mayo and run your knife or spoon in the bottom of the container 15 times on a circle trying to get enough to taste. That s what this sandwich reminded me of. Probably won t be back.

Worst experience of a restaurant that I have ever had in my life... and Im not that young. I have never been so humiliated by staff for just being disabled, been spoken to more rudely, or been seen as a completely disposable consumer. So I went there to get dinner. It was take out since you cannot dine in. No problem on that. Food is usually always good no matter which Firehouse subs you go to. Usually always a friendly staff and they usually get the food out quickly. Having said that on this occasion and at this Firehouse subs the customer service was lacking when the cashier was taking our order her name was Jeeti on the receipt, I dont know if that was even her real name. She was rude and could of cared less that we ordered anything. She wasnt paying attention to any of us and just kept saying, What else? Also a nice touch was the mouse trap in the bathroom. All my years eating Firehouse Sub Ive absolutely loved every sandwich I got. Which makes this very upsetting that I have to give a low rating to this store. I simply asked the attendees if they could warm my cheese and tuna to make it essentially a tuna melt. Without even asking around or any reason they decline to make it. Today I ordered online at firehouse subs on Pioneer in Grand Prairie, TX. The first thing I saw when I walked through the door was one of my subs in a bag with the lid completely open, exposing my food. The bad thing was there was another customer standing right in front of my food. Where is the precautions that should be taken during a pandemic ? This is an example of how foodborne contamination starts. I guess there s no HACCP plan at this establishment. I ll never go here again !
