The cashier hard no part in this... It was only her second day and I couldnt hardly tell.. Found it hard to get a simple (hot and ready) with actual marinara sauce on it.. pizza consist of sauce, cheese, crust and toppings.. if I wanted just cheese and cust, I would have ordered crazy bread. Manager was surprisingly willing to give me a refund instead of making the pizza pie the right way.

I don t understand why this place had no pizzas. No pizzas ready at lunchtime. This is just ridiculous. The phone was ringing off the hook and no one was answering. The front person obviously did not know what he was doing. Did not have any kind of customer service skills, nor did the two pizza makers in the back, laughing and giggling it up while there s a line of people. Instead of being hot and ready you have to wait 20 minutes for a hunting ready smh they need a Management in there during the day.

WORST, SLOWEST LC I ve ever been to. Also the first LC I ve seen that has 8+ please working at the same time and I have to wait 30+ minutes for a single order. I ve had LC execute 15 pizzas before in under 30 minutes. The front girl seems to hate her job, and god forbid you ask for YOUR receipt.

Ordered online, went to the store about 5 minutes before it was supposed to be ready, and had to wait about 35-40 for the crazy bread. While I understand they were busy and had some new help up front, I still thought it was excessive for pizza and crazy bread. I was surprised google map took me out of the way from my near me . So initially I was upset as I kept driving and started thinking service & food would be trash. However, the young woman who checked me out has the most amazing personality and customer service was best in years (from all other experiences). My food was ready. She was helpful with the self service. The place was clean. Food was good but the cheese pizza was lacking cheese she said need to buy the most bestest to get the right amount of cheese. It was more sauce then cheese. But all in all better experience & food was better than I expected. I ll use this location again if I m in the area.

Good, or at least decent, pizza for good prices, and though I had some issues with incorrect orders when I started going there initially, after about the third or fourth time I went there, they got their act together in spades and started delivering exactly what I ordered every single time, and have had zero issues ever since. Their garlic butter sauce was (and still remains) unexpectedly good, too. Not too salty, not too bland, just right.

The only reason this Little Caesar s is getting 2 stars is because the pizza surprisingly turned out to be pretty decent despite horrible service. So I put in an order on the app and got a notification that my order was done but they couldn t put it in the pizza portal. So I immediately go in and ask for my pizza, which the girl at the counter said It ll be a few more minutes. About 5 minutes later, the pizza was finished. If an order is finished then don t send a notification out that it s finished and don t blame the system for being faulty.

First time using this little Caesar s. Might be the last. Hair was baked into one pizza- two slices affected, breadsticks were over baked , both pizzas were wonky cut and the 1/2 and 1/2 pizza wasn t event topped to the midpoint. You can see for yourself I m not just exaggerating. I ve had wonky pizza cutting before so just for that I wouldn t have bothered rating the place so low but with issues on everything, something needs to be said. I did give them some credit of two stars since overall the pizza tastes like a LC pizza, the staff was polite when giving me the order and it was ready at the time stated when I checked out online. I still don t get how my elementary kids can get the concept of fractions being equal parts and are capable of getting fairly close to cutting as such but so many pizza places rush so much or simply don t care about the quality that they are incredibly wonky in their cutting.

So I called the store at 9:00 p.m. and get a busy signal for 10 minutes...no big deal I stay 5minutes away, so I proceed to the store and lights are off in the lobby but I can clearly see workers basically hiding.So I checked the door its open and someone comes up front to take my order.Moral of the review these kids in there dont want to work at a certain time even tho they close at 10: p.m. I can see if it was 9:45 but 9:15 come on guys. Ordered a supreme pizza and got a pepperoni pizza with a whole bunch of raw diced onion, bell pepper, sausage and mushrooms sitting ON TOP of the pepperoni pizza. I already had it and I asked him to speak to the manager and he told me he wont be here until tomorrow if I wanted to come tomorrow. I asked him for my money and he commented that it would take 4 to 5 days to return it to me. But my children had already been waiting for a long time and were hungry. After a while they came to their senses as I told them that I would rather lose a customer for a pizza knowing that it wasnt my fault. I exchanged the three pizzas and checked that they were good and they gave me a bad one again after spending 40 to 50 minutes from my original order. I ordered a pizza with three toppings on it and ranch and paid $14. I opened the box and there was barely any cheese and none on the edges at all. They also ran out of Parmesan?????
