Went there once, just at first to see what was new for the time before Beetlejuice had hit theaters decided to watch Deadpool & Wolverine. Still enjoyed the film, the staff were very friendly and kind and told me where my theater room was and what way my theater room was and throughly enjoyed the theater, film from start to end.

Very dirty. Cant believe they dont Have rodents with all the mess under the chairs. Right before we went inside, these 2 ladies supposedly clean the theater. They need to really check themselves about what it means to clean. But, maybe they are only suppose to clean the isles!

Great reclining chairs. Superb selection of food. Service at food counter was odd. Place was very clean. We like the reclining chairs, so we go there rather than our local theater when we can. Seats are getting worn and lumpy. Nice when they were new. Still our preferred movie theater due to the luxury seating.

Went to see Deadpool and Wolverine. Only seats left were in the 1st row but that was ok. My daughter bought me a queen alien head that was supposed to be filled with popcorn but the girl behind the counter just gave us a huge bucket of popcorn and said enjoy. That was nice because it was far more than we should have got. The seats recline so its a comfortable place to watch movies.

Great reclining chairs. Spacious and good. They did not have our popcorn ready at the pick up area when I ordered it online with the tickets. I arrived 20 minutes before the show. I got the run around from about 3 different people. They did finally get the order right and were very nice.

I love going to the movies here, I went yesterday and theater 13 smelled disgusting, like why? And the movie I watched was 2 hours long so that s how long I had to sit there with that terrible smell. I wasn t the only one who mentioned it, other people walking in smelled it as well.

Coming from Houston we came to this Cinemark while vacationing to see Inside Out 2. The seats though limited were excellent. They were full reclining and it didn t matter if you sat up front or in the back the smaller seating made it a great place to be anywhere. I definitely did like it. We took a chance on this theatre based on search and it was worth it.

Bugs (possibly roaches) flying around while eating popcorn is so uncomfortable. Speaking of uncomfortable the seats faux leather is falling off. I wish they could be a decent grand prairie theater but simply are not we will be driving to Arlington or Irving from now on. Not sure if you can see the flying bugs in the pictures (bottom of screen) gross. Im sure the owners will say We strive for a high standard sorry we did not meet your expectations lol. Needs some real updates, pest control and management. Very disappointing.

The seats are large and comfortable but some of them need some TLC and reupholstering. Reserved seating is still great... I love the $5 Tuesdays. They sell alcohol here if you are into that. They have regular stadium type of food but I wish they had a few more options. Parking is ok. They have security here often usually cops but Ive never had any issues like that here. They are also really good about finding your stuff if you lose it in the seats. They also have an arcade here. Ive never used it but people are always using it so must be fun enough to pay for.

We just went to watch Inside out 2 with my girls and husband. The theater was full hot. And where you put the soda was dirty, some kind of bugs flying around while the movie was playing seat are getting old mine had some of the leather wear off and uncomfortable I was wearing shorts I have really like this theater before I will think twice on coming back

I didnt know they had cheaper tickets on Tuesdays. If youre a member (the non paid member), you get 50 cents off each ticket. So its a little cheaper than Premier Lux. Their large pop corn is about $10 and is refillable once and their Large drink is $6 and refillable as well. I was only able to refill my popcorn but not my drink bc when I went back to refill my drink, the concessions had closed. Even though the movie we were watching was only halfway through. And there were a couple of later movies playing. It was about 11pm ,but I would appreciate it if they would have stayed open later. The restroom had plenty of stalls but needed some cleaning. The chairs in the theater were big and reclinable. I just wish they had a food tray attached.

This is my go to theater. The popcorn is fresh, the sound quality and screens are great, the bathrooms usually need a little attention. I recommend ordering the Jalapeños as you get a good size bag to go with your nachos or popcorn.

My son prefers this location so we pass other locations to go there. Service is always just okay but today I noticed some employees providing excellent service! It s always refreshing to experience. When walking to the attendant station to show our tickets 2 employees walked up to make sure we were helped. After the movie my son likes to play a few games. I had a problem with a game in their arcade and although the manager wasn t responsible for it he was understanding and addressed my concern. He went above and beyond and I appreciate his customer service.

I almost didnt come here due to the recent low review. But decided to overlook that and go anyway. I ordered my tickets and concession online. Yes, the snacks and drinks are expensive but thats expected. We went in the afternoon, staff were friendly, it wasnt busy and it was clean. The bathrooms were clean as well. My disappointment lies with the concession food that I ordered online. I chose deliver to seat and that came fine and staff were nice. The popcorn was not fresh or hot, the nacho cheese cups were only luke warm as well. I had hoped that the earlier showtime may have meant fresh popcorn and hot food. Also, the theatre was a little warm inside. It could have been a few degrees cooler.

Hello good afternoon well last night I went with my girls I bought 4 tickets for love lies bleeding and 2 tickets for kung fu panda 4 Don t get me wrong The theater is pretty clean and well maintained. I love the comfortable seats, but I was unsatisfied with the services, and the concession stand very expensive. Didn t even have no popcorn or Slurpee s, the young ladies that work in the concession were in the hurry to go home so they turn everything off spend like $70 on sodas water candy and hot chips really want popcorn and pickles and they said they didn thave nothing not even Slurpees and I spent almost $90 in tickets very unsatisfied .

Me and my girl LITERALLY saw a guy stealing a truck. We advised the security guy who was a few feet away from them and he walked inside instead after responding OK after he acknowledged our report-. Went inside to get a refund and lady told me it was the THIRD time a vehicle was being stolen from the parking lot. We decided to leave since they didnt ask if we had any info as if they didnt care. P.S. 1/2/24 I called today as your team requested just to confirm that cinemark doesnt care. The agent just told me he only took the call, and the response of the reviews is pretty much marketing, just to show a response by the way still waiting on my refund

This theater is tucked behind Spring Creek BBQ. Polite ticket sales and admissions. I liked the coupled, large, leather feel, cushioned, reclining seats. The best overall view seems to be row D (screen shown from fully reclined position). Quality sound system. Typical concession stand; no order delivery to your seat. Inside theres an arcade, and outside there are charging stations. Police monitored parking. Be aware there are two movie theaters off of Carrier Pkwy.

Now as grandparents know it s the concession stand that can break the bank but that is true of every theatre. What I loved is that we were never even in line anywhere. I ordered tickets drinks and food and paid online, so that all we had to do was check in, grab our 3d glasses, find our seats, raise the ottomans and our concessions were delivered to our seats. Worth the price, what a treat with my granddaughter to watch Trolls band together 3d. I knew every song, my granddaughter told me I was the best grandma anyone ever had. Great memories made yesterday! Thank you lord and cinematographer Grand Prairie!
