Very bad service, I do not recommend it. Yesterday, the day of the fight, we arrived, we ordered and they did not notify us at the entrance that they would be charging for the fight. 20 per person, we went as a family. 8 of us consumed, we ordered food and it turns out that they tell us if they do not pay for the food, they have to leave and As if we had already ordered food, they didnt care, I told them to cancel it and I will only pay for the drinks and they said that they didnt bring us the food, we had to eat quickly and with 20 minutes left, they again went to run to the police to make sure we paid the bill, we arrived. from 6:30 oh so they could have told us to finish eating and finish their drinks that are on the table they will have to leave but they did not stay with a tub oh charged and without saying that 60 of pure tip that they charge you so I do not recommend it not bad service at all

It was truly the worst experience I ve ever had at a restaurant. When our food arrived, I decided to cancel the appetizer, but just a few minutes into our meal, it was brought to the table anyway. I politely reminded the server that we didn t want it, but she shrugged, set it down, and later added it to our bill. Throughout the evening, she never returned to refill our drinks, and the alcoholic beverages we ordered tasted watered down, as if they lacked any alcohol. When the bill came, the server took my card but didn t return it. A short while later, she informed us that she had lost it. Then, the manager approached and claimed she had already given it back to me, which was completely untrue. When I insisted that she hadn t, the manager casually brushed it off, saying, accidents happen, as though it was no big deal. I asked her to either find my card or comp the meal for the inconvenience, and she responded by saying she would check the cameras. After this, I approached the bar, only to catch the server trying to conceal my card, as if none of it had happened. To make matters worse, we had called ahead to confirm whether the venue was appropriate for kids, given it was late in the evening. Despite being assured that it was, during our dinner, a drag performer got inappropriately close to me, and when I excused her, she moved on to a man sitting directly in front of my 13-year-old, behaving in a shockingly inappropriate manner, she aggressively (explicit) the shaft of his beer bottle several times.

Friends Invited us for dinner, they have been before and had a family member work there. Wifes plate,Flautas- guessing it was good, ate it all My plate,Torta de fajita- it tasted sooooo goooood. Toppings were not overwhelming like others are made. Had perfect amout of everything on it. Fajita was soft and tender, wasnt fighting it as I chewed. Fries, delicious. Cooked just right and I think I ate them with buffalo sauce (my fave) Friend and his wife molcajete and Aguas chile. The Molcajete cane out sizzling. Had sausage, shrimp, chile slices. Aguas chiles, shrimp, avocado, Cucumber slices, onions etc etc. Sat on the side where the stage is. Music was loud, I get it, its like a sports bar vibe as well. But I hate talking loud. None of that is a deal breaker for me, definitely going back and trying something else

This was my first time visiting Rio Bravo Grand Prairie and it was a very enjoyable. My family and I had a good time and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. For dinner I had Ceviche Rio Bravo it was delicious. It was such a large portion that I could not finish it all. I later had a margarita and it was okay a little watered down but it wasn t too bad. The restaurant also has Karaoke. It was really entertaining seeing everyone that was brave enough get up there and do their thing. Overall, I definitely recommend giving this place a try!

The experience was the worst we could have taking into account that we had come here before From the entrance they had a band playing with excessive volume on their instruments we literally had to shout at each other to be able to hear each other, when we placed our orders everything apparently was going well but when the food arrived we got a big surprise, the Food It was clearly heated and had no freshness, not to mention the appetizers. We ordered some chicken flautas and they were dry and tasted like they were stored terrible experience! However, at the time of paying, the girl who served us was very unprofessional and did not know how to listen to us when we told her how we were going to make the payment since we were going to separate the bill from the food and drinks, to which She told us literally, I cant separate the plate. She left and arrived with the bill... we say pay and pay attention that they charge the tip in advance %18 of your amount to pay, they dont notify or ask questions, they simply increase it on your bill and already very disappointing this last visit because we will not return AGAIN

Our waitress Gabby was super attentive, very nice. The food was the most horrible Ive ever tasted. First it came cold then it had the most God awful sour taste(chicken enchiladas). If only you could give lower than 1 star... What wasnt wrong? We ordered the sampler and the flautas were dry and flavorless, the nachos were soggy and had canned peas (yes canned peas) in them. The quesadillas couldnt have been less inspired if my cats had made them. The queso is really just canned cheese product with nothing in it. And good god the tres leches was so rancid that it could have brought Lazarus back from the dead just to warn us off it! If you are trying to lose 10 lbs, go for it and have the cake... If you hate your in-laws, boss or spouse; bring em here and tell them to go for all of it. However if you want a good meal, maybe skip this restaurant.

We came here Saturday at 8 and were seated right away and received menus. We decided to come here because we wanted to drink and eat and spend a good amount of money since we didn t celebrate Valentine s Day. So it was this or Vidorra and we decided to take a chance here. Our waiter never came by and I told my husband to wait because maybe they were really busy. The people behind us came after us got seated , given drinks and we never even got checked on. My husband had to go get a random waitress and can t complain about the drinks being served fast. Our food order was taken and she was very attentive after that. We wanted to keep drinking and get dessert but the whole dinner felt like we had to flag down someone for something every time. We decided to leave as we couldn t enjoy it, seeing the people around us get seated and attended to. My husband had to get up and go to where the waiters stand to pay for our meal. We still left a 20% tip but were prepared to leave generous tip since we were planning on going to a higher end place but wanted a more low key place to hang out . The food was good ( green enchiladas) and will probably sit at the bar next time, or just never come back as there s way better places with better service everywhere else.

We were there on Saturday night after events at the high school. We chose it because the kitchen was open late and it said family friendly. It was karaoke night. It was super loud! Its definitely not a good choice for quiet conversation. It was so loud we could not give our order to the waiter. There is nothing to crazy going on but definitely would not bring small children. The food was pretty good. It was not a nightclub or restaurant. Somewhere in the weird middle. Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly on weekend evenings.

I wanted something quick with a good drink, so I googled to see what was near where I was. I passed this place without knowing it due to the building. The structure looks like if it was a business office place at one point. This is a very large restaurant that seems to have a DJ booth with a dance floor. My opinion, dont now if they have that. I sat at the bar, and the lady who helped me out had a straight face she would just hand you a menu and ask you what you wanted. She wasnt rude at all, but I felt like she was bothered. Now, the food was very good to me. It reminded me of my moms cooking. Seemed to be freshly made. This is my favorite guiso that uses real ingredients and no powder. Great rice & beans. Meal is served with your choice of white corn or flour tortillas. I chose corn. The margarita had the lime mix flavor, but after my first one, I could tell it did have liquor, so i was good. We went in for a birthday dinner on a Monday with a party of 10. The waiter, Juan, did an exceptional job at getting everyone s drinks and food with no mistakes. He was attentive and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. They later came out to sing happy birthday with a free churros with ice-cream. They had lots of TV s. Me and my family love this place we go on special occasions like family birthdays, or just to catch up if we have not seen each other in a while. They have great drinks and really good and cheap priced food. They also have a lunch special that is very cheap but you get your moneys worth. The food was garbage. My sisters had the chicken enchiladas. Chicken was dry. The sauce looked like it was canned chile. My shrimp boil was cold and didn t have flavor. It came on a plate and not even tossed in the sauce that tasted like Valentina. The only thing I had good was the tacos de pastor. The waitress was actually the nicest part of the evening. But if you wana get your drink on, enjoy karaoke, a show and a loud atmosphere this should be the place. I ve been here twice in the past 7 years. Definitely don t plan on coming back.

Place is festive with music which can get pretty loud if you take kids. The plus side to going here is that the margaritas are pretty cheap during happy hour. Karaoke is available if your musically inclined.
