Normally we have no issues at this location, so surprised when we went last Monday that there was a 30 minute wait and they were short staffed. Our server was nice and informed us of them being short staffed closer to the end of our meal. Bread sticks were not up to par like they normally are but the salad and soup were delicious.

The restrooms were not cleaned properly, and there was urine on the floor in the mens room. The server was inattentive and made several mistakes with our food order. We had to ask the cleaning staff to come back and clean our table twice because it was dirty. The tables and booth seats were not properly cleaned, and the staff did not use wet rags to clean the surfaces.

Mix Drinks are amazing. Server Jairo amazing and he gose above and beyond. As far as food I had been served cool Alfredo noodles, no sauce and dry. Mario manager made his way to us after hearing our experience. Out with my family trying to enjoy the evening. My sister plate was as dry I love sauce even if had a spoon it would have worked but it was like they ran out of sauce.

today was my family and i s first time at olive garden, and it definitely will not be our last! our server Kristen was very helpful, kind, and patient as we were deciding what to order. everything came out swiftly and efficiently, and the food itself exceeded our expectations! the store itself is also very clean and elegant. the general manager Carmen came by our table after hearing it was our first time at olive garden and made sure we were satisfied and welcomed, then gave us a choice of any free dessert off the menu. when we were done and walked out to leave, both the hostesses were very kind and held the door open for us. needless to say, this olive garden has gone above and beyond and has earned themselves new loyal customers!

Extremely crowded. Waited 45 minutes to be seated. Once seated we waited 15 minutes, a male attendant came by an asked how our table was doing. We replied honestly that we had not been supplied water or menus. He said we would be receiving complementary items and went to the service area. Curious about what he meant we waited. Several minutes later we received menus and water. The waitress took our orders and the wait continued. We have never experienced such an inattentive wait staff. Or such slow service. We decided to take this location off our list of favorites.

Olive Garden Italian Restaurant is located in the Epic shopping center off the 161 in Grand Prairie, serving Italian favorites such as pastas, salad, and breadsticks. We came through on a weekday right before dinner time, where there wasnt a crowd, and unfortunately, we werent greeted at all but yet were stared down face to face by a staff member. It was an akward moment, and I felt lost and was hoping for another staff member to rescue us. A couple of minutes later, another staff member greeted us and sat us down at our table. I figured either the staff member creating that awkward moment was a new member in training or just wasnt a hostess but instead hanging out at the podium. As we took our seats, we waited for our server to appear but instead just sat more, and he finally arrived with menus and took our drink orders. We went ahead and got the Tour of Italy and a kids Alfredo with tomato sauce on spaghetti noodles. Our salad and breadsticks arrived shortly after, and the salad was topped off with freshly grated parmesan. The salad had tomatoes, black olives, croutons, and pepperoncini peppers. Shortly after, our dishes were presented to us and looked great. The Tour of Italy had chicken parmesan, Alfredo with fettuccine, and a meat lasagna. The chicken parmesan was fried golden brown and very crispy that had a layer of marinara sauce with melted mozzarella cheese. The Alfredo with fettuccine was presented nicely with the noodles cooked al dente, and the ratio of sauce to pasta was good. The meat lasagna was layered nicely and well put together. After our meal, I was looking forward to taking home some additional pastas to go, but sadly, our waiter wasnt attentive since he was stacked with other guests and all I wanted to do therfore was to pay and exit. Overall, I expected maybe to much from this restaurant and set my expectations higher than what the restaurant is worth. I honestly believe customer service is a must, and I feel I didnt get this experience while dining here. The ambiance of this restaurant feels outdated in this modern world we are living in. This location needs more service training and to be evenly staffed to provide exceptional top-notch service in which I didnt receive from the moment I stepped foot inside. A simple greeting with a warm smile while entering a fine establishment can go a long way.

Went to this location for my Birthday dinner with my family. The server was great and that is were the good thing end. The food was subpar for Olive Garden. My husband ordered the steak and Alfredo noodles, steak was ordered as med cook. The first steak was so overcooked that is it was like cutting cardboard. Sent it back again asking for a medium cook. This time the steak was still purple. Super disappointed. My husband was no longer wanting to eat. Although his meal was Compt still not what we wanted for my Birthday Dinner.

HUGE SHOUTOUT TO MARILYNN J. We dinned in around 2:30 on a weekday. Seated on table 604 and ordered a basic soup and entree. We had MARILYNN J as our waitress and she was exceptional! Sweet, polite, attentive and such a smiling face! She asked if we would like her to box our food for us when we asked for a to-go box, which I have never been asked before! It was a sweet gesture, we declined as we dont want to make her work more than she has to (lol)! Amazing service! The food was somewhat good, the usual! Nothing over the top, but the service is what makes it a 10/10. If there is a bonus or reward for customer service, please management, give it to Marilynn. We noticed how awesome she was with other tables as well! Even large groups seated next to us were attended to in an awesome manner.

Im sad that I m leaving 3 stars but here s why. I know I went in around 1 which is busy because of the lunch rush. My server at the bar was great and even though she had to take care of a bigger table and myself, I want to talk about her coworkers. Even though I requested to sit at the bar the hostess did not bring a menu or silverware. It s simple but instead I feel as if they are door watchers. When the bartender finally did get around to me she was very sweet and attentive. You guys are a team and I believe if there are workers standing around not doing much then they should try to help. I haven t been in the restaurant industry in a few years but I m sure hostess get tip share meaning they get paid to at least do that. Everything else was ok and a little long but as I ve stated it make sense because of the lunch rush.

Came here last week with my cousins, there was no one there at the time, so it was very fun because it was only us. We had a really beautiful waitress. Who was kind and funny. Mario, the service manager, greeted me almost immediately when I approached the guest station and had me seated in one of the booth tables per my request. Cristal the waitress provided me with prompt A-1 professional service! Cristal was very attention, and provided me with the absolute best customer service! Per this review I am giving Cristal a ********** 10 Star Google Review! The restaurant atmosphere is very clean and comfortable! The Seafood Alfredo was prepared very well with great presentation! Finally, the restaurant staff that I observed were all courteous, respectful and provided very timely professional customer service! I recently dined at Olive Garden to celebrate my child s 10th birthday and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service provided. From the moment we walked in, the manager and staff were attentive and welcoming. They had no issues accommodating our large party and our servers ensured our dining experience was exceptional. The food was delicious and served promptly, exceeding our expectations. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, adding to the overall enjoyment of our meal.

Brought my family out for a late birthday lunch and everything was perfect! The pastas were nice and hot, crispy shrimp was nice and crispy and hot, desserts were soooo creamy and delicious. But what really stood out was our server Raheem! When I say this is the server you want at every event, I mean it! He is so full of joy and makes everyone feel at home. Even if the food was awful (which is NOT the case here) this man would be the reason for coming back regardless! Thank you Olive Garden and thank you Raheem!

Weve been loyal patrons of this Olive Garden since its opening, choosing it over other dining options in Arlington. However, tonights experience left me deeply disappointed. As I sought to treat my family to a pleasant dinner, I found myself regretting the option choosen. While the food met our expectations, the demeanor of our server soured the evening. I would prefer to attribute his behavior to a bad day rather than entertain the thought that it was motivated by anything else, such as the color of my skin. Despite the managers efforts to mitigate the situation, our server persisted with an attitude and tone that was both condescending and unpleasant. My attire, or the decision to order only an appetizer, should not serve as grounds for judgment regarding my ability to settle the bill. Whether our server was overwhelmed with his workload, as the manager suggested, or simply deemed my family unworthy of respectful treatment, it remains wholly unacceptable for someone in the hospitality industry to lack compassion and professionalism. In a gesture of goodwill, I opted to tip him 25% of the bill, hoping to uplift his spirits and encourage reflection on his interactions with future customers. I trust that this review will reach the establishments management, prompting appropriate training measures to prevent similar experiences for other families. Despite our past loyalty, I am left with no choice but to reconsider our dining preferences. It is with great disappointment that I acknowledge our likelihood of returning to Arlington whenever we crave Olive Garden.

I have had enough with restaurants, not just Olive Garden, who list BAKED ZITI on the menu. When it comes to the table, it is not, in any part, nor has it ever been BAKED. It has boiled ZITI with a marinara sauce poured over it. Before I start straying into the dark side, I should just hang up now. Thank you for your time.

Wonderful good, so tasty and fresh. Our server was attentive to us and checked with us quite often which made our evening even nicer. The manager came over and thanked us do dining with them and asked how everything was. We will definitely return.
