Well y all! I got breakfast here for the very first time! It was great!!! I ordered the scramble egg veggies, hash browns and bacon: veggies and eggs were balanced and freshly prepared. Hash browns were slightly crispy which is what loved. Bacon slices were 3 big meaty thirsty cuts fantastic. If you have never had breakfast here because it says BARBECUE, then try it. I also tried the biscuit and gravy but it was not for me. I love a good slightly brown gravy with tiny tiny sausage bits for flavor. Biscuit was on point.

The food was about average to be honest. Most barbeque places taste about the same. Not all mind you. It was quick service and I got as a side some fries and they brought me a big ol basket full which is great as I love fries. I got the two meant plate with some brisket and some sausage and as the 2nd side Mac and cheese which was also good. Overall I would return if in the area.

I love PERLA!!! I had an issue with my potato. She is wonderful. She handled my issue with care. Her customer service was amazing. My husband loved his chicken fried steak sandwich and fries.. potato just had foreign potato object. The cook was so nice as well.i love it here

My partner and I rushed in to get dinner before close and I admit, this wasn t my first choice for dinner tonight. The first place we chose boasted about food and atmosphere, but upon arrival we couldn t find parking due to a neighboring event. Panic was hitting that options were soon sparse and neither of us wanted a drive through meal tonight. The next BBQ restaurant on the list was Outlaw s. We pulled in and ordered with the kind young cashier, then sat ourselves. The restaurant had this weirdly nostalgic feeling that both of us were feeling. The restaurant was dated, but in the best way- It was clean, in good repair, but reminded of places visited when young, feeling like it must be a local staple. The food was very good. Unique flavors to bbq, tasting homemade. We both scarfed our meals, requiring a crain to get out of our booth. Naturally we still had to snag a piece of cake to-go as they were enticingly placed on the end of the counter. Even full, we had to have one. This is a real mom and pop that we happily discovered by complete accident. We are so glad circumstances pushed us here instead of our first choice.

First time trying outlaw bbq and I wasn t impressed matter of fact it probably was the worst bbq I ve ever had. Chop beef was extremely salty I couldn t finish. The Mac n cheese was decent and the green beans were awful. I also got banana pudding and I love banana pudding it was terrible. It was just banana jello pudding with nilla wafers. Shame on you for serving that lol. Disappointed, however I would like to try their breakfast but I m scared.

The worst customer service ever!! As walking in , I asked for the menu because I cannot see the menu on the wall.the girl at the register was like we don t have a menu and I don t know why it was so funny for her , So took my phone out and took pictures of the menu. The girl at the cashier was not even nice, she didn t greet me at all. She had her mad face. She looks at the other lady that was taking orders at the drive through and they both laughed. Well, I order my food to eat there and then I order a to go order . This time Lenny B took my order and she was so rude!!!! I made a poor decision because this was close by when I wanted BBQ. Sadly, this wasnt it. More like catered BBQ for a wedding. Its not a crafted BBQ. DISAPPOINTED... A lot of nostalgia here. I recall visiting weekly with my dad and grandpa as the latter fought cancer and strived to spend time with family. This must not be the same place. The food tasted like I couldve bought it at Costco, a minths supply for what I spent that morning. It wasnt BAD, but I wouldnt put it within a stones throw kf GOOD either. Staff were overheard complaining about the girls not coming in because they were hungover. The memory of this place has been shattered. A crying shame, but no sense in denying reality.

I have to be honest this place had the worst bbq I ever had before. The staff were nice and the restaurant itself is nice and the A/C worked really well so those are the positives. I ordered a bbq chicken sandwich and received a full grilled chicken pattie with lettuce and tomato and not even any bbq sauce. You would expect chopped or sliced chicken drizzled in some sloppy thick bbq sauce but even when I tried the actual bbq sauce it was very watery literally wouldnt stick to the meat at all. The sides I ordered was the Mac N Cheese and Okra and I have to question is there even any seasoning in the kitchen at all. Ive never tasted Okra that bland before and the macaroni was very subpar as well. My 11 yr old can make better Mac N Cheese at home than what they served.

First time here. I liked it. And would like to come back and try other items. I had brisket and sausage, green beans and pinto beans. All was good. Nothing stood out as amazing but nothing was bad. Everything was fresh and at the right temperature. Desserts looked amazing but I didn t buy any. I had some free ice cream and was good. The place is clean and has plenty of seating. We sat outside because the wealthy was beautiful and it was very nice until we realized that both visando staff come out there to smoke. I wish they would do so away from dining area. I won t be seating outside next time. Service was great and everyone that served us was very kind and professional. I definitely will come back.

Only bbq good here for me are the fries. I tasted the ribs, chicken, turkey, and brisket and none was seasoned well or tasted like it was smoked on the grill. Dissatisfying lunch for me taste wise. The online reviews of Outlaws are confusing to me. I have eaten here dozens of times and it has always delivered-- very solid, consistent quality food, service, atmosphere. The online reviews seem to be either overly ecstatic (as though they were posted by friends and family) or depressingly poor (as if they were posted by competitors.) Let me clarify. What Outlaws is NOT: a destination high-end au courant frou-frou bbq restaurant where everything is sold by the pound, a la cart, and plopped on butcher paper on a big industrial stainless steel tray for $35-45 per person at checkout. It is not Terry Blacks or Lockharts or Heims or any place likely to be reviewed by Texas Monthlys Barbecue Editor. What Outlaws IS; a comfortable, clean, reliable neighborhood bbq (and breakfast!) purveyor of significantly better than average meats and sides (but by no means 5 Star material.) An old-fashioned, rustic sense of decor that exudes That 70s Joint atmosphere contributes to its distinctly blue-collar no-nonsense atmosphere. Reviewers who complain about price have evidently not eaten bbq since Those 70s Joints went out of business. Prices are actually more than fair, especially given the slightly above average to above average portion sizes. They even have BOGO chopped beef sandwiches Monday thru Thursday (a steal of a deal!) The staff is friendly and efficient, but its a bbq joint, so if you are expecting fall-all-over-the-place tip-sniffing service, you have clearly missed your target. I live in Arlington, and I will drive to further for top line bbq, but if I am in the area and need a good, fast meal I never think twice about stopping here. Really, it should be 4 1/2 stars just for the consistency of experience. Hands down better than most any chain bbq or neighborhood bbq place. Oh-- and it will generally only cost you $10-18 per person, depending on what you get. Excellent lunch time specials to boot. P.S. Breakfast (eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, etc) is really good. Same standards of quality and value apply here as well. And you would be remiss if you failed to try their hamburgers or CFS (chicken-fried steak for you non-Texans.)

Worst BBQ Ive ever had. The meat was dry, the BBQ sauce was runny and had a kick to it. The Texas Toast was white bread that was toasted, was not buttery or thick at all. The mac and cheese was spicy & horrible. The ice cream was even sour. Was expensive and the emoyees were rude.

Wow ! magically delicious , this truly is a very spectacular bbq restaurant. We came here around 2 pretty busy and customer service was wonderful, everything on the tray was fresh , hot and mouth watering. Everything from the smell to the flavor and the atmosphere just makes you want to sit back and take a breather after taking a few bites to soak in the goodness. Have you ever ate somewhere where you have to unzip your pants after , well this is the place . The portions are huge and so yummy I m very impressed thank you for having us .
