Kiersty is simply the best! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Shes knows the ins and outs of the real estate market, is extremely thorough and detailed, shes no nonsense and to the point, and works tirelessly. I first worked with Kiersty to sell my house in the Spring of 2019 and made the process a breeze. For personal reasons, I didnt start looking to buy until the Summer of 2020, which Im sure everyone knows was just the beginning of the market craze here. Unfortunately, I, like many others, wasnt able to compete with the over the top offers that were flying around. Kiersty helped me navigate a market that was demoralizing to be frank. So not only did she manage the process of making offers and finding properties, she also helped keep my spirits up, and got me into a great new construction home at a fantastic sale price with a great rate and incentives. Even the title company agent was surprised by how good it was at closing. I cant recommend Kiersty and her team highly enough and theyll continue to have my business in the future! Kiersty is by far the best realtor my husband and I have worked with. She was highly recommended by a family friend after helping him find his house. Recently, Kiersty Lombar sold our house and had our crazy list of finding our forever home. She not only positioned to sell our house at the highest value but then turned around to find us exactly what we wanted in our forever home. My husband and I had been considering selling our house and downsizing when our youngest graduated this year. With the Corona virus craziness, I was afraid the real estate market was going to grind to a halt but the houses in our neighborhood kept flying off the market and the prices going up. So almost on a whim, we decided to just go for it. We met with KC, got the house on the market, had 25 showings the first week and had a contract in less than two weeks. Our closing was exactly seven weeks from our first meeting with KC. Our buyers were out of state so their real estate agent was very thorough (since they were buying the house without stepping foot in it) and had tons of questions. KC kept us fully informed while also managing to shield us from most of the selling stress. We had some appraisal issues but KC worked her magic and all parties were satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend KC, she not only made the selling process seem effortless, she also sold our home for the highest price of any house in our neighborhood.

Kiersty came highly recommended as an expert for the Round Rock market. I was helping my brother sell his 1993 house which needed significant updating. Kiersty s improvement advice was spot on in selecting new paint colors, kitchen appliances, countertops, bathroom and light fixtures, ceiling fans, flooring etc. She had a good grasp of the sweet spot cost effective improvements but still getting a top dollar sales price for the market. Kiersty and her team are incredible! She came to us HIGHLY recommended, and still managed to exceed those expectations! The sale of our home had a major legal hurdle (caused by a third party on the buyers end) that happened only 6 days before closing. Kiersty managed to smooth the hurdle - keeping us informed, and essentially doing the job of the buyers team as well - to land us a perfect closing after all! Kiersty and her team were fantastic, there was never a time I didnt feel safe and heard when selling and buying with Best of Wilco. Buying another home was scary and Kiersty walked by my side the whole time. She promptly returned my calls, emails and text messages and answered every question thoroughly. She was always making things happen in the background. I knew I didnt have to stress, because before I could voice a concern she had already addressed it and the end result was always in my favor. I was kept in the loop the whole time, and communucation was always open.
