Last time I ate MOD Pizza was 6 years ago when I lived in Houston. It was good then , and sure as hell great now at this Georgetown location. Better tasting and quality than Pizza Butt, and far more superior than Dumbminos. Give this place a shot !

8/16/24 I came to this location, again. I always get the best service here. The rep Amiya made two salads for me and she hooked them up, well. I have food allergies and she went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. I made sure I tipped her. I hope I spelled her name right. She is awesome. Old review below: I enjoyed eating the Italian salad with chicken. It was very fulfilling. The customer service is always impeccable every time I visit. I used to come to this location before and I stop because of the service and the quality. I happen to go by today and stay still prove me wrong of how they serve people and treat people I ordered a pizza and a salad to go and they messed up my pizza gave me somebody else s . Didn t realize it until I down the road and had to come back. Manager Filipe, was very nonchalantly Didn t even look at me and just said yeah we gave your pizza to somebody else . They had to make me a new one and was very rude in his comments is my prerogative to come here or not. Didn t know managers handle customer service like that.

This place is always so clean from the times Ive visited. If I ask for a little bit extra ingredients, they hook me up. I dont think Ive waited longer than 10 minutes. They always seem to be efficient except days when its busy, and one get irritated, and you can tell, but there, one gentleman, so tends to be upbeat and courteous. Ive visited at least 6 times.

About the only pizza we will order anymore because they have almost anything you can put on a and I like those anchovies . The staff is friendly The first time we ordered a thick crust - it was kind off chewy and could cook a little longer The green peppers stayed raw The corn kernels were hard - not the best kind I made one mistake - burned my mouth with that serano pepper Never again had to pull them all off.

On Friday, January 26th my partner and I had the most amazing experience at MOD Pizza! The service was top-notch thanks to the wonderful Jill and Rowan !!! Both Jill and Rowan made us feel so welcome, & kept great conversation with such joy, even though we showed up just before closing time. They were super friendly and helpful. And lets talk about the pizza... it was perfection! The crust was crispy, the toppings were fresh, and the flavors were on point. Rowan even recommended the hot honey sauce and now I can t get enough !!! I cant recommend this place enough! 5 stars all the way! again, Thank you Rowan and for the amazing service & your hard efforts don t go unrecognized!! We will be back :)

Went to the Wolf Ranch MOD Pizza for the first time yesterday. We ve been to many other MOD pizzas. They did a great job as the pizza was topped perfectly and cooked nicely as well. The pizza was ok, They were a little light on the toppings, and I asked for the pizza well done, but the bottom was very soft. The service was ok, the guy making the pizza may have been new, but Im not sure. He was pleasant enough, but he was a little slow at the task at hand. There was quite a line by the time my pizza made it to the oven. At lunchtime in the middle of the week, there was only one person making pizza. The atmosphere was fine, cafeteria style, and everything seemed pretty clean. Id say dont stop here if youre in a rush or if youre looking for really good pizza. Oh, and I thought it was a little overpriced, My friend and I split a pizza, and each had a mini salad, it was $40.

We used to love Mod pizza a lot. We tried it at first when we were in Oregon. We really loved it then. When we moved to Texas we were so excited to find it again but then COVID happened and we couldn t go. Today finally we went there to try and we were not disappointed. Our pizzas were so good. They have a lot of pre made choices but me and my husband like to make it our own. They have so many veggies and also meat options. But we both chose veggie pizza today. My favorite is the balsamic reduction they give as a sauce for the top and it s so good. They also have a maroon blackberry lemonade which is my 2nd favorite thing about Mod pizza

Always a great, but kind of annoying when you are a regular customer. You order your pizza well done, it s a Sunday afternoon, they aren t busy. You order online. In all caps in the notes WELLDONE, but yet you get home and your pizza is not even normally cooked, it was pretty much raw. You never order cheesy bread, but you do this time, and there is no Marinara sauce with your cheesy bread. Not cool, usually this place is great. But today was the worst pizza I ve ever had from there. Some of the pizza cooks do a great done, and some cook the pizza for less than 2 mins. Sure wish they would read the notes And again, not sure why there is even a not section, when no one reads the notes you leave for the pizza. I would recommend placing an order online whether youre going to eat in the restaurant or take it to go. Evenings, and weekends are their busiest. Expect 20-30mins or longer before your name on your order is called out that its ready. Customizing 11 inch pizza for each of my children is the perfect amount of food for the two of them to eat and I eat the leftovers. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend lite sauce. But thats just my opinion. They do offer gluten free pizza too. I highly recommend this business.

Weve ordered from MOD before. Last night, we had a craving for pizza, our group of 3 couldnt agree on toppings. We also wanted pizzas with more than the traditional toppings. MOD Pizza to the rescue! We ordered 4 very different pizzas. Each was delicious, a good size for dinner plus snack later. One of the amazing and wonderful things about MOD is the create your own pizza experience. Theres 1 size for a set price, they dont charge per topping, they have a great variety of base sauces, fresh toppings (feta cheese, Italian sausage, chicken, garlic--fresh and roasted-- and a variety of veggies and herbs--fresh bail and fresh rosemary) made for delicious and unique pizza creations. MOD puts variety into the traditional pizza experience and the pricing and sizes encourage and allow for experimentation that is otherwise absent in pizza cuisine. Well definitely be ordering from them again. Im sure well get some of the same selections (Italian sausage, fresh garlic and feta cheese is always a winner) and also experiment with other combinations of flavors depending on our whims at the time.

Our pizza was ok, but the atmosphere was tense. About a month ago we came in at lunchtime. The manager had all the employees huddled up at tables near the fountain drinks and began a very loud briefing. I had to ask several times for them to move so my toddler & I could leave the bathrooms and return to my table. The manager was speaking very loudly about punctuality and placing orders, and then dismissed most of the employees back to work. He then spoke to 2 employees directly about puncuality. I think this was extremely humiliating to the employees and very awkward for us customers to say the least. There is a time and place for having staff meetings, and in front of your customers during business hours is neither of those. Had to wait at our booth till their meeting was over for the staff to begin making our pizza we ordered in the app over 30 minutes prior. We definitely wont be back to support this behavior.

Pizza here is good and great when making your own. They are short staffed so note to whoever the owner is.. hire more people. They were completely slammed when I was here and getting things done. The team rocks, but they really need help. Please help them. On top of that whatever system you use to accept online orders does not work correctly. When more orders than are humanly possible to be made are sent to the store what outcome is expected? You are setting up your team members in the store up for failure and customers for a poor experience. Limit online orders to a certain amount per time block like other places do. This will help your team and improve customer satisfaction.

The pizzas are great but the atmosphere is chaos and very hectic. While we was waiting for pickup I witnessed the manager being rude to many of the customer there to get their pizzas. I had a pickup order and waited over an hour for it to be done. When I asked about my pizzas the manager yelled at me and when I ask him not to raise his voice at me he replied with Im not yelling at you but I can During that hour I witnessed him yell at his staff that was doing there best keeping up with the rush. Love this place. For me to say that is crazy because I usually wont order pizza. Since I was told about MOD... I have to keep going. Love love the people and the atmosphere. Bonus the pizza is amazing and the price is perfect too! This for the MOD in Wolf Ranch. Thank yall so much for a great service and professionalism

Terrible customer service. 1/14/2023 we waited over an hour to receive 4 pizzas. The first batch was burnt to a crisp. So they had to make an entire new order. The manager is very aggressive and rude. The entire frontline staff are highly incompetent. They ask how to spell your name and spell it however they feel like it. The toppings are thrown without any structure. This is more like Ci sCi s pizza not Mod!

You can tell theyre short staffed most of the time. We usually bring our pizza home and bake it longer for more crisp, last 2 times going was not super fast. Front staff wasnt trained how to make a mega-dough so my done pizza sat, waiting to be boxed, while I watched the girl who was boxing, make more mega-doughs for the girl who didnt care to learn how to use the machine (get a different job). Do not even think about getting garlic, it is not spread around, its globbed on and left in one spot (super yummy bite). I ended up reaching around, placing my uncut pizza in the box myself, and we left displeased with the service.

Jacob the GM of the Wolf Ranch store is awesome! Staff is always friendly and do their best to make a great pizza. Good for us with celiac disease (get the cauliflower crust). The staff are so nice and makes a killer pizza. Dietary restrictions: I have celiac disease so have to be on a GFCF diet and I can still have pizza thanks to MOD!

I love MOD, but this location has terrible service. The workers were blasting very loud and aggressive music which made it very in enjoyable for us to eat here. Plus, when we tried to pick up our pizza from the counter the staff was extremely rude about us coming up when we misheard the name. Disappointed and will not be coming back.

The customer service is lacking from this MOD pizza. All of the employees act like youre an inconvenience to them. No smiles, nothing. My husband tried to buy a beer and the employees wouldnt sell it to him without his ID and mine. We are in our late 30s and I wasnt purchasing beer. An adult should be able to purchase beer at an establishment without both adults needing an ID. I was not drinking. It took 10 minutes to get someone to allow us to pay. Do better guys. Smile, good service matters.

I m a big fan of MOD Pizza, it s very good. I must have visited this particular location at a terrible time (7:30pm on a Tuesday night), because they were backed up with orders. When my pizza was prepared, there were around 15 pizzas in front of mine, and around 15 minutes later I received my pizza. The the front bin area where you drop off the plates was overpiled with about 20 plates. Good for this location being busy though. Friendly staff, and great food. I ll be back.

Our first time at this location and we were not disappointed at all. All the great fresh ingredients you want on your pizza for one reasonable price. What a great business model. They say less is better where pizza is concerned, but I tend to really load up my pie with much more than is normally recommended just cuz I love it all. There was a steady stream of customers but everyone moved along with efficiency because every staff member was adept at their job. Try it! Vegetarian options: Plenty of non-meat options

Disappointed . I bragged about MOD pizza to my boyfriend. Hes really picky but gave in and wanted to learn of this place I raved about. I love MOD pizza because they have amazing gluten free crust. Not on this day! The wait wasnt too bad for us, after we arrived a lined formed to the door. I asked for gluten free crust. I also had to ask for the server to change gloves . All of the crust he pulled out was ripped, broken or cracked. The line continued to grow behind me and my boyfriend had a concerned look on his face....I said to him, lets just go . I felt terrible for holding up the line....should not have but thats just me. For time sake, I told my BF to go first.....he decliined. I tried to let others go around me but they were into their own conversations and didnt see my cue to go around. Apparently, the servers were looking for more GF crust. Another server brought one over but by then we were already leaving. It was a good 3 minutes ish that passed. Yay! for the team player for trying to resolve the issue so discretely....that I totally did appreciate. I still love MOD pizza....maybe this location just isnt the one for me/us. We may try again......maybe

What a concept? Like Subway but with Pizza. Great idea! Reasonable price, great topping options, and a clean restaurant. Its tempting to go crazy and add too many toppings, be careful. I tried a pizza with just about everything on it. It fell apart, but it was delicious. I keep coming back for the cauliflower crust. Now I dont feel so bad about eating pizza.
