Well for almost $15 getting a few pieces of chicken that are the equivalent to a 6-piece McNugget soggy fries excellent sauce and coleslaw just a bit too steep. Expect a little better the chicken was tasty though.

Great place for fans of fried chicken . We were the first ones there in an empty restaurant at about 10:15 am. We ordered a couple of the box combos. Service was pleasant and quick. Interesting decor inside both about the history of the chain and about Georgtown where this store is located. Everything is clean in this location and we enjoyed a nice meal. Seems quite popular with teens and kids in particular. Tried to order via online app and it for NOT work! Multiple credit cards didn t work when ordering through the app. Can Cane s fix that!! Vegetarian options: Limited options for vegetarians. Coleslaw and fries may qualify but not sure about the oil they use for the fries and sweet/unsweetened tea and soda drinks might be the only options. Parking: Plenty of parking in a free parking lot

I m giving this place 1 star in hopes that upper management notices and addresses this major problem. THE CHICKEN FINGERS AT THIS LOCATION ARE TINY. They are half the size of other locations (ex. Corpus Christi location). It still has the same great taste, but it is extremely frustrating that the size which translates to quality is not there. Please fix this issue as I have been scammed out of ounces and ounces of bird.

They will never left you finish your order. They will Anything else you to death before you finish placing your order. I was asked Anything else 7 times while ordering two items. It actually increases the ordering time and irritates the customer. Wait for a pause before interrupting the customer. It will go faster and the people making the food will hear the whole order, the customer won t have to repeat themselves because you cut them off and you ll have less mistakes.

Consistently good chicken strips. Finding consistency within the fast food industry is nearly unheard of. Food is always fresh. So fresh that the chicken is approximately the same temp as lava. Dont burn your taste buds off, like me. Wait a few minutes before you dig in.

Dont buy extra. Theyll leave it out. Youd think on a Sunday lunch the fries would be warm, probably because they arent cooked through. In a week day And kid portions for the meals. Almost no fries and the chicken fingers are half the size. This never was a great Raising Canes. Always an issue with them.

Food was good. Chicken done, but a bit on the moist side for me. I like a bit dryer chicken. Staff was very good. Portions are smaller than before pandemic & inflation. Prices are WAY UP! Ice was rationed as machine was acting up. Warm day in Texas & drinks were less than enjoyable. Repairman came right at the height of lunch hour.i know it cant be helped by either party, but it wasnt fun either.

I ordered online for curbside and when I got the I checked in and waited for my food to come. Multiple employees saw my car in curbside (one even going in and out of the building back into the kitchen) ultimately had to go back inside after waiting for to much time. My food was lukewarm and soggy (cold by the time i got to eat it 10 minutes later). Should of had them remake it. Any other location I have been to has been great but definitely won t be going back to this one.

I ordered my food a specific way and they got it completely wrong. I mean it was like they were pranking me by giving me all the opposite stuff. I was so upset I couldn t even go back. I had to knock the rating from a five star to three. Tonight I experienced Canes attempt of DT service Chick fil a style. It did not work very well. The attempt at efficiency was a fail. I waited in the DT longer than I ever have. If its not broken, dont try to fix it. Chick fil a has that service to an art form. I sat way too long, and the kids were confused.
