GREAT job with my window cleaning - Emmanuel + his partner did a truly fabulous, sparking clean, professional job with my windows - will definitely hire their services again! *FIVE STAR quality window cleaning service = only dropped to 4 star b/c I was scheduled for a 10AM-12PM window - took time off from work during this time period - they didnt show up til nearly 2PM - which impacted me work schedule. Loving my sparkling windows! The guys who did our windows were very quick and thorough. Amazed at how they popped off the screens, cleaned the window and replaced the screen in a flash. They pointed out to us two windows, which are under warranty, that need to be replaced in the near future. I highly recommend Windows Heaven and will be using them regularly -- so nice when you can bring the outdoors back into your living space!

I first gave 2 stars: Arrived within estimated time frame. One of the 2 men was rather friendly and conscientious. The other one was shaking the cleaning rag and spreading dirt on my floors and put some marks on my living room walls with his ladder. The friendly one left marks on the wooden surface above the entrance door also with a ladder as well as dirt. Both cases of damaged property were certainly not appreciated. Also please provide them with shoe-covers. People dont want somebodys feet, sweaty or not, on their floors. As far as cleaning the glass itself, they did a good job. Edit: The owner called shortly after reading my review, apologized and offered to come clean and paint. After coming to take care of things, he apologized again and assured me that he had told his employees to be respectful of customers property.

I had Windows Heaven come out to wash all my exterior windows-about 25 or so to include a glass back door & some transom windows. The 2 guys that came out did an outstanding job! The windows are clean again! I hated to disappoint all of the spiders that had gone out of their way to help us decorate for Halloween by creating so many creepy web creations but.... I really appreciated the guys being extra careful not to damage the shrubs & flowers or get mud on the pavement. Definitely recommend!

I ve never used a service to hand wash the windows outside and inside our home, and I was incredibly fortunate to have found Windows Heaven. From the very first contact through their website, booking, service and payment were so easy and seamless. Erick texted us a reminder a few days before the appointment and again when they were on their way to our home. They arrived when they said they would, did fantastic work and I paid using Venmo. So simple. No power washing, totally hand washed all 18 windows! Price was so reasonable and the service was flawless. I will be using Windows Heaven again and highly recommend them!
