I NEVER leave reviews but this one I just couldnt help. I have absolutely no idea how this place has such high reviews. I will be reporting this place for such poor management on every single level. I wish I had more power to shut this place down immediately. Worse clinic I have ever been to. You can NEVER get ahold of them. The manger forgot to put my order in to Quest Diagnostics after he told me he would. I took off of work, went up there and they didnt have my test request. I then tried calling and they didnt pick up the phone, which is nothing new. This was the SECOND time I had to actually drive to the clinic to get answers and results from them which is what they should do in the first place. One of the PCP only works on Thursdays so be aware of that. I am furious right now but will keep leaving reviews until they have one star like they deserve. I have been trying for the past 2 days to get ahold of someone to get a refill. I am not surprised that I can get in contact with anyone. Please call me back!

Everyone in the office is great. From the front desk to all the medical staff and Doctors. All my appointments have been prompt and on time and every office visit has been thorough and complete. They explain every thing and ask if you if you have any questions or concerns. There is no confusion when I leave the office. All my visits have been great.

So with your response to my review you proved how unprofessional you are and how you treat your patients with no respect . I really very disappointed by you and your attitude towards your patients I believe the medical board should know about this behavior. Because you basically telling me that I m lying by saying that I m posting wrong information i like to let you know that the Neurology department has sent you the results of the exam for my daughter and i did call them 4 times and they assured me that you had to tell me what was the result because you refueled my daughter to them to get the exam done. And when I called you 3 days ago you assured me that you will call me back or email me with the information and you apologized and said that Jordan the nurse is no longer working for you and that you will check and call me back and now you are calling me a LIAR??? Shame on you. I just noticed how many bad reviews from another patients you get I wish I read them before I bought my daughter to you.

i was assigned this doctor through the VA. 4 times, 4 different days, I called this doc trying to schedule an appointment. they never once answered, I left voicemails everytime, and never a call back. how are you supposed to make doctor appointments if you can t even get ahold of them. im asking the Va for a new doc this was a horrible impression on their end

I am not one to normally say this, but I truly wish I had the option of giving this clinic 0 stars. This clinic is EXTREMELY unprofessional! They said they scheduled me an appointment at Quest Diagnostics, so I took off of work and went to my scheduled appointment. Upon Arrival, Quest Diagnostics said they did NOT have me in their system for an appointment. I was pretty frustrated at this point as I have already had such HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES with this clinic. I knew I most likely wouldnt be able to reach them via phone, but I tried anyway. They of course didnt answer. I knew at this point the only way I would be able to reach them is by physically walking into the clinic, as I have already had to do this before. I got to the clinic and no one was at the front desk for about 10 minutes. A random guy walked from the back after me asking if anyone was there. He came up and asked what I needed. I told him and he was able to then FINALLY put my appointment in the system. By the time that I rushed back to Quest Diagnostics, they were closed. I was in tears by this point. I have NO IDEA how this place is still open nor do I know how any of these reviews are so high. If you are reading this PLEASE save yourself the trouble and find a different clinic to go to.

INFURIATING service!! I never leave reviews, I wasnt going to leave such a terrible review after a YEAR, BUT to spare other clients and patients the agony and frustration of this clinics service, I feel itd be a courtesy! I had a scheduled appointment that I called and booked at this clinic, drove 40 minutes, upon arrival, it was closed for a lunch break. I thought.. Okay strange, as I put it in my Google calendar as soon as I got off the phone scheduling an appointment with this clinic.. No big deal Ill reschedule, after of course taking that day off from work. I RESCHEDULED, and ARRIVE, and the guy at the front desk, noting totally unprofessional, said that he doesnt see me on appointments today and theres no availability for a walk in... I was frustrated and explained the above situation, but he said theyre fully booked with appointments and cant get me in that day. I come in a THIRD TIME, got that over with. They guy at the reception accidentally over charged me $10, OK he refunded it to me. They informed me I will have a follow up call about my results, I schedule for a Tuesday at 4pm. I received no call, so I called on thursday and they apologized for not calling to follow up with me. I got the information from my results... A week later they call me on a Tuesday as Im confused because I already received my results and spoke to them the previous week, I guess they confused the dates for a scheduled call back ... PLUS on top of all that fuss I was charged around $50 for the result call back follow up... A YEAR LATER.. I receive an outstanding bill of $276 from them... I called to clarify, as its been OVER A Year and I paid my in clinic visit, and the call back follow up which I didnt know would charge me for, so I was confused, they said its for doctor and lab work... FINE. I PAID IT... NOWWWW I receive a 2nd bill from them the same amount!!!! Probably because its not been updated in theyre system!! Im sure doctors and nurses are fine, but the customer care and service is just infuriating. Ive never been to such a disorganized, unprofessional, Irritating clinic in my life! I VOWED to never step foot or hear from this place AGAIN.

This is the most pathetic excuse for a clinic I have ever been to in my entire life. My PCP was somewhat friendly but ONLY works on Thursdays and is almost impossible to get ahold of. She prescribed me my antibiotics that were extremely needed, but my insurance wouldnt cover the specific antibiotics she prescribed. My pharmacy said it was an easy fix, all she had to do was order them separate and it would drop the price from $900 to $50. I tried for TWO WEEKS of my symptoms worsening while continuously trying to get ahold of her and this sad clinic until I finally had enough and physically went into the clinic myself. I waiting an hour in the waiting room to finally get someone to prescribe them for me. DO NOT GO HERE!

Was trying to get established with a new doctor/clinic. While the doctor was okay, the front desk and the so-called billing department are a different story. The billing department had major problems filing claims to the insurance company. To the point that I kind of became a cash patient. The insurance company said they had NEVER received a claim from Heal 360. And interesting is the doctors or diagnostic centers that were referred by Heal 360 had absolutely NO problem with filing claims. And the three referred outfits were a Cardiologist, an Imaging Center and a center that did diagnostics such as blood draws. All 3 filed and filed on time. On top of that when trying to sort out this mess, the billing department not once, returned phone calls. Not once!! The front desk would usually give the referral order (for a blood draw) to me when I would leave but not the final time I was there. So they were reminded again and then again that it hadnt been received in my email. This was needed to determine use of a new medication. Pretty important. So I lost patience and they lost patient.

I like my doctor shes nice and I wouldnt change my doctor cause she did my first pap lol. Anyways I like the service at Heal 360 but yesterday this lady was drawing my blood 1 vein wasnt registering like the needle wasnt drawing so she tried another vein but missed it and my mom says it looks like she stuck me 3 times in the same spot. Anyways she did my right vein and it was drawing blood but the lady got distracted or something when she reached over my arm to get something and accidentally bumped the needle in my arm causing it to turn which blew my vein then it slid out and starting gushing a little blood it looked like a small puddle on my arm like when u scrape ur self or something and alot but little blood comes out. Anyways she goes back in with a new needle in the same vein that she just blew up like wth lady (I was laughing it off told her its fine) but its not fine its my vein so she looks for another vein I told her to do my hand which was a success. I domt wanna get my blood drawn at Quest Diagnostics or Heal360 again so Im thinking about getting my blood drawn for lab results at my old clinic and they just send the results to my pcp at Heal 360

I been trying to get a referral sent(for what is supposed to be asap orthopedic surgery) for almost a month now. UPDATE! 02/23/24 Im updating to say that my issue was resolved unfortunately it took a month and I couldnt get surgery anymore since so much time had already passed. The specialist I was referred to says I will heal fine as long as do physical therapy. Anyways all the staff here at Heal 360 have been very kind and professional. Its just that a referral which was supposed to take 3-5 days to be sent took almost a whole month.(I should mention that my insurance is placing the blame on my doctor, but at this point Im pretty sure its the insurances fault.) I would also like to apologize for my rudeness on our last phone call.

I saw Dr Ronda a little on Feb 2, 2024. She was amazing. Very caring, very thorough. Sent in a few prescriptions but unfortunately there was a mix up with my Insurance. Since February 14th Ive left several messages (8 to be exact) with answering service. Ive sent 3-4 emails, my pharmacy has reached out 3 times and Ive sent message through portal, to get an alternative medication that my insurance will cover. I finally received a call back 3 days ago. The gentleman I spoke to said he would get with Dr and call me back. Thats yet to happen. Im so disappointed because I thought I had finally found a Doc who I was comfortable with, who cared and listened but geeze 8 weeks of trying to get an alternate medication sent in is absurd and so disappointing. My A1C was 12.5 and the medical plan that was set in place was so important. Its so hard to find a doctor that youre comfortable with these days. Their communication its severely lacking. It gives a sense of uncaring. Update on review. I think was finally able to be assisted. Hopefully moving forward there wont be any issues. I will say this, the office staff are all super nice. I absolutely love my Doc.

Today I had my first appointment with MD Khan,Aisha. She took the time to listen to EVERYTHING I had to say about the pain I am having. She showed a kind and caring heart while talking to me and having me do a few test as she saw the amount of pain I was in. Since she took the time to listen to me and we were able to discuss a plan together, I was able to feel comfortable with her decision to help me with my chronic pain situation. Overall I am very pleased with her as well with the staff.

I have no idea how the ratings on this location are high. I had an appointment with Dr Kahn in December. I was truly hopeful she would be my new primary care physician. The lack of communication, follow up, information quickly made me realize that I had made a mistake with my judgment. I will never go back to any Heal360 for any reason. The issues with their communication alone was enough to leave me thinking they were completely negligent. Even the manager couldn t answer my questions except to say Dr Kahn was out of town and then hung up on me (I was totally nice and respectful). Horrible experience and I have been to many health care providers and facilities but none as bad as this.

Dr. Soukieh is my primary doctor at the Garland location and one of the most compassionate doctors I ve had. However, the customer care at this clinic is frustrating and disappointing. I have been a patient since November and filled my prescriptions through them since then. But the communication is NOT there! They say they will send my prescriptions in but my pharmacy never receives them, I repeatedly call and get the same customer service representative who says they will leave a message. It s been two months! I am not one to leave reviews but I need my INSULIN as a type 1 diabetic and get no where talking to this clinic. In one instance the representative even told me over the phone what do you want me to do? I have gone into the clinic as well to speak to the manager but hear nothing in return. No calls, no emails, no texts. Unfortunately this clinic did not work for me and I will be seeking another for primary care.

My pharmacist called the office on 12/2 and two times on 12/5, I left a message for the office manager Shahan to call me back at 1 pm, but at 4pm he had not called me back and left for the day. I posted my original review over a month ago, but I now have more to add and since it was showing not posted, I am just going to add my additional info now. I did revise my initial review to add that the staff was nice, so I said something positive, because the staff called and asked me to revise my statement. I now have a new problem. I was inthe office the end of august. I was there because I have prescriptions I take every day for diabetes and high cholesterol. I need the scripts, nothing has changed in 3 months time, but they want me to go back in to see the dr in order to get refills. Every dr I have seen before this year, does not make me see them on a 3 month timeframe. I am allowed a 6 mo time frame since I keep my diabetes in check and I have an endocrinologist who writes scripts for 12 months. This place is a money grubbing sham. And places like this are why our insurance system is so broken. I just want my prescriptions refilled for 3 months without having to see Dr. Khan. But at this point I will find a new Doctor instead. Yay for me, no wonder I need antidepressants. I was in several weeks ago now. The office staff are very nice. It was my first visit to see Dr. Khan, I had been in before and saw an NP, that visit was fine. I am 60 and have Diabetes and related issues. I was there because I needed prescription refills and I wanted a referral to an endocrinologist. I am not at all impressed by the care I received. She barely made eye contact with me or my husband who was also there. It may just be her personality, but I felt extremely judged. And pretty much my concerns were not really addressed, especially my neuropathy. She wrote a referral for a cardiologist, even though I told her I had already been seen and cleared by a cardio Doc in June. I did get a ref for an endo doc, and thank goodness, he is amazing! I have requested my diabetic meds from him, and he is addressing my Neuropathy. Getting my refills, which are never going to end, is like pulling teeth with this dr. She only writes them with 1 refill. I have been on the meds for years, will be on them for the rest of my life, could you save me some hassle and write them for at least a 3 mo supply... Oh but I do have to say, I complained about an ear problem andshe wrote that scipt and supplied 3 bottles of ear drops. That was helpful. Ill have drops for years now! Yay! Total ridiculousness! Again, not impressed, when new enrollment begins, so will my search for a new pcp. PS Called today for refills, and again they wrote them for a 1 month supply. Questioned the girl and told her I just saw the Dr. in August, so she did revise to a 90 nday supply without office visit. I am very appreciative of that. I also received a call regarding my review, and the prescription issue is better, but Im not sure how to correct the way she made me feel. So this is my review.

In my 8 years of experience in America, I have found her to be the only doctor who can fully understand my language. Great health clinic! It s both a Primary and Urgent Care so I could actually get in to see a doctor right away. A lot of the other places weren t taking new patients or had a two month wait to get in. The staff and Doctors have all been very pleasant and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

The nurse practitioner was nice but the man (practice manager )in the front was not helpful at all. I drove all the way to the clinic to just talk to the nurse practitioner for just one minute or say a few words regarding a family member who really needs help and I was willing to wait as long as it takes. This family member was one of their patients. and he did not want or allow me to see her. Very bad service from that man. I don t recommend going to this clinic at all.

As you may all know, its really difficult to find a Primary Care Provider (PCP) that accepts Medicaid. So when I came across Heal 360 Primary Care, I knew my luck had changed. I scheduled an appointment and was met by two smiling faces, Tina and Shawn. The office was very Clean, and FamIily friendly. I am a repeat customer. Made appt for Covid test needed for a flight. Test must be administered within 72 hours of the departure. Dallas was hit by an ice storm earlier this week. I called numerous times yesterday and clicked prompts for appointments, billing and results. No one answered on 9 call attempts. Left a message to confirm the office would open this morning for my appointment. No one called back or texted me. Woke up this morning to a text message asking me to pre-register for my 9 am appointment that was confirmed in the registration process. Drove thru icy, but drivable roads and arrived 10 minutes early. Sat in the parking lot until 15 minutes after my appointment. Tried calling several times. No answer. Freaking pathetic and horrible customer service. Never again and would not recommend to anyone based on this experience. The least they could do is announce they are closed on the recorded message, on their website or in the text that they sent to me this morning. And the mobile pre-register link also asks for payment. Thank goodness I did not prepay. I found another place that is open.

I tried to make an appointment to be COVID tested due to having 2 positive at-home tests the prior day. I was informed by a gentleman at the call center that the at-home tests were not good enough to make an appointment. He told me the tests at CVS and at your physician were sufficient for an appointment at your establishment. I had to cancel my GP appointment due to my GP closing later on today due to inclement weather. I am currently pregnant and was turned away as a patient by your call center. Im leaving this review because I want to know if this is an actual policy. If so, it should be changed. I also picked this place first before calling anyone else because of your great reviews. I got in with Care Now and they didnt question me about what test I took. At the end of the day, its about patient care, not which COVID test was taken.

Service was pretty quick. Sitting in your own car while waiting sure beats a crowded waiting room with germ filled air! Paper work is tedious but not more than any office. The people are polite and considerate. Got paxlovid prescribed. My husband (immunocompromised) and I have been extremely diligent with all precautions still wearing masks have luckily avoided It all this time. It really stinks having it but know it could be so much worse. Were all covid weary but am so thankful for medical professionals for their care and dedication. Would recommend Heal garland location.

They sent the wrong prescription to my pharmacy. I called the clinic & was told a care provider would call me back, but no one did. Called the clinic five hours later (5:00 pm) and no answer, so I left a voicemail - no one returned my call. I called this morning and requested to speak to a manager. I was told they were in a meeting & would call me back. The same person called me back an hour later to inform me the correct prescription has been sent in. I paid for and am stuck with medications I dont want or need because this clinic sent in the wrong prescriptions & doesnt call their patients back.
