Sally and her team are Amazing!!! Thankfully her other satisfied customers left reviews that led us to her, so I want to do the same! No gatekeeping this golden team! She sold our home in Garland, Coomer Creek area, and we closed earlier this month! From the first meeting, she was able to simply explain what the process was going to look like, how theyre able to help, and wanted to know what goals we had in selling. Her team is so professional and friendly, they stay on top of everything! Very quick to respond to any questions or needs! While she made the process super simple, my home did not! We unfortunately found a few issues with the home we werent expecting, but she is so knowledgeable and integrated into the community she was quick to provide resources, references, and support in getting the repairs needed at a more reasonable cost! Her negotiation skills helped continue to move forward to closing smoothly while working with the buyers to find solutions we were both happy with! As a side note, I sold the house due to a divorce. Sally and her team made sure to see how we wanted to be communicated with, if we preferred to do things separately or not, and made sure we both stayed in the loop. I absolutely recommend putting your trust in Sally and her team! They wont let you down!

Sally saved us when we were in a bind. We had changed realtors three times because there was no urgency to our situation- we had less than a month to find a home while being out of state. Scary!!! From the very first call, she was on it, she sent us homes to look at online, she drove to them and sent full videos for us. Her expertise really shined when certain issues came up with homes; such as foundation issues, weird floor plans, etc. She also helped us with an amazing loan officer, Jamie, who was able to get us the best deal out there. In addition, she gave us tips on how to better market our other home for potential tenants. The home buying process would ve been tremendously difficult if we didn t find her. I picked Sally Mireles as my real estate agent because of the excellent reviews she had online for the area of Dallas that we were considering. Over the course of buying, we completely switched areas, bid on a number of homes that we were outbid on, and none the less Sally supported us every step of the way. When we finally found a home and had an offer accepted, we had difficulty with financing (due to a recent job change to a new city and company) and had to start over with a new mortgage originator. Sally worked with us and the sellers agent to reach an agreement that benefited both seller and buyer in the end. The most unprofessional and rude person I have dealt with. I bought a home that Sally Mireles was selling for a client and she caused unneeded stress, delays the entire process up to and including after close. My Realtor could only get a response from her if she cc d both the lender and title company. She waited till the last possible second on every transaction that took place up to and including repairs that needed to be done. She still had keys to our home that were not returned to us post close. I would not recommend her nor the Caldwell Banker firm she works for due to this experience. Worst realtor I have ever seen in a long time...

I personally have not had a great experience with Sally. Yes, she is friendly and outside of business probably cool. But when it came to selling my home I have not been satisfied with the process. First off I feel she had no follow through. She would say shed send me info and not. She said she could do A, B, and C when selling my home, and did not. I wanted to sale our home for a higher price, she convinced us because of the pandemic to list for a lower price and then accept an even lower price than that because she felt it was best. When actually houses are actually selling for more at this time. Yes, some blame is on us for not knowing more, but she was our realtor and we trusted her. I actually feel she was in cahoots with the buyers realtor. We trusted her and I feel she totally swindled and let us down throughout the whole process. So honestly I would never refer anyone to her unless they want to be done in the butt raw with a stick.
