First time trying this place went amazing, service was quick and friendly food came out rather quick and the pizza and breadsticks were piping hot. 10/10 would eat here again

I wanted this to be good. I ordered chicken piccata and while the portion was good, the food itself was flavorless and for some reason, though not listed on the menu nor in any recipe I ve ever seen, had raw tomatoes thrown in. I had to painstakingly pick them out as I can t stand them. I also had to add a lot seasoning and spices just to be able to eat it. For $15.99 I expected fresh spinach but it was either old or overcooked. I didn t eat much anyhow. Complete waste of money. Oh well. Now I know. Won t be back. Hope they improve.

I really enjoyed the pizza. My family ordered cheese and Margarita pizza. Each pizza was well cooked and the toppings were very well arranged and tasty. We loved both. The crust was thin and not overly done. I will definitely come here again. Prices are very reasonable and I loved the environment. The hostess was extremely attentive and a nice person. She let my children chose a show on Netflix, so we were able to have a family fun dinner without kids running around. There was also coffee available to finish the meal nicely.

I highly recommend this place as a go-to for pizza and other delights. I live close to Dominos and other pizzerias but I d gladly take the drive to dine in here or order. Their Al Capones is my favorite pizza and they offer a wide range of sizes like the family size pizza . I recommend checking their pastas too (wasn t a pasta fan until I had theirs)! I especially praise the new management and how they have provide my family service and always are on top to make sure they are providing quality food. High quality! Seriously, a review is not enough to extol this restaurant. Always come here and will for as long as the people running this place remain in business and continue to work there. Absolutely the best pizzeria in DFW. Heck, I d say in Texas. You will not regret, and you will find it (evidently) empirically true when you find yourself visiting here often!

The food was good! But when I looked on Google at their menu, the prices on their menu did not reflect the prices in their store. What I thought was $8.99 for lasagna, turned out to be $13.99. Even though it was good, I think it would have tasted even more better for $8.99. It did come with bread which was also good! I will order from here again.

Been ordering the pizza for around 20 yrs. When company comes love introducing them to it. Its ruined them for their go to place. A lot of toppings, great crust, and always hot. Always get the deluxe. Small place, but big flavors. Very accommodating. Always do take out or delivery. Wheelchair accessibility: Have ramp and parking thats not labeled, but plenty of spaces to use.

GO TO ITALIAN SPOT. Customer service goes a long way but amazing food and amazing service, my god it can t possibly get better than that! I am so satisfied with my food right now and I have barely taken a few bites. They made my order with the wrong pasta which was a little upsetting but they were so more than willing to remake and who i assume is either the owner or at the least manager was very quick to apologize and tell me I m more than welcome to keep the mistake. Kind you everything was right except the pasta style..,I am for one am happy! Had not been in a little while since I am very unfamiliar with traditional names for these dishes but now i know what to always get!

To be honest, not that great. Pizza was a bit overdone and very greasy. We were the only ones in there but half the tables were dirty with empty coke cans, small trash, crumbs, etc. Men s room was equally messy with no paper towels despite 2 open dispensers, with toilet paper on the floor and looked like it hasn t been tended to in days. In general the place just seems run down and not well cared for.

This place used to be really good, not sure what happened. They messed up my order of linguini pasta when I asked for no meat. I exchanged the order to only find that they re packaging was really bad and liquid just flowed out of the package onto my car seat. My car seat is ruined because of their $10 pasta. I have consistently had a good experience with this place. Ive been ordering delivery for the last 9 months, but have never been inside. The driver is always the same, but hes a good guy. The food is absolutely on point. Anything you order is going to be delicious. And plentiful. You *will* get full. Issues with your experience? Talk to management. Theyll get you sorted out. I recommend a pizza, or wings, or both! My SO recommends an Italian dish. Ive tried them and can also recommend. Highly recommended for delivery! Recommended!

I used to enjoy their pizza very much. But last time I ordered over the phone I mentioned the coupon as advertised on their WEBSITE, the person said yes, and I placed my order. But when delivered, I got the large instead of the giant (as mentioned on the coupon). When I called Sopranos, the person who picked up the phone was rude and said they were not responsible for online things. How can you not be reliable when it s your website?? I offered to go in person and show the coupon, but he said it wouldn t change anything this poor customer service. We used to eat here a lot but I was horrified to see how unconcerned they are with safety in the middle of COVID-19. The cashier didnt have a mask on and I really resented having to interact with her. There were 2 people visible in the kitchen, one had no mask and the other had his around his chin. This is the first place we have gotten take out from that was so caviler. I dont know if its apathy, ignorance, or a political statement but there are plenty of options out there that care about our health.

Question the hygiene at this place. Employees not wearing masks during COVID. There were at least 4-5 employees in the kitchen and I only saw one person with a mask on. They re making your food without a mask on, so if you care about that then don t order here during these times. The cashier didn t have a mask on either and when I asked her about it she sarcastically said oh yeah as she rolled her eyes and put on a mask - I saw her take the mask off as soon as I left. Plenty of other take out places out there that are in need of business and that are going the extra mile to be hygienic so take your business elsewhere during these times. Embarrassingly bad service and food. No way this place isnt a money laundering scheme and thats no exaggeration. We dined in and were their only customers for the entire time, at least 45 minutes. We ordered a medium pizza with Canadian bacon and pepperoni, we recieved a pepperoni and pineapple pizza (who orders that?). I told the waitress, who mustve been the same one from another review that described the staff as zombie-like, and she tells me itll be fixed. She comes back a minute later with the same pizza with all the pineapple removed (obviously by hand) and with a bunch of ham tossed on top and tried to pass it as a different pizza. Obviously the pizza still tasted like pineapple and when we brought it up to them it was like we were speaking Klingon or something and the manager wanted me to come back another time to try it again. I dont think Ive ever seen a couple people look as confused and like they had no idea what to do in a restaurant in my life. If the health department doesnt shut this place down for how disgusting it was, there is no health department.

This business is run by some great folks! Awesome food. I absolutely love the lasagna and their calzones! I m a calzone kind of person but their pizza is great! Very robust flavors in the cheese and marinara sauce. The dough used is always cooked darn near perfect and everything is great quality! Highly recommended and I have not had a bad experience here. Neither while it was slow or busy! Far more than reasonable on their prices, as well!

Really good pasta dishes! It usually takes ten to fifteen minutes for them to get your meal or meals ready from the time you call your order in. Portions are generous, and the bread is abundant with your order. Plenty enough in each dish to divide in half and have a second meal left over for the next day.

Ive eaten here before and LOVED it but this calzone was so salty I couldnt finish it. Ive eaten here before so I dont know what happened. Hopefully its just a fluke. The staff is amazing and so I will try eating here again. Theyve never disappointed before.

Ive ordered pizza from this place a few times and I enjoyed it enough to return again. Yesterday, I ordered the Furios Supreme Pizza and my goodness! Lets just say I am on my way back up there to order another one today!!!! Hopefully, my family refuses to eat it so I can enjoy it all by myself.

Very lacking in flavor. Ordered water to drink but it tasted like dirty dishwater. Slice of pizza looked like they formed a small piece of dough into a rough triangle shape and just made a makeshift mini pizza. Alfredo was bland. I hate to give bad reviews to anywhere, especially someplace locally owned but I wont be back to this place.

My husband and friends have been there multiple times and the food and service were always great. Tonight we had a couple of friends birthday celebration dinner there, with 13 guests, and Sam and the rest of the staff handled it all like a champ. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The service was friendly and on-point. We will definitely be going back.

Be careful food order is always wrong when you call it in. Bad customer service as well. And management dose not care! No more business from us. And the food is not that good, so they should do better at customers service. I guess they can afford to lose customers!!!
