It was our second time in less than a week. First time the waitress was amazing today it was such a terrible experience. The whole staff seemed like they were doing you a favor. The food has had great taste both times but the salsa is not spicy at all and that takes away so much from the experience. We ll make sure to ask if the older lady is working next time before we head over there.

Worse service! These people don t know what they are doing. Went in for lunch, ordered to go and they missed a whole meal, didn t realize until I got back home! Then they say I didn t pay for what I asked for initially so they charged me for missing food, didn t even apologize or bother to take care of their mistake! Take your money elsewhere, where you are appreciated!

We had the tampiqueña and fajita sabroso. Delicious food and sauces, including the salsa that comes with the chips. They brought 3 containers of what looks like house-made sauces plus Tapatio and Valentina on the table. The food came out fairly quickly, and the prices are great. Everything was fresh, and I was surprised to see a couple of pieces of shrimp come out on the fajita sabroso. I dont think that was on the menu when I looked, but I was pleasantly surprised(good thing I like shrimp! ). We tried their coffee, which also hit the spot. The tea isnt sweet, but it has a good flavor.

We all make mistakes in this life. El Sabroso made a little mistake whit my order. But they fixed right away. Im satisfied with the service and tasty food. I gladly recommend this place. My family has been going here for years and they re menu is consistently good. There is a ton of space to dine in but we usually get take out. They have the best horchata and isn t gritty.The sopes are really good Vegetarian options: Many options for lactose vegetarians and they will accommodate if you need some meat taken out. Absolutely horrible service! Incompetent servers, cashiers have an attitude and the food leaves much to be desired. I ordered tacos and pupusas and although the tacos were okay, the pupusas were raw and clearly they had no idea how to make them. The cabbage was weeks old, and the customer service to provide a solution to the problem was definitely not good. Also, it is of absolute horrible taste to have a construction worker drilling and slamming the hammer down on nails while customers are eating. Totally unprofessional and very rude. There are plenty of great Mexican restaurants around DFW; you ll do well to avoid this one unless you want horrible service and food poisoning. You ve been warned.

1-14-23. Went in the evening with my boyfriend and the cashier a very young rude little girl was cashier and server she was very rude and assuming that I didnt speak any Spanish due to my looks I meant skin tone. I heard very bad stories about this place in first place and should had took this as a warning until I had this happen to me the food is terrible and terrible service. Terrible atmosphere. This worst ever dont come here unless you want garbage food and terrible service I can cook Mexican food better my self at home iam half Mexican!

I love the authenticity of this restaurant. I have had both of the tacos al pastor and the lengua tacos. The tacos al pastor were delicioso and reminded me of when I went to Mexico in 2013. The lengua tacos were outstanding! The picture I added is of the tacos al pastor. Their orchata is fresh made and tastes amazing.

The girls serving are pleasant. Attentive. We had Atomic coctail, and shrimp tostadas. The Atomic had some pan friend fish and shrimp on the side that were surprisingly good. Nice compliment to the coctail. Like the hot and cold aspect. Not sure Ill try something else when I return... I really like Atomic.
