I mostly dine at this location or the Rowlett location, but dine at others around the metroplex as well as when I travel. I get 70/30 experiences wherever I go, but this location seems to always been negative. The restaurant and food line were a complete mess, but the first two staff members I experienced were kind and respectful. Then, Kathy stepped in front of her employee to make my bowl. She was rude and dismissive, slopped my bowl together with the smallest portion sized of chicken and guacamole to go. It s a true disappointment to be treated this way as such a loyal customer and it s one of several interactions this employee has caused both myself and my wife. She s just an indecent human being to interact with. From now on I will drive across town to visit the other chipotle in Rowlett over this location and I feel sorry for her coworkers. I mentioned that she was a very unpleasant individual to deal with and both the respectfully said nothing, but their expressions said it all. Do better chipotle. This woman is single handedly driving down your business and making your staff miserable.

I placed my order online at Chipotle, expecting a smooth and timely experience. I arrived early, before my scheduled pick-up time, but the restaurant was empty, so I figured they might get my order ready sooner. Unfortunately, that wasn t the case. I informed the staff I was there for my online order, but they couldn t make it until the exact pick-up time. What made the experience even more frustrating was that after my pick-up time passed, I watched as they helped more than 10 walk-in customers who arrived after me, allowing them to pick up their food while I continued to wait. Despite the restaurant being quiet, they made no effort to expedite my online order. By the time I finally got my food, it felt like they d prioritized everyone else over a simple online order. I ve had better experiences with Chipotle in the past, but this visit was disappointing. It s frustrating to feel like online orders are treated as second-class when they should be just as important as in-person customers.

I would skip this location! The bowl I just ordered is half full. Everything is expensive and the cost of goods have gone up, but seriously, only half full and weighs half as much compared to just couple of weeks ago. Went tonight, was excited about the meal. They looked like they made the bowls really well. We spent almost $40 on my family s dinner and when we got it home we found multiple hairs in our bowls. The hairs were short and dark. It almost looked like someone got a haircut and didn t shower and came to work to cook the food. Food went into the trash. Won t be returning to this location.

This Chipotle is horrible. The only reason I keep giving then a shot is because its convenient. I will no longer give my buisness to them. The line is always filthy. Tonight there was wipe marks all over the place. Looks like a cheesy rag was used to wipe the whole line down. There was food spilt everywhere, all over the floor, line, checkout line, the delivery zone. Over flowing trash, food all in the lobby on the tables. I WILL never return here. Not to mention the food is always cold. This time I got a moldy tortilla and the chicken looks like its been in the warmer all day. It was shredded, which means its been cooked in solution for too long. I have gotten sick about 3 times from this location as well. Lets hope #4 is not tonight! Someone get health code in this location ASAP or I will! Can we see some of the recent scores?

I loved this franchise when they 1st came out and frequent them for the good food, this one and all the other locations I go to to take out are very stingy with their portions, the garland one, mesquite tx, . Not one in the last year has given their standard portions anymore, this is how they manipulate you to order dble. Not fair. If you dont believe me check it out for yourself.. This is actually my worst food industry experience and it has finally convinced me to stop going to chipotle after wanting to give it many chances to redeem itself, HOLY CRAP is the service bad, my order wrong ( tastes horrendous mind you) and they start cleaning duties hours before they close? Why are all your table unavailable an hour before you close? Why is the ice machine with no ice? Why is the fountain waters being put away in containers? Might as well close at 10 if everything will be unavailable by then.

If I could give this place a -1 I would. We loved chipotle but we came a couple weeks ago and we ordered our usual. We got a chicken bowl and the chicken was raw, chewy and completely disgusting. Service was ok as well as ambiance. Food portions is ridiculous. I ordered burrito ask for steak and barbacoa. I received 5 pieces of the cube steak and a little barbacoa. The only thing they give you alot of are the toppings. My son asked for double meat and that included 1 full spoon size and charged a extra 5.60 for double meat and wasnt double in portion at all. His burrito cost $16. 60 for 1. When we left a family of 4 burritos and 4 small drinks spent $75 ridiculous for what we received portion sized. I will not be returning. I dont recommend anything until they increase portions back or reduce menu prices

BEWARE AVOID THIS CHIPOTLE LIKE A PLAGUE, JUST GO SOME WHERE ELSE. IT WILL SAVE YOU A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE... I ordered from this location on uber. I ordered a half and half al pastor / barbacoa bowl. I could count on one hand how many pieces of chicken I received in the bowl. There was barely any food in the bowl. I ordered a large Guacamole as well. As I ate the Guacamole large pieces of Avocado shell and cilantro stems and the leaf was filling my mouth. To the point where I just didnt want anymore. If I had known I was going to leave a review I would have taken more pictures of this horrible experience. The next day I went to the location in person. I waited on line for about 5 minutes without any greetings, once the woman was ready to acknowledge me she grab a bowl and said what do I want. I never told her what I wanted to order she just assumed. She never said welcome to Chipotle what would you like. I explained to her my experience from the day before ordering at this location and she said sorry, but it was in a way like what do you want me to do about it. Not how can I help you. I will never ever go back to this place. On top of the bad food, bad experience its extremely dirty in this chipotle. I have actually never seen a chipotle so dirty in my life. Forget about my experience, this place needs to inspected. Im sure it would get shut down. Chipotle is going downhill fast. Places like this are accelerating the process.

Went through the line to order my food the same way I do 4 times a week at thus location! But tonight was special .. apparently the manager Kim was having a bad day or night and refused to.ley me buy a side of lime juice. First she said they were out, I asked if that meant they made the rice with no lime juice? t Then she said, its not a menu item so I dont have to give it to you! Unfortunately, she didnt realize that it was an important part of the mral for me and I asked for a refund. She took the whole bowl and threw it in the trash and refunded my $17.00. All over a side of lime juice! She must not have realized $20.00 to $30.00 a week of tips they get ....is from me. Every single time I go here I tip them! Never again! When I turn to walk away, I almost fall over a portable air conditioner, a wet floor sign and 2 unhappy customers waiting on their food that she is arguing with! Do better Chipotle! Tonight I came in at 8:30 to get a bowl I was served by a teenage with black curly hair who wore glasses. I asked for veggies he said they are out, I told him I would wait for some to come out he replied with no we are out for the day I said oh well can you ask? he replied with no we are out for good like we don t have any. I said ok, we proceed with the order checked out sat down to start eating just to see a Lady go and throw some fresh veggies on the grill. Just WOW was my thought! I hate to leave this review but this place has gone downhill recently. The floors and tables were absolutely filthy, sticky, and left like that for a long time. I took it upon myself to get a broom that was standing there to sweep the cheese, napkins and crumbs under the only table that didnt have any trash. The drink dispenser area was an absolute mess, used napkins scattered and barely any silverware. The workers barely served any food on our bowl and on top of that, the meats were cold. The workers seemed in a rush and uptight. This saddens me deeply, this place used to be fun.

Im not surprised this store has such low reviews. I went in at around 4:00 p.m. on February 26th and there was no one at the register to help me pay for my sofritos bowl for over 10 minutes. When I finally sat down I had eaten a few bites of it. When I found chicken in my order I went up to the general manager Maria to ask for a refund and she argued with me about it for over 10 minutes before the horrible district manager came out and told her to just do it. She proceeded to give me my $20 refunds all in coins even though I paid with a $20 bill. The reason I asked for a refund is because Im a vegetarian and I get violently sick when I eat meat. They put meat in my vegetarian food and refused a refund. No one here apologized, everyone was rude. It was not busy. I would have stayed and called the police but I started feeling sick and had to go to the hospital. If my condition changes for the worse, there will be a massive lawsuit.

We went for the BOGO hockey night and the assembly line was COVERED in sooo many different foods and just not well cleaned. I saw a worker checking temperate of the meats and vegetables with a metal thermometer and noting stuff on a tablet. Had the worst experience I ve ever had at any food establishment. My husband and I came in to try the Keithadilla special. The person making our order had no idea what it was when we asked for the keithadilla special that s online and made us feel like idiots. I told her it was the special shown on their website and she sighed loud and dramatically and said quesadilla ? And said kids or large? In the rudest tone. We were there for 5 seconds and right off the bat she was extremely rude for no reason. I don t frequent chipotle often and came to try this special I had seen online. 01/28/23 Every time my family and I come, I m never seen the dining area clean, we leave at the apartments near, and we ve never it cleaned, today we saw an employee use the brooms on the table, and he left them as is, even at that, there was crumbs, stains and trash everywhere. In maybe the 10 times I ve been here, nobody has been visible cleaning the area. An inspector ought to come out

On Saturday January 7th I went to chipotle to eat burrito. And OMG it s was a huge mess on the ground and on the side making food. They missed up my order/ the rice was hard like rock. And the girls have absolutely respect for anyone that orders. Terrible terrible terrible. I wish that they can have some respect for their customers. I will NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EAT AT THIS LOCATION.

I watched a female employee, physically push, verbally abuse, and belittle a young male employee. The male employee who underwent these events was OBVIOUSLY a new employee and undergoing training. She then snatched an item that he was preparing for the next customer in line and pushed him out of her way again. This is the 2nd time I ve been in the firewheel location and experienced this young woman act out of character with her coworkers. She is disgusting, she is a bully, and she should be embarrassed that she can treat another human being in this manner, and have no repercussions. The company should be embarrassed to allow such things to occur. She is a bad representation for the company, and an even worse representation of a higher-up .

Mobile orders are never on time and the staff is rude and dismissive. They never acknowledge or apologize for their poor service and time management. This place s quality of food and service have gone done the crapper. For $11 Barbacoa, you would think you get more than a spoonful of meat! $11 FOR A SPOON OF MEAT! And try asking for extra rice, they give you an eye roll because they ve spread the spoon of rice at the bottom of the bowl to make it look like you have a whole bowl of rice. Are you freaking kidding me- rice!?! And the service to check out- you wait and wait until they fill out pick-up order. I m sorry, I thought you should take care of the customers that are in person then you do pick-up orders. And the kicker- the next day, my kid had the runs after eating the chicken bowl- figured they under cooked the meat or something! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN- SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSE WHERE!

We ordered veg bowl and found a meat piece, Chipotle broken my trust. Respect your customers otherwise you will loose millions of customers. Several Muslims do not eat non halal meat and some Indians do Not eat meat at all. We will stop eating in Chipotle for rest of our life.

My husband loves Chipotle and Im so so about it. What I dislike about it is asking for an extra...like a lot of cheese. I always tell them Im ok to pay an upcharge, they say they cant do that but also cant give me what I ask for. The staff seems stressed about the situation and my husband didnt get his bowl with amount of cheese he wanted. Please

Update: 6/15/22 once again I had another disappointing encounter at this locations. I waited patiently up at the counter because this location doesn t put online ordered on the shelf. Well a few different people go by and the manager doesn t even look at me or acknowledge me .all I wanted to ask was if my order was ready after giving up on her I realized a bag that was on the counter was mine all along and I grabbed it and left . If your not going to put online orders on the shelf please acknowledge customers so we can get our food and leave is that to much to ask?

Went there today! Never again! I get a bowl with chicken. First of all the guy barely put any chicken on there. I ask for more then he says it s extra. When I say okay, I want EXTRA, you get more than you do when you first ask then they want to charge an extra $3.00. Do it right the first time and I don t have to ask for extra! Lastly, how you going to get an attitude about my food!!
