The food is great especially the smoothies. I come here often. But they started charging 6.50 for a SMALL with no extras. I paid less for a pina collada in Miami... Probably will stop coming here.

I am incredibly impressed by the professionalism I received today from Kelly and Lilly! It is 12/23 and EVERYONE is going crazy for last minute Christmas shopping. These two sweet girls were in such a great mood and so very welcoming. My drinks were made quickly and well. It is rare these days to receive great service but these two embody what a great employee is and I hope if leadership reads these, they do their best to ensure Kelly & Lilly are valued. Those girls have bright futures ahead!

I have visited other locations and this same location at different times and days. But the last time, in this location the following happened. My wife and I went for coffee, she ordered a drink and I ordered another drink with an extra espresso shot. When they gave us the drinks, they both tasted the same, and did not taste like coffee with espresso, and I asked why they had served us from the same blender, when I paid for an extra espresso. Both the preparer and the person who charged for the drinks said that they had added the espresso shot to both my wifes drink and mine. My wife doesnt drink espresso. Im sure they lied when they were discovered that they served us the drinks from the same blender and they didnt put espresso in my drink because none of them tasted like espresso.

I like this coffee place. So I m posting a one star review in hopes of getting attention from the corporate office. The main reason I drink my coffee from scooters is because it was a little bit cheaper than Starbucks and tasted pretty good. But as of today the prices are the same. So why would I drive out of my way for coffee that is equal to or less than courier Starbucks and it doesn t save me any money? I won t be getting my coffee from this place anymore I will go back to Starbucks.

I was so excited that this place had breakfast that was not pork only to have a frozen burrito thrown in the microwave My husband picked up per my request otherwise I would have said nevermind. Prices for the coffee are as much other places but not as good. Ill stick to the taquerias with freshly made steak (or other non pork meat), egg, and cheese tacos/burritos and I hate to say . . . Starbucks for my pumkin latte. I had the pumkin carmelicious and its not very pumkin. I cant have caffeine and my husband asked for decaf and they asked him if he wanted an extra shot so now Im thinking they didnt do the order correctly.

I just had Scooters for the first time today! Fell in LOVE! The coffee is amazing and their sandwiches! Also their cinnamon rolls are just PERFECT if you don t want something extremely sweet. The prices are also way more affordable than other coffee shops! And I cannot say enough about the person who took my order! She was too kind! Cant wait to be back!!

I go here almost everyday. I was skeptical at first when my husband would get coffee from here. I thought nothing could be Starbucks but I was very wrong. I give this location a 10-star rating for personal customer service they always remember what I want, what I like and it is absolutely AMAZING. When I pull in and they see that its me they asked me if I want the usual and make it to perfection. Its hard to find that kind of Personal Customer Service anywhere anymore. Thanks Scooters Crew

My mornings, and oftentimes afternoon/evenings aren t complete until I have had my cup from scooters. This location especially. Not once have I had a bad experience. The staff morning, noon, and nighttime are all phenomenal at their jobs. Having been a barista myself I tend to be very particular with how my drinks are made. Any trip to any Starbucks is a complete shot in the dark from one day to the next. Starbucks prides itself in consistency but falls short on anything actually coffee related. Scooters, and especially this location does that part much better.

The staff working here is so very friendly they are always so very nice they work so very hard to get the coffee and the pastries prepared quickly. Your competition to this location is no more than one block away but I will always pass them up and always come to scooters simply because of the fact that the customer service and the friendliness is so nice and Im like what I would get elsewhere.

Honestly this place is disgusting, if you usually drink Starbucks this is not the place to be at. The cake pops are gross & any coffee. The coffee taste so thick & way too sweet. I don t know what it is but I won t be coming back again. Red Bull infusions are good and good customer service always.

My first time trying them out was today and I will definitely be back and will definitely recommend this location. Im very picky but Trinity and Marina was so helpful with helping me pick a drink that I liked. They went above and beyond their job description of helping me and they remade my drink twice and did so with a smile on their face. They have excellent customer service and has a welcoming demeanor that makes the customer want to return not to mention the coffee and cinnamon rolls are great!

If you like coffee/caffeine/espresso then i suggest always asking for an extra shot of espresso so its not overly sweet vs more coffee flavor. The cinnamon rolls have a cream cheese topping so its definitely a lot tastier than the traditional sugar topping!

I don t like this scooters. Came by today and ordered the peanut butter mocha caramelious and there was no whipped cream on top. On my last visit they missed the caramel syrup on top and on top of that charged me an extra .10. They never ask if I could like my receipt. I don t mind driving to the one at lavon they actually prepare it right.
