Awwwh, wish Id taken a pic of my donut before I ate it but it was soooooooooooooooo delicious looking, I couldnt resist tearing into it ( ) so I will describe it..... Chocolate donut and Chocolate icing. I also passed out it was so good . The ladies have great customer service, very friendly and professional. This is a great place to go and I highly recommend it.

My absolute favorite donuts!! Been coming here for years, and I m always satisfied. Great service. I LOVE that they are open late! I ve often run in late at night to get dozens of donuts for school the next day. My favorite is the apple fritter. But I love the chocolate iced chocolate donut, too. Yuuuuuuum. Worst place to stop for donuts and coffee or for anything really. Staff is rude and unprofessional, you have to wait 20 to 30 minutes just to get something warm. Will never go here again, would much rather go to a mom and pop donut shop down the street from them for a quick snack. And I do emphasize on the Quick part!

I have not been inside a dunkin donuts in years and i was pleasently suprised. Very nice staff and they were very accommodating. They have merchandise set up so beautifully and just an all around quant atmosphere. Kid-friendliness: Not a snoody place that makes you feel embarrassed if your kids are loud...many different choices to let your kids pick from.

First time ever going to Dublin donuts cause they were never in my area. Moved about a month ago. The tables were dirty I assume they hadn t had a chance to clean them. The donuts were not good at all. Am I supposed to put them in the oven when I get home to make them better. I spent 25 dollars for no reason. Terrible donuts. I will not be going back. I would rate zero but there s not an option. I ordered delivery through Grub Hub. I ordered several things and did not receive what I ordered. I ordered lemon cake but received banana bread with chocolate chips . I ordered a red velvet cupcake but received a plain cake donut. I ordered a variety of donut holes but received glazed. I ordered an apple fritter but it had no apple in it. So I called the next day and spoke with manager Areli who told me to contact Grub Hub. I asked for her district manager and she told me she didn t know who that was (lie.) I have used Grub Hub for years and if there was a problem the restaurant always took ownership of the problem. I spent $38 and it was a rip off.

Donuts are excellent but coffee is not good. We ate in and felt claustrophobic. Place is tiny and sitting in the crowded establishment makes you feel uncomfortable and in everybodys way. They only have a few tables so people have to wait to get a flimsy table with matching flimsy chairs. Donuts are not cheap and atmosphere ruins the experience. Parking: Congested and hard to part in small parking lot.

I am here from out of town and I ordered through DoorDash. I ordered a cold brew with oat milk and three pumps brown sugar cookie. I received my order and it has no pumps of brown sugar cookie. I called the store and the lady I spoke with said she remembered making my order and that she did not put any pumps in because they don t have that flavor anymore. However, that flavor is an option on DoorDash. I don t understand why she could not call and ask if I wanted a different flavor or just cancel my order. It is absolutely disgusting and I can t drink it. i just paid for a plain cold brew when that s not what i ordered

The place is always clean and orderly, but a little bit crowded. Its a smaller location in a very good location so they can get rather busy. Other than that, I always have a good experience. Get yourself a Large Vanilla Bean Coolatta and 2 Vanilla Creme donuts and thank me later. Oh, and their hash browns are the best... along with that Snackin Bacon... you can never go wrong with BACON.

this was my first time coming to a dunkin EVER and i have to say it was a great experience. the older male at the counter was super sweet and started a conversation with me. i loved that (: i also have never been so didn t know i had to ask for whip cream and it wasn t an automatic thing. the girl making my coffee immediately put some on there with a carmel drizzle without hesitation or a fight. i ll know better next time, but it was so nice of her to jump in and do that for me while educating me without a belittling experience. fell in love this little shop

I will admit that we did go very close to closing (11:30) and I know that can be frustrating. The service was very unfriendly, the restrooms were disgusting and the women s was locked. Our drinks tasted like expired syrups, not like anything we ve ever experienced from Dunkin. Very disappointed.

I want to give one reason why I would return to this location and thats because Nick Liontos the friendly associate we met there. He greeted us by saying Happy Birthday and though it wasnt my birthday, it made me feel very good and he treated us like it was our birthday. Nick was very kind and his view that everyday is like a birthday made sense and I understood it. After that friendly introduction, we had one eclair and two of the best donuts I have ever had, the Chocoholic Caramel Donuts. If you want to experience Heaven in a Donut, this was bliss! I could eat a dozen of those and die a happy person. But even if I died, I would haunt that place and still enjoy those donuts. To the manager I give 7 stars to Nick Liontos for being the kind of associate we all want to greet us. He was a friend! And we like associate who go the extra mile, by making customers there friends. We definitely recommend this location and what ever shift Nick Liontos is on. Your going to be treated like the most important person. This man knows how to treat people and I was the boss I would give him a raise and even a paid vacation. We love you guys and wish the best holiday season yet to come. I am coming back for a dozen of those special donuts! Maybe two dozen, yeah two dozen! Cheers buddies and thanks Nick!

I ordered a caramel frozen coffee and when I picked it up it didnt have any whipped cream or caramel drizzle. I told the guy wearing glasses that my drink was missing caramel drizzle and whipped cream and he said that the order didnt say to add those two missing add ons. Then I stop by at shop.The employees were friendly but I wasn t satisfied with customer experience and price in my visit. The price was a little higher that other Dunkin I use to pay $5 for 2 Donuts and one medium iced coffee but there is a little bit higher price in my visit. 0.62 cent additional charge even though the price is higher the coffee wasn t good and a lots of unfettered test, the Donuts was dry and I can t eat it. Went to Dunkin Donuts on a whim and I was not disappointed. Everything we tried was really so yummy! The donuts were perfect and fresh and moist. They batch cook the hash browns and bacon. One time i ordered and everything was cold like it was just sitting. So i asked her could she make the bacon and hash browns fresh and she refused. Saying they just came out five minutes ago!!!!! Like what, back home in Philadelphia they make everything fresh to the order even if you gotta wait two extra minutes. She was very rude and when i asked for a manager she said there wont be one in the store until next week. The manager not being there was also the reason she said i could not get a refund for the cold food. Its a shame that is the closest dunkin to me and i was driving them 25 mins to and from frequently, mostly just for coffee!. Oh and sometimes they dont cook the bagel bites long enough my bestie got them twice and both times they were half done. The coffee was decent!

The last few times weve come here there have been incredibly long lines and wait times without it being unreasonably busy. I went around 430 pm and there was a large order before me and I guess they were a little overwhelmed but the two hot lattes I ordered were luke warm I dont know how they managed to do that because they just made it, it wasnt like it was sitting out. I was nice bc Ive worked in service and just heated it up in my microwave later. Hopefully its not always like this. Disappointed.
