We loved the Bowlero in Wautaga so much we usually drive the 45 min to go there because the staff is just SO phenomenal and friendly. However, we wanted to try this closer location which superiorly fell short. The front desk attendant was very stressed and I felt bad for him. He was talking to another employee over their radio and the one on the other line yells what do you want!? Like wow. Next, we were assigned a lane right next to a 3 LANE birthday party of little girls. It was so loud and unenjoyable. There were several other open lanes but that s where we were put, seriously? I d rather drive the 45 min to our Wautaga location where the service awesome, bowl areas are larger and cleaner, and atmosphere is friendly.

Bowling da lanes and balls or fantastic. They take care of the equipment I love to bowl there. Favorite lanes. But everything else is subpar far as food and drinks are horrible ..watered all da way down. But for beer and bowling its a great spot with nice deals and again lanes or well tooken care of.

Went here on a Friday night with four other friends, and the total was 140 for just 2 games. The place was clean, and they have security so we all felt safe. We ordered drinks and they were expensive and not good. I wish they had prices listed on the menu. We still had a great time and would go again.

I had my birthday party here and just rented some lanes. The staff was so nice and offered to put my cake in the fridge when I got there. They also provided plates and silverware. The only problem was the lane had a problem where it wouldn t reload the pins and we had to manually reset it. Other than that everything was great!!!

Ive never seen a bowling alley needing security. That threw me off to start with. This place was cold and the staff if not friendly. The security guards were more friendly than anything. The bar tender was somewhat rude and obtuse. The lady who was behind the counter for the bowling lanes seemed to be new and not knowing what to do. She was not helpful at all and kept pointing at the sign. Lady we can read?! Give more options.

Amazed by the service. We had a lane reserved and our whole party arrived about 45 minutes later. We was able to push it back free of charge . They also allowed us to extend our time which was an additional fee but it was worth it . The naked wings 10/10. I forgot the guy who was helping me at the counter and checking but TREVOR o..my..gawd young, but TOP TIER SERVICE ! Trevor made sure we were taken care of all night and friendly. He s a great asset to the company .Thank y all BOWLERO for making my 29th birthday special & please make sure Trevor and the guy that be at the register at night see this . 1st time here. Didnt have a lane reservation for a Saturday night. We were able to get a lane right away. Played 3 games, which came with a $5 arcade card for each player. Price included shoe rental. Lots of bowling balls available in all weights and sizes. Very accommodating when requesting help. Will definitely visit again.

The worst service I ve ever had. My group of 4 got here around 8:45pm and we ordered food shortly after. I ordered medium fries and when I tell you i didn t receive my food for a whole 3 hours later .. I was pissed. They served the first 2 in our group after we waited for like an hour and half. Then one person got theirs another hour after that and I literally got mine as we were about to leave. Absolutely unacceptable, visit another establishment.

I really really love this place its the first time I went and when I went was on a Sunday the day after we had my older daughters funeral and my grandson and his girlfriend called and asked me that I want to go out and see sure I go I never did that before and had this atmosphere nice the workers that serve the drinks are niece very polite I asked for some water he gave me some water and Im 65 years old I just really enjoyed it the atmosphere and thanks for the hospitality nice people that were there at the game everything was real nice nice music everything and I just want to say to to the bowling place keep the work up got good employees and everything bathroom clean everything I love was just nice, And well be going back again.

I bowl here at Bowlero in a league and can say without the shadow of a doubt that this place it top tier. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. The lanes have just the perfect amount of oil and the food is pretty good for a bowling alley. Although they are a bit expensive on the food and drink.

I am absolutely amazed by the service we were provided. I had a party for my son on a Sunday afternoon. The service was spectacular. I am beyond amazed and grateful for the service and attentiveness that the staff provided for us. I am going to give a 100% satisfaction review. My entire family had a great time. We had so many people show up and there were nonstop drinks and food and it was just amazing. This has been the best birthday party I have thrown for my children and I ve done a lot lol. This is a solid bowling alley. Its not as upgraded with the lanes as it could be (bumpers are not person specific, they are either up for the whole group or down), but still solid. I had a small b-day event here with my niece and her friends. The food was good, and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They had a great day of celebrating and even had fun in the arcade. Will definitely come back to bowl again.

A great place to go bowling that has plenty of lanes and a cool game area with prizes. They have a pro shop inside and my son gets all his bowling equipment drilled here. The food is okay. The bathrooms are clean too. The staff are always nice.

I was amazed with the attention to detail and customer care! I booked my sons 8th birthday party here and it was so worth it! Kevin and Tiffany made sure to keep the food coming, drinks replenished, bowling lanes working, etc. This was my first time having a party here and it was so much fun; the food was great, I must say their arcade is very nice and the bar for the adults covered each point. Again, Im sure I let them know but I want to appreciate Kevin and Tiffany for all their work and attentiveness throughout the whole party! You guys made it a great one! Update: now named Bowlero, the place has had new good modifications to the setting and security in addition to. The upgrades and arcade continue to be great amenities. Food menu has however changed not for better. Now the more limited menu is notably lower quality food as well as the drinks do not recommend. If going there for a drink and bowling then it is worth it, food is not the best.

Conner , looked out for us to a T , and I can t thank him enough we had some issues and in the beginning a misunderstanding , not with him but another associate , but he made all of that not even matter the minute I saw him take action and gave us his undivided attention and care ! I would definitely recommend anyone to go to this place simply just because of him , I definitely will be returning soon ! Gotta give Bowlero 5 stars for doing everything possible to make my work get together fun. We had some issues tonight mainly on lane 19 and a couple on 18. Drew the manager and all the staff worked hard to keep our lanes open and functional and even gave us extra time for our troubles. The lanes kept counting wrong points and the pin gaurd kept getting stuck or simply not replacing pins and not working. They were all so nice and very accommodating. I usually dont give 5 stars, but this place sure deserved it for their amazing staff and service.
