I really enjoyed eating at Jetty s during my stay at the hotel. The food was cooked well and tasted good. We were a party of three and we all enjoyed our food. We had a comfortable window seat booth and their customer service was excellent. No complaints.

Only had 1 person on the floor working greeting people taking orders at 6:15pm and serving. Finally someone else came from the back to assist. The 2 people that came in 10 minutes after us got their food before us and there were four of us. Overall not good service here but the food was good, we had to ask for everything napkins, cream for coffee, more coffee, more water, ketchup.

We were so happy that we chose Jettys for dinner! The food was quick and delicious. Samuel, Sam, was the best part of our day. He was so nice to us and out children. Id highly recommend. 10 out of 10!

Wanting breakfast as we were leaving Galveston and stumbled upon the Jetty. Being non hotel guests and a Saturday morning our option was the breakfast buffet. As for as breakfast buffets go this was one of the best. Bacon and sausage were actually tasty and cooked very well (not to crispy on the bacon) eggs tasted very good. Not the institutionalized taste. Staff was very prompt and courteous

The food was okay, and our waiter was pretty nice. We came in pretty late, as we were late getting into town, and one of the staff stood about 20 feet from us and stared at us the ENTIRE meal. I felt so awkward and had our kids eat quickly so we could get out of there. If you are staying that the hotel the kids meals are free which is a definite perk.

Excellent buffet breakfast with spectacular seaside view. Good coffee, exactly what we needed for our precruise breakfast. They handled a party of 6 in very little time. Well be back, next time were in Galveston, for sure!

I had no idea it was a breakfast buffet until we got there. The restaurant is located inside a hotel. Staff was very nice and the food was pretty good. My child really liked the pancakes. The eggs with the spinach and mushrooms were really good too.

I ordered a Ceasar salad, added shrimp, and it honestly did not meet my expectations. I love Ceasar dressings that are made from scratch and this one was a little too bland (mayonnaise-y?) for my taste. But the shrimp was seasoned perfectly and added some needed flavor into the salad. The fried shrimp, on the other hand, and my Mai Tai were both great! The interior of the restaurant seems like its just opening and is not fully furnished the way youd expect for the pricing of the menu. Servers were great, friendly and very attentive.

Very nice place!! Weve been here for breakfast on Sundays, but never for dinner. It was lovely!! We missed the turkey & trimmings, which were served for lunch. Dinner was sandwiches or fettuccine or a redfish meal. All were great & we very much enjoyed them!! They have great desserts too!!

DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY OVER CHARGED OUR BILL. CHARGED 3 EXTRA DOLLARS TO TIP. Found out while checking my bank account later that night. Our waitress named Yenny was probably the worst waitress I have ever had. She seemed very upset because we came to eat dinner a little over an hour before they closed. She did not refill our drinks, barely was at the table, left our food sitting out on in the kitchen (we could see it through the kitchen door window) for so long our food was cold by the time we got it. She had an attitude the whole two times she came to our table and purposely poured water into our soda cups to avoid having to go back to the kitchen after we asked for a refill on our drinks. I ordered the sea food soup they got and mentioned in my order placing that I dont eat meat and they were suring me that the soup is totally sea food ingridiants. However I got it with meat pieces. Total time for the whole order was long. Paid alot of money doesnt worth the quality I got beside they add 19% obligandry gratuity to my receipt in advance!

My husband, son and I had breakfast here. I ordered the eggs Benedict and asked for it to be without the Canadian bacon. It came with it and I returned it. Instead of remaking it, they only removed it from the one that was brought to me...I could taste it throughout the breakfast. The service also was severely lacking without so much as a good morning greeting and attitude when ordering.

Ordered Jetty potato skins and the shrimp and crab stuffed jalapenos. The jalapenos were huge and just 2 filled me up. Saving the other 2 for a midnight snack. The potato skins were okay but they were just cubes potatoes with cheese, bacon, chives, and sour cream on them. Not potato skins like I was hoping for. But they were nice and warm and not bad.

Stopped here as a last resort breakfast choice and already had low expectations before eating. Fine if you stay at the hotel connected to it, but as a casual walk in customer it plainly sucks. Over priced for the options and the buffet is very slowly replenished through the morning. Waitresses walked around aimlessly as if they didn t know what to do and upon cashing out they acted as if we were burdening them because we wanted to pay for this joke of a meal. On top of that, the floor was filthy since the busser would just push the crumbs left on tables onto the floor. The only saving grace was the bacon. IF you only care about quantity and not quality, just get the bacon.

My family and I ate here for their Thanksgiving Dinner special. It was very good and had lots of food. The restaurant was clean and recently updated with contemporary design elements. I have also been here for the weekend breakfast buffet. Every buffet item was above average in taste and quality. The buffet was kept well stocked. The community utensils for scooping or grabbing buffet items could be cleaner and should be replaced with a clean utensil each time the food is refilled. Caked on scrambled egg on a spoon is not attractive. Table service is substandard. The staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed.

Terrible service. Terrible food. On top of it all had my credit card charged extra tip from the waitress I filed a complaint with both my credit card and the restaurant. Make sure you take your credit card receipt so this doesnt happen to you here.

Horrible ! Waited 10 minutes to be seated - only 2 tables had customers- sat down gave our order- 45 minutes later nobody had came to check on us, we motioned waitress over asked about food , then when she came back said it would be a few minutes- we asked if they had even started it and she informed us they just did! Told her not to worry about it and left!
