Wonderful handcrafted drinks made right there in the same location. Highly recommend if you want a unique authentic Galveston tasting experience you should come here! The owner and staff are awesome with their service and if you want a close-by Airbnb they can help with that too. Both the Airbnb and the Distillery/Bar were amazing and I would highly recommend to any friend or family

Our bar tender Jack was awesome! Fantastic drinks (off menu cocktails too)! Beautiful place. We loved everything including the cat, music and bathrooms.

Great place to have a drink, cool off, and play shuffle board! The White Lady cocktail was expertly mixed. You must try the Allspice Dram, really good! And the Triple Sec is spot on! Can t wait until their whiskey comes out!

Amazing, quality drinks!! We tried the mint julep and Hawaiian sunset and both were wonderful. The owner definitely takes time to make each drink properly. They are also very affordable and have a very nice upstairs sitting area with a cute balcony. Definitely recommend checking them out!

Amazing distillery. Best cocktails in Galveston for a great price. Good ambience, awesome owner (Tim), awesome art, great vibes. The distillery is also very clean and well kept. I highly recommend visiting for anyone local or out of town. You ll have the best spirits in town at the best price in a cool venue.

Stopped in here for a cocktail while on a road trip. The owner made an excellent drink, so I decided to bring back home a bottle of their coffee liqueur. My husband LOVES it and has a little over ice every evening since. Highly recommend!

A new place that I accidentally stumbled upon! Met the owner, quite a nice dude. Did a sample of some liquor and it was awesome! Didnt get a chance to drink drink today since I had to work but I will definitely be back! Excited to see what comes of this place.

If you like Gin, Vodka, or Rum, and enjoy playing shuffle board, Galveston Distilling Co. is the place to be. The owner Tim is very knowledgable about cocktails and distilling. Front half is a bar with plenty of seating, and the back half is his private distillery. I like Gin, after I sampled Gin Vol 1, 2, and 3, I purchased a bottle of Vol 2 to take home. Next time I go, I ll try a drink or two from their cocktail menu, and also buy a bottle to go :) Not serving food, yet. But, exterior food is welcome, so that s cool. I highly recommend this new Galveston Island treasure!

Everything we tasted was classic excellence. Gins 1, 2 & 3 were all different and very good. Gin 1 had more Dutch Auld Jenevere flavors and excellent neat. Gin 2 was drier and would work well in cocktails. Gin 3 was sort of halfway between the two. We also tried the rum and vodka. Both unusual and top notch. We had the Cosmo and Maitai cocktails. Owner Tim does them perfectly with classic recipes. Finally, we had a preview taste of his soon to be bottled absinthe. OMG. So good. We would have bought a bottle of gin 1 to take home to California but he was out of the prepared bottles. Oh well. Great experience!

Great new distillery. At the time of this review they have Rum, Gin and Vodka available and the time is ticking for their Rye, Whiskey and Bourbon which are currently in barrels. They have a nice menu of hand crafted cocktails made from their currently available spirits.

Gin Julep: Refreshing. A good start to the evening. Hawaiian Sunset: get this for a mid-drink. It s sweet in a natural way. The cherries used are tart-seeet/bittersweet. I highly recommend this as a good friend spot.
