Worst experience Ever. We reserved a table for party of six for my friends birthday, we had to return with such bad experience. When we made reservation, never got an email or any notification about dress code, I ended up wearing casual outfit that day. I had a very long day and busy day and couldn t change and come. I completely understand that every restaurant has a certain policy and I am a restaurant manager myself. And a professional model who never dress up bad. I am a fashion stylist myself. But that day had to face such embarrassment. They didn t let me in, however they were letting in people with some casual sweatpants. That made me even more mad. Finally, after talking to them they let us in saying that we have to spend at least $350 and ended up spending $800. After sitting on the table they came to us and asked us to get a bottle service which was mandatory and was $600. But three of us never drink. What s the bottle service for? What if people don t drink and want to come for food and good experiences? They re not allowed to dine in? The service was okay. We didn t even get water for a while after getting seated. But anyways, that s not a big deal. One of the guy employees, must be supervisor or manager, came to us and apologized for whole situation and tried to made up. He was nice but our dinner was kind of ruined already. That was our whole experience. I thought I would never go back again, but I will definitely go again to see how they will treat us again.

food was OK. service was fine when she was paying attention to us. We sat for 15 minutes wanting another glass of wine and when she brought it, it was obviously an old bottle - we had to roll so we left it at the table. this is more of a club vibe, not a typical restaurant. three apps: chk satay, hummus and some pork fritters, two drinks $125. Seemed pricey for the quality but people probably paying to be in a club atmosphere pay a little more for food. high end vibe, meh-end food and service.

Came here about a month ago around 5 pm, so my party of 4 and a couple other tables where the only ones there. The vibe and aethetics are great. Food/Drinks/Price are over rated. We ordered a couple round of drinks and an app and our tab was about $300.00. I paid with card and tipped cash and then a WEEK later, I get a random identical charge. We met Rachel our server and she was very helpful when I asked her about the charge she said she had never seen that before. The same thing happened to my friend since her and I split the bill down the middle. I called multiple times and they dont answer the phone. Luckily, I was able to dispute it, but still shady. Will not be coming back which is too bad.

Went there with three other people, waiter added party tip without ever telling us anything. On the menu it specifically said parties are 6 or more people we were four people. I always leave a good tip so what bothered me is that she added the party tip without being transparent. Asked her why she added herself a tip if we were only 4 people, she said it was because after 10 pm we re considered a party. No where in the menu does it say that also we had actually placed our food order and drink order around 9:00 pm, felt like this is a way to get your money, wouldn t have even known she gave herself a tip and charged extra fees if I hadn t seen the receipt. Unacceptable, that s taking people s money. Wouldn t be surprised if she was able to pull this off at other tables as well.

The food is amazing, the ambience is pleasing and aesthetic and the waiter was very helpful. My husband and I went for a day date when they opened which was happy hour. We had a blast tried all their drinks and appetizers but didnt break the bank.

This place has a very unique and eye catching atmosphere. Overall, the food was mostly good, especially the truffle fries. This place is quite expensive though, so best reserved for special occasions. Its also a bit small and can feel crowded easily. Wish it was roomier.

I really enjoyed it. I was in town visiting a friend who took me here and it was a nice experience. Drinks were good, music was good, our bartender was nice and it wasnt a huge space. It wasnt really busy while we were there around 10-11pm so there was ample seating. If I moved to the area, Id love to go back.

I came here for a birthday lunch and it was perfect. We received great service, I heard the drinks were pretty good and I enjoyed the food. My favorites were the kimchi calamari, steak, fried rice, and wagyu tacos. My least favorite was the wagyu empanadas. It s super cute in there, I def love the atmosphere. I would recommend and come back.

The server RACHEL was rude and VERY unfriendly! Two other tables got up and walked out because she was not being attentive at ALL! She slammed food on table. Spilled water on table and didnt bother cleaning it up. She tried charging me for food she did not ever bring out to the table. When I expressed my concerns to another server Kathy, she made no apologies even after me showing her how the meat was undercooked and extremely red, other food cold brought to table and me explaining how awful Rachel was. I asked to speak with the manager and was told he was not in. I still want to speak to Noah. I made sure to get all names. They spent on the money on the aesthetic of this place but very little money on the staff, training and food. My friends and I went for my friend s 30th birthday brunch and it was all around not good. Not the WORST I ve ever had, but pretty bad. The waiter was kind of rude and very fragmented in his method of serving. The amount of times we had to keep calling him back to place peoples orders who have an ordered or ask for things and then he would take 10 minutes to come back. The food was cold and also late. They missed one of my friends orders so she had to wait another 20 minutes to get her food after everyone else.The one nice thing was my espresso martini was super strong, so I guess you get your money s worth. I hear the experience all around is better for the nighttime setting versus for brunch.

This is a really nice place with great ambiance. I got the sliders and they were good but I could tell the meat wasnt seasoned and it was all the toppings that made it taste good. The Pina Colada mocktail I had was so good I got another one. Also I got the bread pudding which is my favorite dessert. It was amazing however it was a very small portion. I didnt care for the music much and around 9pm on the weekends they have a DJ so it gets pretty loud around that time but I understand that why most people didnt show up until around that time because thats the atmosphere they are looking for. But all in all the place is a great spot if you want to chill and have some fun with your friends and get a bite to eat.

Would not recommend for brunch. The menu is limited. A bit pricey for common breakfast foods. The charcuterie breakfast was not as expected, especially the mini pancakes. Would suggest adding a description ( I did not see one) to the menu so customers are aware that the pancakes are whole grain prior to ordering. No option to order a comparable replacement item. The fruit and toast were good. Nice decor. Friendly staff. Amount paid was not worth it for the quality of food.

Came here for a birthday party - the first thing I noticed was the excellent aesthetic. Beautiful decor and great ambiance. The food was *chefs kiss* Started off with the fries which I forgot to take a picture of because they were so delicious. Onto the shrimp, great choice for shrimp lovers. The chicken and waygu beef sliders were some of the best sliders I ve ever had. Lastly, the star of the show - Lomo Salteado. Beautifully cooked wagyu and excellently seasoned. I ll be back for more!

I met up with friends here excited to try a new place. The place is nice with a cool vibe for chatting if you are there before 9pm. After 9pm the music gets louder and its more for the younger crowd who like the club ambience. I had trouble hearing my friends chat. Anyway, I could still put up with that and the price for drinks and food since I like to treat myself but the food was nasty. I ordered Lomo Salteado. It advertises it as waygu steak strips over tomatoes and potatoes with rice. It sounded delicious. What I got was 5 about 1.5 inch long pieces of chewy meat, hard to cut over some weird sauce, no tomatoes, and FRENCH FRIES! I was starving so I ate it but it was not 38.00 dollars worth. It tasted more like the mix you get at a cheap Chinese buffet when you accidentally mix your stuff on a plate. My wine was good. My friends said their drinks were good except for a mocktail..if you want a club vibe with decent overpriced cocktails, this is for you! If you prefer a mellow ambience where you can chat with friends and good food, not for you.

The bartender and front door guy checked our ID 3 times and refuse to serve us liquor because they stated we look young . My twin and I are 34 years old with a 14 and 8 year old daughter. So we told the manager what happened. He stared at us like we wasn t talking English. And just told the bartender to give us a drink for free. Basically shut up and take this drink , instead of simply apologize for his worker disregard of simple respect. Me and my twin first and definitely last time there and telling our 27k followers. Extremely disappointed of the micro-aggressions we had to encounter.

We had our company holiday party here and everything was PERFECT. And I mean everything. The drinks are so fun and delicious. You kinda want to try them all. (Probably shouldn t in one night,LOL). Our servers Nick and Carmen were professional and very attentive. No one ever felt like they were waiting for a drink or food. If you want to enjoy your late evening with your friends and love ones, Snowbird is the perfect place to enjoy at. Snowbird is a great nightclub and high energy bar, ambience is great, music is soo good, bartenders and team are welcomed and smiling. Bar has inside and outside sitting both,,, its has private sitting at upper floor too, they have tables and couch sitting to enjoy drinks where you have to buy bottles, For Halloween this can be your perfect venue. They have valet parking available with them. you will find great crowd here and at nearby restaurants.

I visited recently after getting a promotion at work and I was wanting to celebrate a bit, I sat at the bar and asked for a shot of Don Julio and the man with the mustache made me a drink right after throwing the trash away (Without even washing his hands ) I then see him pour a shot out of a bottle that was not Don Julio but was still charged for it on my tab. Was very disappointed and it ruined my night, dont think I will be coming back.

Decided to give this place a try and expected great things after seeing mixed reviews. Not sure why this place is still in the star, it s horrible! Service was the worst i ve ever experienced anywhere food was not good either. I waited for over 20 minutes for each round of drinks, server was in attentive and I had to ask other staff members for more drinks and to place orders after not being helped for long periods on top of the server being completely rude. I was shocked and told her we had a reservation aswell, but sure we can move! Glade our 2 person 250.00 bill is nothing to a 8 person table. . My family and I had the worst experience here. We will not be returning. Food: My husband and I ordered Mac and cheese, the chicken sliders, and fries and we sent back everything except for our fries and drinks. The Mac and cheese had a weird after taste and the chicken sliders were bland and burnt. The food was very underwhelming and not worth trying. Drinks: The only positive about this place is the drinks were decent and the restaurant is pretty! If youre looking to get a quick drink and take cute pics this is a great place but thats about it. Service: We came with a large group (around 15-20 people) and the place was nearly empty......service was extremely slowwww. We had two waiters who didnt check on our large group as much as they shouldve. Dominique was very friendly but Kat or Cat (not sure how you spell it) was very rude and seemed to be disinterested in trying to make things right with our order.

The environment was nice and became more energetic and club-like as it got later. Drinks were good. I was disappointed when my Beef Wellington came to me burnt at the bottom, but the manager, Noah, talked with me and took it off my bill. They had a LOT of parties going on, so Im guessing that was the reason. Overall, it was a good experience. In the future, I would go for the experience and atmosphere, not the food.

This by far was the worst experience here. Food came out cold twice & wrong both times, checks were wrong, never got drinks ordered, and the waitress was hardly anywhere to be found and when we saw her we had to get her attention. Other tables upstairs with us but never checked on us specifically. Snowbird Cocktail Lounge & Kitchen is an upscale cocktail lounge located in the star district in Frisco, Texas. Its the perfect spot for a date night, brunching with the girls or dinner. The decor is very chic and modern with accents of teal and purple throughout. We arrived around 11:15 for brunch and had an amazing experience from the moment we entered. I ordered the, Youre the Steak to My Eggs. The steak was a 6 oz, 24-day aged NY strip that was cooked perfectly, per my specifications. I substituted the sunny side up eggs with scrambled eggs. It also came with a healthy portion of seasoned tri-color potatoes and toast with a garlic and chive spread that was absolutely amazing. I ordered a mimosa to start with and then I switched to the snowbird signature cocktail that consisted of Cazadorez Blanco tequila, Combier Lorange liqueur, coconut cream, lime juice, tajin rim, pea tea bitter spray. I normally keep it simple and stick with a mimosa or a kettle one on the rocks because Im not a fan of mixed drinks because they always come out too sweet or too bitter, but this signature cocktail did not disappoint. It was so good, that I had to order a second round. The other individuals in my party had the Espresso No Depresso and the Moscow Mule for their drinks and they were not disappointed. The bartenders at Snowbird definitely know how to prepare an equally proportioned cocktail. I would rate my overall experience at Snowbird a 5 out of 5, based on the ambiance, service, seasoned food, portion sizes and the perfectly crafted cocktails. Go check it out for yourself.

Exceeded expectations! The cocktails were delicious to start. My friends ordered the mimosa flight thinking it was going to be 3 little glasses. Turned out to be 3 full size mimosas!!! Brunch was absolutely yummy...a welcomed surprise. I ordered the AvoGooday and it was so pretty. My only small complaint is that I wish there were 2 eggs instead of 1. My girls got the Breakfast of Champions and Charcuterie Sunrise! Which was also delicious and so much food. We had a manager waiting on us and she did not disappoint. Overall experience was wonderful and well definitely be back!

My party of 3 visited Snowbird last night. We did not realize there was a much smaller menu after 11. We arrived at 10:50, the waiter refused to allow us to order the one drink we specifically went there for despite the table next to us drinking them and the nitrous tanks still on the bar from making those drinks (the Raspberry Beret). We ordered different drinks that were just ok . He then did not check on us once to see if we wanted another drink. I had to flag him down to get the check. It will be a long time before I ever go back IF I ever do. Sad because the atmosphere is very lounges and fun in there. Will stick to going to bars where a bartender will make whatever I ask for. Do better!

I met friends here for brunch and it was a not so pleasant experience. The venue is beautiful, the food was visually appeasing BUT the food was not good. The orders all came out separately and on top of that the food was cold. Eggs - cold, pancakes - the temp of room temperature bread, etc. We mentioned it to our waitress and she indicated shed send over the manager. We visibly saw her discussing it (a woman with curly dirty blond hair) but she still did not address our table after 10 minutes passed. Due to this and being ignored, I had a friend go to the bar area to ask for assistance as we were being ignored. At that time is the only time the manager decided to barely say anything. We were going to pay for the food even though we didnt eat it but the chef told us not to worry about it. This place has potential but the staff definitely needs some training in service. When orders are complete maybe they can have runners helping the server deliver food. I feel like maybe items were just sitting out and got cold. But to have a waitress and MANAGER not address the situation or try to make it right is absurd! Ended up going next door to Tupelo Honey since we were starving still and had a better experience (AND HOT FOOD) there.

My office is across the street, and I raved about this place. Weve been here numerous times as we live in Little Elm also. I was a huge fan of this place until we wanted to order food to go one night after stopping by at another place. We were dressed casually in shorts because of the weather. They said the dress code was business casual and we asked to just order food from the bar. They said great, go ahead. When we got in, we saw someone else dressed in shorts and they said that the fabric is different. Seemed inconsistent with their previous statement, but ok. The manager then told us that the shorts I had were ok, but now my baseball cap was an issue. We only wanted food to go as mentioned numerous times. After this negative experience, we decided to go elsewhere and not return.

We really love this hot spot. Perfect for brunch, happy hour or nightlife, this is a very stylish and sexy restaurant and lounge, which becomes similar to a nightclub at night on the weekends. The decor is magnificent and there are plenty of different seating options to choose from. The menu was great, with lots to choose from and the cocktails were amazing. Parking was a breeze with the garage close by, and the service was excellent. Our AMEX Global Dining RESY was honored on site and we had a great table with the best view of everything. Prices are well worth the service and atmosphere, and keeps this place upscale and classy. Our new favorite cocktail lounge, we will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Just know that the strongpoint of this place is the drinks, not the food. The servers will try to hype it like it s the best damn food they ve ever served but. I know better. Drinks were great though and the ambiance was nothing different then all the new spots in DFW (The Glen, K&C, XOXO, etc) that look exactly the same and play loud club music. I recently visited Snowbird Cocktail and Lounge and I have to say, it was a great experience! The location is perfect and the inside is absolutely beautiful. The decor is modern and chic, and the ambiance is perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic date. The staff were wonderful, from the friendly and welcoming hostesses to our knowledgeable and attentive server. Everyone just seemed to have a good vibe and made us feel very comfortable. Our server was very accommodating and made sure that we had everything we needed.The food was decent Overall, I would definitely recommend Snowbird Cocktail and Lounge to anyone looking for a great night out.

Came here for dinner at 7 on a Friday. It was not too packed. The spot has a nice ambiance. Service was good. For food I had the wagyu sliders and chicken satay. Both were very good. For drink I had the lychee martini and I liked that. It wasnt too sweet. I celebrated my birthday so I received a tiramisu on the house. The dessert was good and had a lot of flavor. Menu was a little limited for dinner. Overall I had a good experience and would return.

I visited Snowbird for the first time Memorial weekend. That Sunday was extremely busy and unfortunately the restaurant was extremely short staffed. After the server explained their predicament my husband and I decided to stay and try it out. Coming from a service industry we definitely understood their dilemma. It took some time for our food and drinks, but the music and the staff were fantastic. They were under extreme pressure trying to run a restaurant with one, hostess, one server and one manager on one of the busiest weekends of the year. They kept smiles on their faces, checked on us constantly and were sure to keep us updated on our food until it arrived. The food was very good. We all had the Breakfast of Champions . Great dish and atmosphere. We will definitely return. This team deserves some kudos for pulling together as a team.

Went here for brunch. My son comes all the time for dinner and it was his graduation and this is where he chose to go. Let me just say so glad we came the food was outstanding wonderful selection excellent food I had the Avogood day. She is the best avocado toast I have ever had. My husband had the wagon sliders which he said were amazing . My mother in law had the Mac and cheese which was divine so creame. And of course mimosas flowing. Its a good time had. Loved their take on a margarita (called the Snowbird)! It was delish!! But there was a LOT of ice in the cup so the drink went fast. Hubs had the old fashioned, it was good but definitely on the sweet side. The crispy octopus and bone marrow were absolutely fantastic- 5 stars for sure! Wagyu empanadas and sliders were good, but not as impressive as the other dishes. We also tried the truffle Mac and cheese, it was good but I couldn t really taste the truffle. The shrimp cocktail was good, but it only had 3 shrimp and a massive amount of cocktail sauce. It s not really shareable unless everyone just wants one shrimp so keep that in mind.

Not the place if you like food. If you want to get drunk in a more nightclub atmosphere sure. The beef Wellington was the biggest ripoff, inedible, joke. I think this thing was precooked and reheated. Usually Ill eat anything, but this was really bad and seemed off. We had the kimchi calamari, which was 90% a mound of kimchi, but not priced that way. If you want cool selfies for Instagram, just eat before you come. Oh, the buratta appetizer came out without tomatoes. Were we expected to just eat globs of cheese (see photo)? Told the waitress and she left, and we were confused as to what was happening. Probably around 15 minutes later came a plate with tomato on it. Ehhh... Weird.

Last night we stopped in snowbird for a drink. The drinks were fantastic and the vibe was fun. HOWEVER, our waitress asked if we would like water. We both said yes and she brought a bottle of water. Read some mixed reviews about this place but I m always optimistic about brand new place. Always good to support businesses . We had reservations on a Saturday and it s a good crowd . Terrible service. Will not go back and will definitely not recommend. We went there for a special date night with my boyfriend. I had made a reservation a month in advance and was super excited to finally check this lounge out. The hostess sat us at the worst possible table which was inches from the tables next to it and almost impossible to get into. I asked for a different table that was available. The hostess told us unfortunately they are sticking two tables together and the table is not available. I waited for a few minutes then I noticed the other table was never joined with the second table. The hostess had lied to us. We left the place very disappointed. Although the server and the manager were very kind and tried to accommodate us, however I believe a good restaurant/ lounge should have a higher level of customer service from the get to go. Had a little girls night out and this was the perfect ambiance. Dim lighting with beautiful dark colors and decor. The service was exceptional and our waitress kept checking on us. The food was top notch. Pricey. Yes. But we enjoyed drinks and appetizers and for full off of that. We got the truffle waffle fries (delicious!!) and the black garlic hummus. The bartender last night was SO rude. She was talking bad about us loud enough we could hear all because she was mad we wanted to pay separately. The drinks were $20 a piece and not anything special. Tried this place last weekend with some of my friends. The music was EXTREMELY loud for a small place. I was in town in early December for a work event and 10 of my colleagues and I went for dinner and drinks. We sat upstairs. Ambience was that of an upscale lounge with modern decor, art, and lighting. The staff was phenomenal. The clientele were all attractive and well dressed. The cocktails were amazing. Highly recommend the Honeycomb. The food was spectacular. The tuna ceviche was incredibly fresh, and the wagyu sliders were delicious. We mentioned to the manager we wanted to go to karaoke and he made a phone call to Shakertins and had us set up with a table and champagne. We came back the before the trip was over and this time sat downstairs for cocktails. Same great vibe. 10 out of 10 recommend. Cant wait to pop in when Im back in town this week.

Came here a couple of weeks ago. Nice decor, trendy which seems to be the thing now. As for the drinks and food.... I order a mojito ($18) and it was the WORST mojito Ive ever tasted! I was going to drink it but not order another one then my waitress came over to ask how it was and I told her it was terrible. She was apologetic and asked it I wanted another drink to replace the mojito. I ended up getting a margarita, which was okay. For the food I ordered the pork belly ($24) it was good, but I wish the skin was crispy as it was kinda rubbery. I also ordered the kimchi calamari ($22) and the breading from the calamari had came off most of my calamari along with having way too much kimchi with the calamari. I had to dig to find the calamari out of the dish. In all, if youre into trendy Instagramable places with overpriced drinks and okay food this is for you. If you re expecting low key, it s not, and if you re expecting luxury, it s not that either. Drinks are way overpriced for what they are ($16 Manhattan but on-menu drinks are higher, $18+). I get it, it s in The Star, it s bougie, and it will meet some tastes perfectly. The food was decent, the carrot cake was the absolute worst, the service was on par for the area, albeit slow and somewhat lacking in sincerity, and being rushed out of our table for the next reservation left a bitter taste in my mouth.
