This is mine and my husbands favorite lunch spot! Its always clean, the staff is friendly, and the food comes fast even on busy days! Also, one of the managers usually stops by every table to make sure you are having a great experience. Jay has always been very polite and brings a bit of humor to our visits! 10/10 recommend!

Food was quite good as always but a female behind the counter was pretty rude to my wife. My wife asked for horseradish and the woman said Excuse me? And my wife repeated the question. The associate turned her back to her completely and said to another employee she got a question and then walked off without another word or a look back.

The cashier for that day was amazing and energetic, he made my day honestly~ The manager with the beautiful red braids was also helpful despite them being a bit busy. Greet food and great service. They very dog and pet friendly also, especially in the drive thru. Gave my puppy a cup of bacon and was so kind and friendly. Subpar experience. Salad bar was low on everything and it wasnt even busy. When we asked for more lettuce because it was almost gone and what was left was soggy. They brought fresh lettuce but then started to dump the soggy old lettuce on top. Had to ask them not to do that because it will affect the new stuff. The worker looked at me funny and said, sure ok. Right there ruins the meal. If they are not paying attention to the small things like that, then what makes me think that they are paying attention to the bigger items.

Juliana at the drive thru full of smiles, excellent customer service. But whoever made me the Alamo wrap, it doesntlook like the picture advertised, and the chicken had a little funky smell, I think its still edible so next timeJust pick up your A game and do the sniff test when prepping foods! My family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) loves this place. The food is always good and the pricing is very fair. We all eat (with tip) for around $60. The Managers Special is a great deal with a sandwich, salad bar, and side. I love The Carmela (spicier) or Club Royale as my sandwich of choice. We all enjoy the free ice cream cones at the end too.

I have to tell the truth here so others will know. We have been here many times, the last being Sat. Jan 13, 2024, about 4:30 PM. The wife had a pasta dish, I had a cup of lobster chowder and the salad bar. Everything tasted great. By the time we left I knew I was in trouble, there was a rumble and pain deep in my gut. Had to hurry to get home, but did make it to the bathroom, and stayed there awhile. The rest of Sat and all of Sun spent making many trips back to the room. She had no problems, so I know the bacteria is coming from the salad bar, of which I had maybe ten ingredients. It can happen anywhere, you just need to avoid this place for a few weeks.

I placed an order to go. The casher misunderstood the order when I corrected her she acted like she was changing the menu item on the computer but I still got the wrong item in the end. Unfortunately I didnt think of double checking before I left. I noticed it 30 minutes later after getting home. Since I had already corrected the cashier once I assumed it went through correctly. I requested if I could go to a closer to home Jasons and exchange it and I was told no. I asked for a refund and I was told no. That I needed to talk to the general manager but he wasnt available. Its disappointing to pay for your meal and come home to eat and find its not what you ordered. Especially when it was the restaurant that got it wrong. I was already too far to go back to exchange the item which was my only option.
