So its okay. Id say in comparison Popeyes has them beat on the chicken sandwich. It seems that their chicken is dryer and more focused on the batter than flavor. Overall not bad, Id just prefer them overall, especially on price point.

Waited 30 minutes without food, then requested a refund. Only 3-4 employees in sight at any given time; dirty dining room. Employees only mumbled and were very slow-moving and unimpressive. Sign on the door: General Manager [blank]. There is no adult supervision here.

This location is the worst. Had the worst chicken sandwich ever tonight I mean chicken was not fresh and was super hard my bun was burned and all torn up on the bottom side. The dirty rice was good but luke warm I get ur closing soon but that doesnt mean ur quality of food should go to crap.Terrible management during this shift @ Sept 3rd /9 pm for allowing this product to go out.

Was driving around and saw bojangles, decided to try since the 380 was packed and it didnt have a line. Got my sandwhich almost a minute after i ordered, which like I said concerning given that there was no one else in line. Maybe I just got old chicken and thats why it was so disgusting. The absolute worst chicken sandwhich Ive had in my life. Mayo was oozing out the sandwhich, 3 pickles were on top of eachother (cant spread them out?) and the sandwhich itself was terrible. Bread was hard as a rock and the chicken was terrible. Tasted like it was 70% breading 30% chicken. Mac and cheese is just kraft mac with a sprinkled cheese crust. The combo drink was the best part of my meal. Save your money and go to chicfila across the street

I went here for the first time. I got the grilled chicken sandwich combo. The sandwich was just ok. I got the dirty rice for the side and it was dry and not packing alot of flavor. They also served me with a dirty tray. It had a semi dried blob of ketchup on it. I dont eat ketchup.

First time ever coming to Bojangles and our expectations were beyond what we expected. The staff was incredible and extremely helpful. They were super kind to us and we were all so grateful. The food was incredible as well. The chicken is perfectly crispy, the fries taste great, the tea is really good, the special sauce and jalapeño ranch was great, and then the shakes were amazing too. So glad we decided to eat here. Will definitely come back when we re in the area again.

Very inexperienced staff. Just for 1 meal, I had to wait 30 + minutes. I was about to leave the store after being frustrated, when they got the food ready. There was only 1 more person for dine-in. The staff is rude, and feels like they are doing a favor by getting the food ready. Not recommended at all.

This isnt a Bojangles, its a watered down version of what an actual Bojangles is. They dont offer everything normally on the menu. Tenders only, no mashed potatoes, no pintos, no bone in chicken. Whyyyyy even bother. They are so many places around here to get chicken tenders, did there really need to be another one?

This is the first time I ve ever been to Bojangles and it will be the last. I can t speak to whether the food is good or not but the service is horrible. I was the 3rd person in the drive thru. The two cars in front of me were told to pull over and they d bring the food out. I ordered a chicken biscuit and tea. She hands me the tea and tells me to pull around front and they ll bring it out. Hmmm, it s a chicken biscuit, but ok. 10 minutes later!!!! I go inside to get a refund, there is no one in the line, the chicken area is full, there are 4 people working back there, THE FLOOR IS FILTHY and no one seems to know what their job is. Cayden gave me a refund, although he didn t know what he was doing, he was polite. The others just stood around. Ridiculous. Whether the food is good or not? I guess we ll never know.

I love coming to Bojangles, the steak biscuit is always good, and the Bo rounds are hash brown heaven. Everyone asked how we were doing and are the nicest people really. The Bo biscuits are delicious if you re not into anything else get some, you won t regret it.

First time here. Probably worst service ever. On a road trip, asked for utensils and plates and they said okay. When we were handed the food, i asked them to double check since its a box full of stuff. Ms T is such an amazing manager. They seemed a little short on staff (which is common in this macroeconomic climate) and the orders out numbered the staff. And I loved the way she encouraged her team with care through the process. She spoke to them with a gentle Mother Nature and reminded them how good they were doing, this two shall pass and whatever they needed let her know. And she did just that! Remy was amazing too! She was taking orders with grace and ensuring everyone s order was correct. I know it may have seemed a little slower for the customers but she handled it well. I know customers were in a rush to get food, but having to understand the shortage, fresh food constantly coming up, and the time valued to ensure the order was correct was more that they could ask for. I would rather wait on the fresh hot food than eat day old food. And she not once allowed the rush to get her down. Remy and Ms T and and the rest of the staff, thank you for what you do. We appreciate the work and effort it takes in making Bojangles a great place to eat and fellowship. And Remy thank you for remembering my order from my first visit! That meant a lot !

My business partner & I drove over an hour yesterday to this location, the whole experience was the WORST EVER! We walk-inside the whole staff (2 girls) and a tall afro american male except for the young hispanic male said something disrespectful regarding us The tall afro american male was laughing so hard where he came to the counter and left after he stopped laughing he decided to take my order It took everything out of me to not leave but we had drove so far We knew to request for FRESH FOOD and we didnt received FRESH FOOD. From the time I pulled up, to the time I left, I was very disappointed.The staff who work the 5:00 PM shift all need to have on clean uniforms, re-trained,organized, learn how to be professional and speak professional in front of customers. As soon as I walked through the door, the staff was laughing , playing, and making fun of customers who drove up to the windows, as well as customers that walked in.Very Unprofessional! I requested fresh chicken tenders and fries, because I could tell the food that was being served was not fresh. Even after the request, my tenders and fries were still old and stale. I am very disappointed in Bojangles Frisco location.I will never visit this location again ! Overall experience was horrible. This was my first time ever visiting a Bojangles establishment. I stopped in because I was curious about the chicken because my husband kept saying he wanted to taste their chicken. I went in to dine in on a lunch break, and my plan was to report to my husband if the chicken was good for him to visit as well, however, that quickly turned into the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced in my 55 years of living on this Earth. The young cashier, Cameron, took my order and quickly I could tell she was incompetent. I requested over 5 times that I wanted my order to be large. Meaning large fries and large drink. My drink was a lemonade and she tried to claim there was only 1 cup size they offered for the lemonade when clearly the sign posted overhead showed 2 sizes for the lemonade with 2 different prices. Regular was $2.99 and Large was $3.99. Then, they even offered selling a half gallon. Had I known this request would cause such confusion and chaos, trust and believe, I would never have stopped by Bojangles. Well, needless to say, MISS Cameron could not do her job. She decided to be blatantly disrespectful. She told me after the 5 time of me telling her I asked for a large thst I am nobodys mother. Excuse me did I just experience a twilight zone experience right here? Because this little girl clearly was not raised properly by her mother to respect your elders and clearly not trained by her manager to respect your customers regardless. I had to inform her I was a mother indeed. Then she said, you are not my mother. This escalated into me stating I was very happy not to be her mother because she clearly was not raised properly. The manager was called towards the front and tried to excuse her behavior as her being new. New, I can understand but just plain rude and disrespectful, nope, not having it. So, the manager couldnt get it right either, another young lady with beautiful braids had to tell the manager that I wanted a large lemonade in a large cup! Manager looked like she was frustrated and didnt want to fulfill my order. As I watched her throw another heaping of ice in my cup, and throw the pre-made regular cup of lemonade in the large cup, I really started to tell her thats OK, just refund me so I can go. But I was interested in seeing how this would end watching her behavior now. After everything was bagged, they still didnt give me a large fry. I asked is that the largest of the fries cause it looks like a small and once again, I asked for a large. Young lady with the beautiful braids said do you mean a family size? At that point, I had enough. I got my bag and told MISS Cameron off for behavior and called her a distinct colorful name that fit her behavior. So, the manager stepped in and said I didnt have to call her that just dont return. I had no intentions on returning because like I said, that was my first time at a Bojangles, and if thats how they treat their customers, they can keep their chicken. MISS Cameron and the manager followed me out the establishment still keeping up unprofessional behaviors and having the nerves to record me on her phone?! Wow, okay. Nope, I should have been recording them because it was truly unbelievable. Black folks always hollering about unity and purchasing from black establishments. However, the behavior demonstrated at Bojangles that day by the cashier and her manager was appalling and unprofessional and very much why I will not spend my money at a Bojangles ever again. I do not know how the food tasted because I was so angry when I opened my chicken sandwich and saw a bug on my lettuce, I threw the entire meal away. All the employees were black. I am black. There was no unity that day nor professionalism. No need to return and not because I was asked not, but because clearly they were in the wrong industry because clearly they do not understand the concept of providing excellent customer service so we, as consumers, will return and spread the word for others to come and patronize your business. Bojangles has amazing fry seasoning. Generally, I try to keep reviews positive. And in all fairness, I am a Popeyes guy...so its hard to compete. BUT, one of my daughters favorite restaurant, is Bojangles because she was raised in NC, where Bojangles has a big foot print. We drove from Tulsa OK to have lunch here and do some other things in the area. Her obsession growing up was Bonjangles chicken biscuit. The property is super clean and organized, I am guessing it is still quite new at this time. The food was ok at best. The kid who we went for, straight up said she was disappointed. I thought, as a food guy, that it was ok. I got tenders, they got Chicken Biscuits. It was...Ok. SO I think if it was food only, they would get a 3. But the property was nice, clean, and organized and the service was pretty solid. Overall...not worth a 3 hour drive, but probably ok for a local.

On 5/26/24 @ 12:00 pm I visited the Frisco Tx location off 380. We ate inside and the manager on duty was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was so encouraging to her team members. They got pretty busy, and she just kept spreading positivity and working just as hard as everyone else. She is truly an amazing person.

I haven t had Bojangles in over 15 years when I was driving though North Carolina. I didn t think they had them in Texas so when I saw the signs I had to stop in. Service was GREAT, food was ok (wish they offered gravy as a dipping sauce after breakfast hours tho), and the bathrooms were super gross. Both bathrooms smelled (and looked) like people had just used the floor instead of the toilet .

Their Bo-Berry drinks are awesome but do yourself a favor: Say no to wasting your money here for chow. There are plenty of better options for a protein-filled meal (in no particular order): Chick-fil-A across the street, Naf Naf, Fuzzys Tacos, Velvet Tacos, Dillas Quesadillas. Youre welcome. Today my family and I chose Bojangles for lunch. My youngest is 18 months old and has recently started tantrums. While we waited for our order, he started screaming and crying. My husband went to the counter and asked if we could have our food to-go instead because we didnt want to bother other customers in the restaurant. Momma T and Kiki both quickly brought out a little cup of whipped cream for my kids and, no, you deserve to sit down and have a good lunch. I almost started crying. They spent our entire visit coming back to check on us and our kids to make sure that we were all happy and comfortable. While the food here is delicious, the service and kindness from the employees is even better. Ive never wanted to stay or come back into a restaurant simply because the employees were so nice. They treated us like family and we are going to make sure we keep coming back. Kiki and Momma T deserve all the love for how well they do their jobs, going above and beyond for people.

We ate here for the first time today!!!! Personally, I had never heard of Bojangles until recently. However, my husband had been to them back in the 80s. Let me tell you everything we had was Excellent!!! We dined it, the staff was super friendly, fast, even delivered our food to our table and everything was clean & fresh! My husband tried the chicken sandwich & fries, he really enjoyed it. I tried the biscuit and gravy, sausage biscuit, bo berry biscuit and bo-tato rounds. I loved it all!!! The biscuits were so soft and fresh and melt in your mouth. The southern gravy was perfect and the hashbrown rounds were better than all the competition!!! We will definitely be back!!! I also definitely recommend dining in! Everything is so nice and hot & fresh!!!! We loved it so much we brought home some to our adult kids and they too loved everything they had!!!

Chicken and biscuits are great as usual. Service at this location was impeccable. Asked for family pack to go, gave us cups, plates, utensils, napkins, and utensils without asking. The. even asked if we wanted ICE. Just FYI there s only tenders and sandwiches chicken wise, they re not doing bone-in in TX silly corporate.

Best biscuits in the area. Definitely try the juicy chicken and spicy fries. They make a mean dirty rice and creamy coleslaw (southern style) and a baked mac n cheese you would have thought was baked in your grandmas kitchen. Hats off to this location!

This was my first time trying Bojangles and this location was nearest to where I was, and I was very intrigued and excited to try it .. well from my first impression I would say that this is a no go they have two lines but it seem like one person was toggling between taking orders on both also when I got to the window, there was no communication from taking my money to receiving my food from both windows . My fries were cold and stale. The lemonade was very subpar, and the biscuit was fluffy, but tasted like it had a baking soda residue . My exciting first experience of Bojangles was quite a disappointment and if I can say a waste of my $13.51 .. I couldn t rate this restaurant among , Slim, chicken, chicken, Xpress, or golden chick even if the individual that was taking my money. Wait a minute, the person that took my money at the first window was also the individual that gave me my food at the second window while a couple other employees were talking, so maybe that s why the experience was horrible, but this is a new restaurant very confusing .. even if the individual was a nonverbal, communication individual, they were also poor with nonverbal s management needs to nip this in the bud before it gets worse I didn t see very many people at the restaurant, nor in the drive-through maybe hit this is a staffing issue

Don t go to this Bojangles, go to the one on El Dorado/423. The staff is rude. My order is never right. Wait time is crazy. I ve been here 3 times because it s closer to me than the one on eldorado. After 3 failed attempts, I will always drive the extra 15 mins to the other one.

Very lackluster and tasteless tenders. Very dry. The biscuits were super dry and as hard as a hockey puck. Mac n Cheese was ok, dirty rice flavorless. Only halfway decent thing were the Bo Berry biscuits. They were fresh. Popeyes strawberry biscuits way better. These tenders are probably the bottom of the list for me. We waited over 20 minutes as well after we ordered it inside. We were thebonly customers in the store besides the drive thru traffic. It was very unorganized. Nothing was synced....it appeared the Manger was there and he had no flow as well. Its just chaotic. I definitely wont be back.

Bojangles is my go to for chicken tenders and sides. The seasoning was over the top and the fries were yummy, not to mention the spicy ranch sauce. I order lunch for entire Dealership on Saturdays, and our order is large, as you can imagine. Shannon (the Manager) was VERY helpful and accommodating. If there was an 10 star option Shannon and her team would be receiving a 10 star review. My team cant wait till we order again. Thank you, Shannon for making her lunch experience amazing.

I really like Natezhia. She went above and beyond to help me on my very first visit. She was completely amazing. The service was excellent which is SUPER important to me.Their service beats Layne s hands down. The food temperature was not as hot as I prefer but they handled my concerns so well. I will surely go here rather than Laynes. I look forward to going back again as they surely have great potential with great management and staff.

Bojangles isnt bad, dont get me wrong. Its perfectly decent in the fried chicken fast food scene. But lets be honest, it doesnt exactly set the world on fire either. The chicken was crispy and juicy, like youd expect. The cajun seasoning added a nice bit of kick, but it wasnt anything groundbreaking. The sides were standard fast food fare fries, cajun rice, mac and cheese all serviceable but not particularly memorable. Maybe Im missing something. Maybe theres a secret menu item or a hidden sauce that unlocks Bojangles true potential. But based on my experience, its a solid 3-star affair. Its good for a quick bite when youre craving fried chicken. Heres the breakdown: Food: Decent crispy chicken, solid but uninspired sides. Service: Friendly enough, but nothing exceptional. This is my first visit to this Bojangles and my first experience with any Bojangles. I visited about 4:00 p.m. and I was concerned that there would be a problem with the freshness of the product, But to my surprise everything was tasty and hot and the chicken was juicy. May be some of the best tenders Ive had of from any of the tender restaurants that are sprouting up in the area. I was the only person in the drive-thru line and the lady that was manning the drive-thru at the time was very patient with me as I looked over the menu for my first time. When I decided what I was going to order. She walked me through all my options and made sure I understood what I was getting and it was very simple to make all my decisions on my meal. The attention at the drive-thru window was timely she took my credit card and provided me with my drink and my order very quickly The overall experience was very good. In summary, the chicken tenders were large, fresh and tasty. I got french fries as my side and they were an interesting cut cuz they werent square. They were kind of flat rectangular but they were cooked well and even though it was about 10 minutes before I got to eat my order, they still had a crisp to them. The meal also included a biscuit which I found very good. It wasnt Joey but it was dense in a good way. The only disappointment I had was in the saucing options for the actual tenders. The option seemed very generic and there wasnt a signature type sauce. It all seems like things you could get off a shelf in the store.

Ordered tenders through the app, checked curbside pick up. Got to the location and called the number as stated on the parking sign instruction. They had no idea what I was talking about and said they didn t have my order. Confirmed the location as well. They finally asked me to come inside to figure it out. Welp. Go inside and try to explain what happened. Suddenly they knew and said my order was on the shelf ready to pick up. We were there for nearly ten minutes and they finally took our order. The cooks in the back werent doing anything because the pre-made food area was completely full! The food was room temperature. It wasnt hot at all! The biscuits and chicken fingers were so dry! It was hard to eat without a lot of tea to wash it down. The service was just terrible! The Bo Berry shake is really good, but it has a bunch of white oily chunks in it.

Went through drive-through. Ordered an overpriced chicken sandwich. It is pretty small. They did not make my sandwich of everything plus pickles. It was repeated back to me correctly. I left the drive-through with just mayo on my miniscule piece of chicken. It was disgusting. No time to go back after waiting in the line for 15 minutes, hence the review. As someone from North Carolina, I know what good Bojangles tastes like. This definitely isnt the Bojangles I remember, but their small menu does taste very good. I miss the Cajun Fried Chicken, but their Cobbler made of biscuit was surprisingly delicious. Probably will just wait till I go back to NC for more Bojangles, but Im not disappointed with the food. Incredibly rude cashier. Subpar service. So this just happened 25 mins ago. First time visiting this restaturant at 12:25pm. I ordered the five piece tenders and a large lemonade no ice. I pointed out that the screen said 4 - chicken leading me to believe that she input the 4 piece meal by accident which I pointed out in a Hey, I see it say 4 piece on the screen but just want to make sure its the five peice. Ashley, the window cashier responded I GOT IT, PULL AROUND TO THE WINDOW! with an impatient attitude. At the window I didnt say a single word to her, just handed my card. When she handed it back she said Have a nice day. insincerly. Im not going to give in to petty passive aggressive behavior like that so I didnt respond and began to pull forward and this made her angrier so she yells out the window at me HAVE A NICE DAY!!! with a dismissing wave of her hands. On top of this they gave me BBQ sauce instead of Ranch and my lemonade with no Ice was filled with Ice. I will NOT be back.

This was my first time at a Bojangles, but my husband had gone in North Carolina and Florida. The chicken was flavorful, juicy, and I liked that they have a lot of dipping sauces to choose from for the tenders. The Mac n cheese is better than Chick-fil-A and the biscuits are outstanding. The staff was super friendly and helpful us with our order, answering questions about the menu. The store was very neat and clean. I only have one bone to pick - why didnt Texas get bone-in chicken and sll the other sides/options that other states get??? Boneless chicken is just white noise here in Texas. There arent a lot of bone-in options. Without the things that make Bojangles stand out, itll just become another replica of all the other chicken places in town. We spoke with another disappointed couple who missed the bone-in chicken and sides, as well.

I waited for quite a while in the drive-through line. When it was finally my turn, the person taking orders was rushed and rude. I explained it was my first time at the restaurant, and that breakfast wasn t showing/listed on the order sign, so I was doing my best to figure out my order. She acted exasperated and listed off a bunch of items faster than anybody could reasonably process them. Yo, I visited this location for the first time while I was in Texas a few weeks back. It was so good, I tried it twice; breakfast and lunch. For breakfast I tried the Bo s Chicken Biscuit Combo including the Bo-Tatto Rounds and OMG, that sandwich was delicious. It had just the right amount of crispy, juicy flavor. Oh, and the honey; sheesh, add a little bit of that. For lunch, I tried the Bo s Chicken Tender Combo. Let me tell you, the combo didn t disappoint. AND DO NOT FORGET THE BO BERRY BISCUIT! Since the 1980 s I have been hearing about Bojangles Famous Chicken n Biscuits® (BFC&B), from my friends that have visited in the East, especially around Charlotte, NC. I always said that if I were ever on the East Coast, I would try them. As (BFC&B) has spread they have reached a Cult following in the South. On YouTube® they are featured often. MASHED, one of my favorite YouTube® channels rates their Fried Chicken seventh out of a field of 16 Fried Chicken Places, nationwide. However, their Boneless Chicken Favorites, by now myself, and YouTuber s, rated in the middle of the pack, compared to other restaurants that offer the exact same thing. Their Biscuits, which are particularly good, I will admit, various hot sauces, spices, and dirty rice sides are what truly separates them from others. When they started opening restaurants near my area of the world, I was so excited. If you go onto their webpage for Bojangles you see this big menu with all kinds of different options. Pictures of food that make you melt. BUT BEWARE!! This is not a real BOJANGLES FAMOUS CHICKEN N BISCUITS®. They should call themselves Bojangles LITE . You the public, just thought you were getting a real BOJANGLES FAMOUS CHICKEN N BISCUITS® but we Fooled You ! They only offer what they call Boneless Chicken Favorites, and Chicken Sandwiches. Which is just another name for Chicken Tenders or Fingers. The exact same as Raising Cane s Chicken Fingers®, Layne s Chicken Finger s®, even Chick-fil-A®. And let us not forget the similar Restaurants that tried this in the past in this area, like Zaxby s®. Is it too much to ask that a chain Restaurant serve what is on their National Web Page? Our Popeye s Louisiana Kitchen s® in this area, are the same way. Only offering a portion of what the National Web Page Menu offers. Who in Corporate, is the marketing genius, who thinks this kind of franchising freedom is good business for their brand name? I give this place an overall three stars out of five. The food is all right with biscuits being spectacular, but the décor and menu offered is below average and disappointing. The price is high compared to their competition. And you get a better meal for $10.00 with Raising Cane s or Layne s if you like Chicken Tenders. I for one prefer my fried chicken with bones. I do not enjoy biting into mystery meat that is fried extra crispy. You know Legs, Thighs, Breast, and wings. And what is wrong with that, Bojangles LITE? They didnt have full menu at this location. Only tenders and sandwich. Cashier lady was nice. They didnt package it up as requested for to go so the lady who gave out food had an attitude. I told them to go so not sure why it was put on a tray. When I said thankyou she just looked at me and ignored me. So rude. I will not be back at this location. The food was not that great anyway. If you ve ever been to Bojangles in the southeast (NC, VA, SC, etc) you will be seriously disappointed. Not the same at all. No country ham biscuits, Cajun filet or bone in chicken. The biscuits were not the same fluffy buttery kind. Rather they were doughy and kind of flat. Service was very slow but friendly enough. The praise music inside was nice. Being a native North Carolinian (where Bo-Jos was founded), I was super excited when I learned that Bo-Jos was coming to North Texas.
