When it came time to make an offer on a home, she was able to use her expert knowledge of the market to be the strongest negotiator of any realtor I have ever worked with. I will never use any other realtor as long as I live in the Dallas market.

Unfortunately this group is only in for the money. Our agent Mary Controneo did not show up for closing and made a huge profit all the while having zero knowledge of real estate laws and negotiations. Unbelievable! If I can prevent another good honest family from going through what we went through I sure will!
