Finally, customer service does still exist! I went into my favorite freebirds and ordered my favorite nachos to discover, when I got back to work, the chips were super stale. I drove back and was immediately recognized. My nachos were remade very promptly, several apologies were made, and I even received extra queso and a brownie for my trouble. I wish I would have paid attention to the employees name, because she was absolutely fanatic! Thank you for making my day better.

They make your food wrong no matter what when you order online! It s insane. I ve given them grace too many times and now I m done. If you order a online order your food will be wrong 9 times outta 10. Also employees just sit around and lallygag while making wrong orders smh.

Their were employee nails inside the damn burrito. It could had been intentional. It was disgusting. Mixed it up with the onions. Never recommending this spot again. Rice was stale. Beans weren t fully cooked. I rather go to Crush Taco, way better burritos and a lot more sanitary. Disappointed with this experience and makes me think, how many times has this happened? It seems pretty intentional. Biting your nail and mixing it with the damn food? Shows you that they don t care about the customers. I couldn t believe of what I just went through. Nobody should spend their money on this garbage. If you do order, what I recommend is in- person. They can t mess around while you re watching them. Maybe, if you don t tip them virtually, they might also pull some stunt like this. It could had been multiple reasons why this happened. But an accident? Nah, that s disgraceful behavior. Childish.

Not sure how a freshly made burrito can taste so cold. I arrived today to order a burrito and should ve walked out when I saw how dry and cold the meat looked in the window. I feel like I ordered plenty of ingredients to add flavor to my burrito, but every single aspect of the items I ordered was terrible. I could ve ordered 2 entrees at Chipotle for this price (around $21). Freebirds heyday was apparently back around 2010, because this is not it.

We always enjoy Freebirds. Great queso. Great burritos. Great bowls. It s a constant debate in our house who makes the best burrito. Freebirds or that other chain. Having a Texas A&M Aggie in the house, she always votes Freebirds.

DONT Order Online - I dont frequent this place because of prior service issues but maybe there was an improvement in processing orders. Disappointed and certainly no plans to return. Crew was clearing the line which Im sure people coming in appreciate that, but the company offers online orders with a general time for pickup. The shift lead/manager should be aware of orders coming in and have someone work those orders so when paid customers come in, they can get their order and be on their way. I dont mind waiting a few extra mins but when there are 4 pending pick up orders and its 25 mins after my pick up time. Thats just unacceptable. The crew of 4 didnt start processing online orders until the line was clear. 6PM pick up. Update - Returned to Freebirds both online and in person. Online meal was ready when I walked in and the in person service is what I have come to expect from trips to other Freebirds in the area. Excellent service from the crews.

Love the staff, theyre super nice. Sometimes the white rice comes out crunchy and dry but after a year of coming here that only happened twice so far. Food being 3 star is just based on it being basically fast food. Id give chipotle or anything similar the same score there. Looks like every other freebirds. Which its a chain so who cares. Best part is the staff.

I used to crave free birds all the time now the quality of the food has gone way down hill at this location. The one guy I usually get to make my bowl on Friday s is awesome but I came on a Monday a the guy that made my bowl just didn t care. He was really scamming my portions like I asked for double rice a basically got the normal amount then asked for extra meat a the scoops I got were like half scoops not even full. Kinda sad cause for one I got a monster bowl and two each scoop is an additional 3.99$ which is okay if it was actual full scoops. To be honest he just seemed like he didn t care and was annoyed. Honestly I do like the food but I payed 50$ an cause of today I m just gonna go to either chipotle or somewhere else similar cause i definitely could of got the same amount of food for like 20$ cheaper.

Ordered a burrito bowl with cauliflower and received no cauliflower. Actually, bowl was half empty, meanwhile it s priced at $18, not including other fees incurred through DoorDash. After contacting Freebirds, the cashier I spoke with (Alex) advised there was nothing that can be done about the issue. I was not seeking a refund, I only wanted what I paid for; however, not even this was offered to me. After inquiring about speaking with management, I was told that there was no one I could speak to about my concern. Poor customer service all the way around.

This is one of few places in the United States that do not honor their own gift cards that were purchased directly from them. To the two workers who make my bowl and had to deal with Mr. Request All, I want to say thank you and I applaud you for your professionalism and camaraderie. Context: I came in to Freebirds around the time my order was supposed to be ready on a Saturday Night. When I got there, there was a full team of four people (two cooks and two at the front-end). One worker was working on a large delivery order that came before me and another worker was dealing with a customer who ordered a lot of food, kept changing his mind, and continually requested more items even after buying his food. With that being said, they were super respectful to him, both showed exemplary teamwork as they both bounced around aiding each other to serve myself and Mr. Request All. As someone who used to work in food service, I felt the exhaustion and frustration they must have had but they tended to me in a timely manner, apologized when there wasn t much more they could do, and spoke to him with politeness. Well done and I hope both of you had a better night.

Always friendly staff and they think. I left my wallet and sometimes my phone acts up. The guy was lets try to take the payment to see if it works before we make the burrito. If it doesnt then you still get a fresh burrito when you come back or we just make one now and it works! It isnt often you have someone in fast food using their head. Super refreshing!

I placed my order at 6:30 through the app and arrived at 6:40. I was told my order would take 5-10 more minutes. I asked the employee again how long it would be at 6:40 and was again told 5-10 more minutes and I was dismissed because it was busy . I waited until 7 pm, 30 minutes after my order was placed, and it still was not ready with no actual update on when it will be. I had to leave without my food so I would not be late to an event. Me and my guest spent the entire night hungry because I had wasted half an hour waiting. I called the next morning to talk to the manager about my experience and at least get a refund. I was told that I probably couldn t get a refund because I did not cal about it the same night. I persisted and asked for a refund again and I was given one, but was never given an apology or any other type of compensation. I also used my buy one get one free entree reward on my app on this order, so I was not given that back either by the manager. I normally go to the Plano location and have zero issues. I am highly disappointed with my visit since I never received my food. I have filled out the guest survey and have not been contacted.

It was our first time here and i was honestly kinda disappointed. The rice was over cooked and grainy and the chicken was so incredibly salty I couldn t finish it. Went there recently for lunch and the service was not up to par with any other freebirds I have been to. The GM or assistant isn t GM? Just walked out and snapped at the boys working the line with a line full of people and then went back and sat down in her seat in the dining room. I recently visited FreeBirds World Burrito for a quick lunch and ordered their burrito, expecting a satisfying meal. I ordered a freebird brisket burrito with no priced extras such as, no guac, no queso,no chips&queso, no drinks. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a significant overcharge for the burrito, leaving me feeling disappointed and frustrated. Upon receiving my bill, I was surprised to find that the price of the burrito was substantially higher than what I anticipated. Why does my bank statement reflect I paid $ 18.40?! I double-checked the paper placed on every table and realized that I had been charged an exorbitant amount for a basic burrito that didnt justify the cost. The price for a freebird burrito shouldve been $13. This left me questioning the fairness of their pricing and feeling taken advantage of as a customer. In terms of the burrito itself, the taste was decent, but it didnt live up to the inflated price. The ingredients were overcooked, and the portion size was average at best, making it difficult to justify the high price point. Moreover, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency or explanation regarding the pricing. Its understandable that prices may vary, but the difference in cost for a regular burrito seemed excessive and unfair. As a customer, I value honesty, fair pricing, and good customer service. Unfortunately, my experience at FreeBirds fell short in all these aspects. The overcharge for the burrito left me with a negative impression of the establishment. I hope that FreeBirds takes this feedback seriously and works towards rectifying their pricing practices to ensure fairness and transparency for all customers. Until then, I could not recommend this place due to the disappointing experience I had.

I have been going to this specific Freebirds atleast twice a week for about half a year now. Everytime I am greeted with a smile and excellent customer service. Ive heard several good reviews on social media for Freebirds, so my anticipation was high. Its a casual burrito joint where they build your burrito or bowl according to your direction. Its not unlike having a sandwich made at Subway. There are similarities to Qdoba or Baja Fresh if youve ever been to one of those. I was happy to see vegetarian options. I chose the vegan chorizo burrito bowl which was quite delicious. The chorizo texture was meat-like and the seasoning was perfect. The store was hip and cool, clean and tidy. I ordered online. I usually pick up my food. But I have my newborn so I tried out the delivery. DoorDash took like 2 hours to pick up my food but Kat the manager in freebirds was absolutely amazing. She re did my order knowing that DoorDash was taking forever. She personally called DoorDash for me like three times. Someone give this woman a raise! There is still kind people in this world.

Food was good, I kept reminding server, I have not been here before so they explained variety of each side. Floor under tables covered with food droppings. All tables had not been cleaned; food crumbs n empty container on some. One person had just started to clean up. Utensil containers empty, It was about 2 pm, lunch rush maybe? I was surprised at the dirty tables n floors though. I wish I had not left a tip, looking back.. selection of side was good though.

First time customer. Ordered a monster burrito for $2 extra. Menu said $9.95. Told them I was new so they walked me through the ingredients as none are labeled. Price was never mentioned. For example I was told I can get cilantro rice or cauli rice. I got a steak burrito with cauli rice, potatoes, and guacamole. Burrito now cost me me $18. For a burrito??? Even worse I asked for very little potatoes and guacamole. Yet that cost me $3.20. Now if you charge me $10 for a burrito it should come with the ingredients. I get if you ask for added lobster, but these guys charge for sour cream! In fact only 3 of the 8-9 ingredients I got were not an extra charge and each individual charge was more than $1.60 each with no mention of an extra cost. This is plain deception and greed. The burrito was good, but nothing more memorable than any other strip mall shop. Definitely not $18 like I bought it at Wolfgang Pucks new restaurant. Wont be back. One more thing. They have all these signs about healthy, low carb, vegan, gluten free, etc. Then you buy a drink and its almost all regular soda, sweet tea, and one tap of diet Coke. Kinda defeats the purpose of advertising healthy when your drink selection has more sugar than ice cream.

The food was great! The servers had no idea what was going on though. Very little direction or teamwork. It was kind of weird to observe. Bathroom was dirty. Not sure why, there were plenty of people to tend to it.

GREAT FOOD!!!! however.... no knives set out. No sauces set out. The tray my food was on hadnt been washed... still had dried lettuce and salsa on it .... first customer of the day so this shouldnt have occurred.

We had a rough order through Uber Eats (so I do not recommend to use them) the manager today was incredible. She let us know to order directly through the app going forward so they send to door dash for delivery. She also remade our food that had been sitting ready for 40 minutes waiting on the uber driver. She left sweet notes on our food and even called to let me know once the driver had finally made it there. While I am unsure of her name, she deserves the recognition. Thank you for making a rough experience perfect.

Ordered through UberEATS and it was late by 45 minutes. Yes we tipped and still late after switching drivers and waiting for pickup. I ordered a cayenne pepper tortilla with prime rib and habaneros, with jalapeno cream sauce, queso sauce and death sauce. For an extremely spicy burrito it was so mild my dog could eat it safely. I was highly highly disappointed.

Dont have a Freebirds close to us, so its been awhile. The food was really good! Staff was really friendly. One thing that confused me....Not sure how they use the rating system hanging on the door as you leave but when you see the employees hit the green button about every 15 minutes, kinda makes you wonder.
