They are not the most friendly. They make certain accommodations harder than they should. As a food critic with food allergies, I will not return to this location. The goal of my visit was to see if they deserved recognition for caring enough to accommodate someone with allergies, to my surprise they acted as if it was such an inconvenience to assist. Thanks anyways for showing how much you guys actually care. I will stick to the Preston Rd location, they are top 5 in the Dallas/Frisco district.

Based on the majority of the reviews I write, I typically focus on the positive aspects. However, I feel compelled to express some negative experiences weve had with this particular location and its staff. While I understand that everyone has their off days, it is disheartening to encounter three consecutive unpleasant incidents. The staff at this establishment consistently portrays an attitude that implies inconvenience when taking orders, projecting a genuine sense of misery in assisting customers. I would suggest going down the street to tropical smoothie.

Placed an online order, showed up at the restaurant 10 minutes later at the listed pickup time and they had no record of it. Showed them my email confirmation and they proceeded to make of bunch of other orders before finally acknowledging me again. Eventually got my smoothie about 25 minutes after ordering. It was just ok.

Smoothies are good. But dirtiest location I ve seen. Guess I never noticed since I usually go through drive thru. There is all this dust and mold on vent right above all the fruit. Also the 3 sizes the have hanging in front of register to show sizes, are all discolored with black specks which I suspect from the vent. I love supporting small business owners in Frisco. I hope they can get it and keep it sanitary!

Out of all the smoothie king locations so far, this was my favorite one. Ryan killed it with the protein smoothie mix, it was very consistent and tasted like nothing else that I ve ever had before. Another reason why this location deserves five stars is because Ryan was very patient when I asked him questions about the add-on options. Thank-y all for filling it to the top as well!

The girl working inside the store is pretty rude. Went through the drive-thru and asked for a plastic cup instead of the styrofoam and yet they gave a styrofoam cup, which no worries I asked for a change. The new smoothie they gave me was missing a lot of smoothie at top. Had to go inside the store to get it redone. The excuse was it got lost in changing cups. Even getting redone you deal with hostility. Probably would go to a farther location then come here again. :(

Worse smoothie ever. Rancid spoiled fruit taste. I had to throw the entire smoothie away. My husband picked it up for me and brought it home. Took two sips and YUCK!! This is the second time theyve screw up my order. Never going here again.

The Smoothies are good and they have have a variety of healthy options. Unfortunately the drive-through experience leaves a lot to be wanted. I ordered a single smoothie with two small modifications, and they told me to pull in front of the store and wait and that someone would bring it out to me. I waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and finally after five cars had gone through the drive-through behind me and left with their drinks I finally went inside to find out what was going on. They all looked puzzled when I went in asking about my smoothie and they did not seem to know what was going on either. When I told him what smoothie I had ordered they handed me a drink that had been sitting on the counter for a considerable amount of time. It was a very poor experience. In the future I would recommend not asking customers to wait in front of the store unless you intend to bring them their drink. Thanks.

I have visited a few other Smoothie King locations around the DFW area and the taste of smoothies they make here is SO MUCH RICHER than anywhere else! Yes, the kids that work here are young and they may mess up a little here and there, but hey, didn t you when you were their age?! I ll choose this location every time regardless

For the last few weeks my 32oz smoothies havent been full. Today, the clear plastic cup was given to me for the 20oz I purchased. The smoothie melted 10min later. Really? 10min and the smoothie melted? To get great customer service from the corporate entity is pullllllling teeth lately. Leadership may have changed. Overall disappointing. 7.19.21 ~Owner Scott replied asking that I give them a chance to improve. That was it.~

These guys and girls are THE best!!! I come just about every morning, so I ve been promoted to first name basis. Not sure if that s good or bad haha! But the morning crew is awesome! They re always so friendly and interactive. The store manager is awesome too, and takes the time to talk with you while you wait and makes sure he gets to know his customers that come in.

From the moment that I pulled up to the window, Josh had amazing energy and a huge smile on his face. I drove off after receiving my smoothies and did not realize I left my debit card. As i was leaving the shopping center, Josh ran up to my car to hand me my debit card. This employee Had just run 5 stores down to bring my card to me, STILL with a smile on his face! Exceptional customer service and I hope he gets recognized for this. This alone will make me come back to this location only.

Meh. Every time I come into this location there is some sort of problem. I do not have these issues at the other locations I go to around the metroplex. They fix the issue, which is fine, but they dont seem to learn from their mistakes. I literally will get the wrong cup/size/not filled all the way almost everytime I go in amongst other issues. This location is on a busy corner, which is why I am here, and their attention seems to focus on the drive thru and orders do not get fulfilled inside as attentively. Good luck to them. Hopefully I see some improvement soon.
