I found The Maid Place, highly recommended in Nextdoor, so I tried, and asked for them to come the next day. Short notice, but Amanda accommodated. The crew came and did an amazing job. Theyve unearthed another dog or 2 in dog hair because they actually moved the furniture to get to all the dust and dog hair. Great job!

Excellent service! They clean for me routinely, and my house looks great! They even figured out how to get a duvet insert into a tricky duvet cover I d been struggling with, without me even asking them. I just came home and the duvet was fixed! She was in rehab and we wanted her house cleaned before she came home. We were scrambling! I found The Maid Place through Yelp, and I could tell right away that they were going to be the cleaning service I chose. After exchanging just a few messages, they were able to answer all of my questions and provide reasonable pricing. Additionally, when I wasnt able to clear out my apartment in time for them, they let me reschdule at no additional cost since the cleaner was willing to come the next day. I know it was out of the norm but they were so flexible and understanding of my situation. Rachel did such a great job with the amount of things that needed to be done. 100% would hire again for a moveout cleaning.

I contacted David to see about deep cleaning my apartment to surprise my girlfriend and he was able to get a cleaning scheduled right away. Let me tell you, The quality work done far exceeds my expectations and work Ive received from others in the past. I wish I could give 10 stars.. Carmen text me before hand to let me know she was on her way, showed up on time with supplies and was ready to get started. We did a quick walk thru of the apartment and she went right to work. She even asked how I prefer the floors be cleaned and what I would like her to use in the hardwood. David contacted me during the cleaning and mentioned they might go over a little on time and asked if that was ok. I agreed, well worth it! Once completed, she had me do a walk thru and I was blown away. She set my standard of clean at a new level. My girlfriend was so happy with the results when she got him that she requested we start doing quarterly cleanings. The sink, floors, countertops, toilet, bath tub, everything looks brand new. Had them come twice. No flexibility with scheduling. Cleaning girls were no where near friendly both times, no smiles back, nothing. When I kindly asked them to take their shoes off the first time a few of them walked right through my entire house with their shoes on including carpets! I was told some of the girls will refuse to do so! If you are a no shoes household with infants you know how violated you would feel!! It took them 15 minutes to put shoe coverings on after being in my home. They missed a few things but I ended up taking care of them myself although owners offered to send them back with a discount on next cleaning which they did not end up giving me 2nd time around . The 2nd time they were and hour late and the cleaning crew was not responsive to the owner on their whereabouts even after they showed up at my house. Upon their late arival, They stood outside on the street for 10 minutes before coming in. I had to go out there two times to wave to them and say Hi and to come in the house. They just looked at me with blank stares and didnt say hi back??? Definitely not a language barrier bc waiving is universal. They sweep the hard floors and is nowhere as efficient as a vaccum. They completely missed my kitchen sink. They cant clean a stove thats already clean for the life of them. They dont dust the light fixtures or ceiling fans or clean the top half of the bathroom mirrors. When they were done one of the girls asked me to look around which I did quickly and pointed out a few things which they addressed. Then she asked me to look again but I was sitting and feeding my infant dinner and she expected me to get up and leave him when he was eating??? Anyways the owner texted me that I owed $130 more than the last time bc I went six weeks between cleanings. I was never told that the price would go up. The worst part of it all is that the girls that work for them are just running the clock. They told the owner they left my house 30 minutes later than they actually did and I would have had to have paid for it!! I had to send the owner the timestamp on my front door camera on when they left the house to prove it to them!!!! I didnt address the problems the 2nd time around because I already knew I didnt want them back in my house. The dishonesty didnt sit well with me especially when I have my children in the house. The owner says he pays the girls really well but the hourly rate he told me he pays them is equivalent to what a person would earn as a professional with a college degree, no offense. So I also think the owner is dishonest but definitely got a pompous and rude vibe from them.

My wife and I have had terrible experiences with cleaning services. We ve tried many in the area and have been constantly unimpressed and simply disappointed. Many cleaning services rush through a job, show up late, or charge premium prices for mediocre service. The Maid Place was the exact opposite. The team showed up on time, cleaned our home extraordinarily well, and charged a fair and reasonable price. We are having my son s first birthday party this weekend and hosting our family for Christmas, and we now feel comfortable having family and friends over the next few weeks. I found patches of uncleaned spot in many places and also they left dirt on other spots while cleaning the bathroom .. they were very particular about the payment first before start the work but job was very poorly done and now no choice as I hv to pay before the job

OUTSTANDING!! I called and left a VM at 9pm the night before our movers were scheduled (we found out the new place was not cleaned prior to us moving in). David not only called me back 30 min later, he worked so hard to get us all taken care of bright and early the next day and the house was SPARKLING, just in time for the movers to arrive at noon. Now to the cleaning... Marthas team was amazing!! As soon as they arrived, I was relieved and felt completely comfortable leaving them at the house to do their magic while I left and finished packing up our old home. Ive been using this company for a while now and Laura is part of my regular cleaning team. Let me tell you, the job she does with her team is AMAZING! I have limited mobility and work full-time, so deep cleaning as often as the house needs it is hard for me. Laura and her team do such a good job. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats and when they are done, youd never know! Not a hair in sight and the house smells nice and clean. They dust everything, wipe down all the counters, mop the floors, vacuum, everything! They definitely make my house look great and take a ton of stress of my shoulders! Even when they broken an earring on accident, they replaced it immediately! I honestly cannot give them any higher praise, because to me, they are the best! Theyre super efficient and fast, while providing excellent quality! Ive never had an issue with them being late, things going missing, multiple broken objects or anything. The Maid Place did a phenomenal job on my initial deep clean as a new client establishing recurring business-weekly cleaning service. David was extremely professional and pleasant and provided a thorough walk through of services in response to my request for a quote. He explained everything in detail and explained how scheduling works and we agreed to move forward. He committed to getting back to me to identify a first available for a deep clean but in the midst of our conversation there was a last minute cancellation, life happens, and he verified with the team and confirmed they could squeeze me in that slot. I was excited to get on the books so fast and the value/cost is perfect and in line with others. He provided a 30 minute window for arrival and Laura and her team showed up ready to work. Laura and her team did an amazing job starting top to bottom and did not miss or cut corners. They were extremely pleasant and you can tell they take care and are passionate about what they do. Everyone does not clean well because most feel it s not something they want to do. Laura and her team is opposite. It was so pleasing to hear the sounds of light singing come from the rooms. I am just amazed at the site and smell of cleanliness that permeated through my home, I love it! PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME & SANITY. (Please note: I had to shorten this review greatly because of the character limits on Google, so I am just going to post my cliff-notes version. Here s the overall takeaway: this husband-wife duo over-committed themselves when they said yes to doing a post-construction cleaning of our new home, and I don t think I m grasping at straws when I assume that they were just blinded by the dollar signs. It s absolutely unacceptable that they charged what they did for the horrendous experience that we had, and the unprofessionalism we experienced with them that day is honestly unparalleled. I have never had a company dish out the amount of excuses for poor service as these people did, much less have I EVER had a contractor pull out mid-job (yes, they pulled their crew out mid-job because I was apparently being hateful and not extending enough grace for simply voicing the big, legitimate concerns I had over the service we were receiving). From the moment the cleaners arrived late and frantically scrambled in so underprepared, I just had a gut feeling the service was going to be a disaster, and boy was I right. But, let me stress that this is NO reflection of the cleaning crew. It is 100% a reflection of the mismanagement and unprofessionalism of the owners. I am ticked to even having to be taking this much time to write this review, but I am doing it in hopes that you can avoid having a possible awful experience with this company. I am saddened, because we have used Maid Place multiple times before this instance (one great experience, and the rest pretty mediocre), but I would have never guessed that this last experience would play out the way it did. I am still stunned to this day. Lastly, I want to point out that I have read some of the other negative reviews of the company (as you may have too) and seen the tacky responses the owners shoot back with. I am sure mine will elicit the same. I was skeptical of the negative reviews I read because they seemed a little dramatic/extreme, but now I know better having experienced what I experienced. I had a new furnace and A/C put in. One of the guys came through the ceiling and there was a layer of dust, dirt and insulation covering everything. I must have called 15 companies and no one would help. Either they didn t return my phone calls, or said they could not come out for a month. I got ahold of the owner, who said he would try to help me out. Keep in mind, this was the start of a holiday weekend. He got ahold of me July 5th, the day after the 4th and sent two people out to clean that day! I can t thank this company, the owner and employees enough! They earned a loyal customer for life. Company was negligent in in taking responsibility for issues caused when they serviced my home. Cleaners left my home without doing a walk through to check areas that were to be clean and functionality of appliances that were cleaned. I dont recommend and would suggest using a different cleaning service. Unreasonable and poorly managed. Easy to see that there can and will be issues by the looks of the contract they have you sign... BEWARE there are other maid services that will treat you like a customer instead of the problem. ****update post David the business owners reply below**** I paid for the diagnosis out of my pocket. The tech report doesnt state clogged with food because there was no food. It says clogged seeing it with my own eyes it was the cleaner your staff used to clean the burner. I called david and stated the results and he argued me down saying it was a broke stove, unmaintained, my responsibility. Totally out of control like i was the problem. I ended the call and wrote the above review. Shortly after the call. I get a text from david asking for the tech report. I shared the tech report with david and he offered to reimburse me 50 of the 100 i spent for the service, stating he would deduct it from the maids check. I was like wow thats not right... anyway 2 mins later david rescinds his offer for partial reimbursement because he saw my review of my poor customer service experinece in dealing with him. What a relief! The move out clean was above and beyond. Took so much stress out of getting ready for repairs on our house. Even the glass top stove the appliance repair tech said I would need to replace because of a blemish has a perfect glass top again! We scheduled a deep cleaning of our house. Instead we got a sweep and mop job of a completely empty house. I say completely empty because it d be pretty hard to miss the baseboards, vents, cabinets, walls, etc. for a deep cleaning. Our time was scheduled for 9 am, it got moved 15 min before 9 am to 2:30 pm. They did not arrive to clean until 3:15 pm. 3.5 hours later and the house was barely cleaned. I will say the two ladies were nice who cleaned, but $260 for someone to sweep and mop is just not what I expected for a deep clean. Disappointing and would not recommend.

Not very good. I am a relatively new customer and the degrading service quality after the initial service is extremely noticeable. Impression so far is they seem to wow their customers the first time around to get the business and then do less after that. On the last visit we were not even notified the maids would come earlier than expected (like 4 hours earlier). The owner/front office didn t seem too empathetic when I called to complain. A little schedule flexibility is one thing but four hours early without a heads up notice was ridiculous. In fact the maids came and left so quickly this last go around that didn t even bother cleaning some of the rugs and floors and left our TV misaligned after dusting (- they were in that much of a rush to finish). Just an indicator of how rushed they were to finish up and leave (despite a three person crew). Need to call the front office back and get a fix for these recent issues. They desperately need to implement quality control for each visit to improve the service.

I used this company for a moving in cleaning service after purchasing this home. I realized after the fact that the previous owner had cleaned the house the day before the sale. Thinking it would be redundant I called to see if I could reschedule after the moving in of my goods so make it count. The company rescheduled with no problem the day before. The cleaning ladies did an outstanding job make it the house literally spotless. They took the initiative to reorganize some of my kitchen drawers to the better and they even hanged one one my paintings left on the floor by the movers: they used an existing nail in the wall to do it. Amazing! I will reuse the Maid Place again.

We dont really clean our place very much. So when we were looking to move, we thought it would be impossible to find a service that would do it for us and if we did the prices would be outrageous. However, a friend told us about the maid place and we figured we would call and see if they could help. They were pretty awesome. Definitely went above and beyond. I was needing someone to do a move out at my sons apartment ASAP and not being from around the Dallas area I didn t know where to start. So after searching around, the Maid Place was able to do the job almost immediately. After returning to the apartment I was totally amazed by the job done. We love the Maid place. I have been using them for a while now. You can tell the owners take such great pride in the satisfaction of their customers. They go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied after each service. David the owner has even checked in a few times to ensure satisfaction. Silvia and her team are always so good and thorough. I m pretty neurotic too! They are incredibly reasonable for the Dallas area. I love that they bring thier own supplies and use Meyers cleaning supplies. You can tell they are a high quality company through and through! I continue to recommend them to all my friends and family! This company is a fav amongst us all! I also have a commercial space for my business and we use them for cleaning that also, they never disappoint! Grateful for company that is thorough, cares, affordable. You can also tell they treat there employees with respect and take great care of them. As a business owner myself that s so important to me. The maids, for both carpet cleaning and move-out cleaning, were super efficient and did a great job. Id like to lead with this because I would have otherwise left 4-5 stars if not for the way things were handled post-service. Backstory: I booked service for carpet cleaning and move-out. We worked out that it couldnt be done on the same day due to conflicts with scheduling - fine. Closer to the dates, I realized I would need to adjust the card I provided as I had placed larger moving expenses (moving truck going out of state) on the original card provided. Youd think this was no big deal, especially as I called in, provided the number, was told it was updated, done. The only issue was that I did not have the new card physically with me at the time, so I asked them to please let me know if there were any issues. After services were completed, they attempted to charge the new card. It supposedly declined (I received no notifications for this). They decided to go and attempt charge the original card without authorization. I promptly contacted them explaining NOT to use the original card, rather the card I called in and had updated to. My husband and I are business owners. Its beyond me at this point why they even had the original card on file still. It should have been removed the second I asked them to list a new card. Anyway, back to payment issues... They said they did try the new card, it failed and thats why they tried the original. I, again, explained they shouldnt use it and ended up contacted my bank again to figure out the issue. The digital number I had was noted with the wrong security code (hence the decline) so I called and had that fixed. One of their reps ended up sending me a photo of MY FULL CARD NUMBER because the new card declined again (no idea why this time; again, didnt get a notification). This is extremely unprofessional, insecure, and very likely a PCI compliance violation. I asked them not to send my full card number. At this point, my husband and the rep called the card company. The charge ended up being approved, they got their money. I asked them to remove both card details at this point and the only response I got to both requests in the end was OK. I am APPALLED but this experience and will never recommend this company for this reason and I feel so bad for the maids that these are the type of people behind them handling their pay.

Hit or miss. Had used them for a deep cleaning a couple of time prior and their work was excellent. Just recently had them out for a deep cleaning and even paid more to have it done on a Saturday and the crew missed major parts of the house. I spoke with the someone the following week and explained the situation and I was told that a crew would be sent out within the next couple of days to complete the cleaning. No one ever called and no cleaning crew ever showed up to complete the job. They used to be an outstanding company, not sure what has happened but use at your own discretion. Good luck!

Update: after talking with the owner we had a crew come back to our house for 2 hours and they got so much done. If this was my first experience I would have only great things to say. They were friendly, quick, efficient, and the house looked great. I m not sure what happened with the first crew because just as much was done in 2 hours as was previously done in 6. We had such a bad experience with this company. It cost over $500-which they initially charged over $700 for 6 hours. There were literal piles of dirt left on the floor when the job was finished . We just purchased the house and it had been vacant for a year and we are still cleaning cobwebs that were not previously cleaned even though that is one of the specific things listed in the move in cleaning service. Layers of dust have been cleaned off of shelves that clearly had not been touched and specific things I asked for were not done-Even with the 2 extra hours of PAID FOR cleaning time. After talking to the owner the only solution he had was to charge us more money to send another cleaner out. So disappointed with our experience.

It was my first time hiring anyone for cleaning and I couldt have asked for a better experience. Everyone was super nice and very professional.
