In typical Freddys fashion, the lights are on, but no ones home at the register. I drove around a vehicle at the drive through with a single passenger in it who had taken well over five minutes to get her order in, walked in to no one at the front, and went back to get my phone to take this picture showing that STILL no one was up front. Then they gave my order to a person in store who arrived and ordered after me, and somehow two additional vehicles that were initially behind me ordered and got their orders before me. Arrival time 3:23pm. Departure with order in hand 3:43pm. 20 minute wait time with minimal business.

Okay, so heres the thing, think bigger picture: I feel that steakburger is a marketing gimmick, emphasis on steak. Unless you see them grinding steaks into ground beef using a meat grinder on site, then I cant take their word that these burgers are of ground steak patties. Plus, does it make sense to eat a steak burger in ground beef form, when I could eat a steak sandwich with the steak still in fillet form? I tried this place twice. Biting down into the burgers didnt embed anything into my memory. Head to head against Five Guys. Five Guys have better tasting burgers and milkshake quality. Freddys, youre paying the same amount for less meat - the patties are very thin and salty, saved by American cheese - because it says steak burgers. Freddys has better fries and milkshake variety - custard vs milkshake, and seasonal milkshakes. At best, youre paying Freddys to satisfy your burger cravings with dignity.

Mothan offered my sister a job there but she didn t look like the others which was why she didn t get hired. He offered her the starting base pay, shift hours and had her fill out all the I-9 paperwork but after she went home with the excitement to start, he changed his mind and changed the story, I see that he did someone else s son the same way. If you don t look like them, you won t get hired. They need to retrain Mothan.

This is the first time that I ve experienced this from any restaurant I ve ever ordered a burger from. I just ordered a couple of burgers from here and the BEEF was way too salty. I don t mean a little salty, I mean nobody could finish their burgers kind of extreme salty. Very bizarre experience because I ve had Freddy s burgers at other locations and it wasn t this salty.

I was up this way on a Saturday evening looking at houses in the area and stopped in because I ve been curious about Freddy s for a while. The dining area was clean and spacious and the staff was welcoming and patient. I got a patty melt and fries with a chocolate shake and everything was hot, fresh and delicious and I am pretty sure the manager Al was the gentleman who brought me my food right to my table and he also checked on me an additional time! I was very pleased with my first Freddy s experience and will not hesitate to stop back by if I move or return to the area!

They knew I was waiting a long time but still charged me full price, no discounts or at least throw in an extra item. Hey Freddys you guys need to train your staff on how to treat customers redeeming thier coupon. Location 16555 FM 423 Frisco, TX 75033 A family of 5 walks in with 4 phones each with coupon to show on thier phones. The girl at the counter was taking the order and suddenly the manger walks in and starts shouting(training) her employees that they cannot let the customer have multiple orders by one person. That not only embarrassed the customers but also the employees. There were obviously a order for each phone. Not multiple orders. She was setting a bad example to her employees and treating the customers badly in front of other customers. When confronted she started arguing asking for 4 phones by each customers and when shown the proof she had to put the order but did not apologize for her misbehaving with the daughter who at that point started crying and stepped out. She was telling the other customers that these customers were like freeloaders walked into the restaurant.

Honestly I dont entirely get the hype. I got their pretzel BBQ burger, onion rings, and a chocolate turtle concrete. The cost was almost $18. Personally, I dont feel it was worth that. I find Andys concrete to be better and its cheaper than this one. I wish our area has more options, there are plenty of better (and cheaper) options in my opinion. I would have been happier with in and out and then braums for ice cream and it would have been much cheaper. I guess this is targeting people who like shake shack, which I also find to be over hyped and underwhelming.

The actual food and shake were good the only problems that kind of ruined my first time experience is that my cheesecake concrete literally had ONE piece of cheesecake. Literally ate the whole thing faster than I wanted because I wanted more. I recently visited this burger joint and was blown away by both the food and the customer service. The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. When they first opened it was great! The food was always fresh and hot, now, not so much . The last 3 times we visited this location the food (meat) has been extremely dry or overcooked; very disappointing. Do not order a concrete items are mixed to mush. There is no distinction between the custard and the added items. Not worth the money or the calories. The food is fine, its not bad but its definitely not as good as other Freddys. The reason they get a 1 star is because every single time Ive gone it has been an incredibly long service time. There can be no cars in the parking lot or drive through, I am the only person they are currently serving and it takes 10+ minutes. This has happened numerous times. There seems to be little to no supervision or direct management going on, there is a lot of chatting and standing around. Also the prices are absurd. $20 for two medium milk shakes and a side. Might as well go to a sit down restaurant with how long they take and how expensive they are.

Everything was delicious! I don t normally eat fast food burgers but these were top notch. Loved the onion rings too! You can certainly tell we live in an entitled community. The ridiculous negative comments because the red carpet was not rolled and you were not treated like a celebrity when you graced this establishment with your presence are gross. Oh they forgot your salt? The manager was too busy to listen to your 6 part PowerPoint complaint over the missing cherry on your Sunday? You re mad you had to wait on the drive through 8.5 minutes? The photos shared with your crybaby complaints all look pretty dang tasty. You people do realize most places are understaffed and they are doing the best they can? Most employ younger people who are just venturing into the workforce and have to put up with lousy humans who take all their frustration out on them because it makes them feel empowered to bully fast food workers. The first time I ordered through the app, I arrived earlier than the ETA of the order and my shakes were already melted. Im not sure why the shakes would be immediately made and sat on the counter, especially since they come in paper cups. This is one of my favorite fast food burger spots, if not the favorite. I love the steak burgers here, they are phenomenal. Service was not good. Staff is either poorly trained or they just don t care. To-go order was over 12 minutes late and they weren t very busy. Turns out it was sitting on the counter behind the to-go order shelves getting cold. Had to ask about it before they put a sticker on it and handed to me. My husband and I have lived in Little Elm for 14 years now and were excited when this location opened. We have been fans of Freddy s for years and the food never disappoints. Tonight, however, my burger was undercooked and I had to ask to have it replaced with a well done burger. I went to the cashier to show her the burger and ask for another one to be made, but she couldn t be bothered to provide customer service and speak with her colleagues regarding the matter. Instead, she told me to go to the area where you pick up your food and tell someone over there. Well, while her customer service skills need work, I m glad she did because I had the pleasure of meeting a very nice young man who if isn t already a manager needs to be one. I walked up holding the burger, explained the situation and asked for another to be made. This young man whose name is Trent was polite, professional and did not hesitate to fix the issue. When he brought the freshly made burger out to my table he apologized for the wait and stated he just wanted to make sure it was perfect. He walked away and about a minute later looked over at me at the table and in a manner as to ask if it was good gave me a thumbs up to which I gave him a thumbs up in return. When speaking to me he said, yes ma am and did not present with any kind of negative attitude. You could tell he cared about wanting me to enjoy my burger and my experience and his positive attitude allowed for a not so big deal and small fix to remain a not so big deal as many of us know a negative attitude could have yielded very different results. I rarely write reviews, but was impressed by this young man and felt he needed and deserved to be acknowledged. To management, you have a winner on your hands with Trent and to his parents KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!! He is representing you well! Thanks again Trent for allowing me and my husband to end a very long work day on a good note!

Only complaints that can easily be fixed .the last two times I have gone in roughly around 7:30pm and another around 6pm every single booth was dirty. This was my 2nd time at this location. Both times the service has been terrible. It took 25 minutes to get my food through the drive-thru and there was only 1 other car in front of me and the lot was empty. They did not apologize about the wait and they did not seem to care. Burger was decent. I prefer Whataburger and P.Terrys but to each their own. The concrete was good and the fries reminded me of the slim SteakN Shake style. Id stop here if I was super hungry but overall its a nice addition to the area that is in need of more options.

The food is great but the service is lacking. We go through the drive thru and for the 3rd time our order is missing an item. There were a total of 4 workers standing at the window and not one person checked the order before sending it out. I am just glad I caught it before leaving the window this time so I did not have to go in and deal with the unpleasant and rude staff who wouldn t help unless I showed a receipt. Mind you I just left the window and came inside and never received the receipt (it was in the bag but as the customer I was unaware of this). You have 2 people trying to compete to take my order which is unprofessional to start(both hollering in the intercom when we pulled up), one girl dancing in the back, one person taking payment, one person handing the food and not one of them checked the order. It is beyond frustrating that we come and spend $40 bucks on food and can t get the correct order the first time.

Love, love, love the food here!! The original double cheeseburger and patty melt are amazing. Perfect sear on the burgers to lock in the flavor!! The fry seasoning has great hints of garlic, paprika and onion to really bring some flavor to the golden, crispy French fries. Hard to argue with the frozen custard treats as well!!! We eat there and then grab some frozen custard in a waffle cone to enjoy on the way home!!!

As someone who appreciates the crispy goodness of Shake Shacks smashed burger and potato bun, I was pleasantly surprised by the impeccable meat-to-bun ratio and the delightful seared crispiness of Freddys burger. The well-balanced seasoning further elevated the experience. Additionally, their thin, shoestring fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned just right. The Freddies sauce, reminiscent of a Thousand Island dressing, complemented both the burger and fries beautifully, adding a delightful touch to the meal. Despite being in a bustling area, they manage to handle the crowd efficiently. The manager mentioned that this location is their largest, and its evident in how swiftly they manage the long queues. Ample parking and outdoor seating add to the overall positive experience. Will continue coming back. This is our second visit since it opened. We went to the drive thru the first time and the meat was really salty so we went inside to order with no seasoning and no salt on the fries. While we were waiting we started looking around and the tables were nasty, condiment and drink area was filthy, the shake machine was dirty and the floors were dirty. The hostess was very friendly but the cleanliness was lacking. Not good for this restaurant to be new in the area.

Food - not up to Freddys standards. Other locations are way better. Last time there, food was served cold - they get overwhelmed and just let it sit around until they figure out what to do. Service - terrible. The cashier accidentally entered my order twice, and charged me for both. When they brought both orders out I pointed out the error and they called a manager. He told me he was too busy to give me a refund. I gave the second order away and left. Atmosphere - SUPER crowded and poor arrangement of space. People waiting for to go orders are crammed in at the end of the counter. Dine in leaves orders at another counter, doesnt bring out. They often leave these sit, so read every label until you get your order. They dont clean the tables very often, so it is pretty dirty. I havent even dared to use the restroom. I live Freddys, but not this location.

I spent over $19 on a turtle sundae and a chili cheese dog combo meal with cheese curds. The sundae was the only thing that was good. The cheese curds were a mushy, greasy mess. The chili cheese dog had neither chili, nor cheese, and was tough like it had been on a roller the entire day. The bun was super greasy too. Even the Pepsi tasted off. Next time I ll just throw the $20 in the trash. It ll be faster and less painful,

They cannot seem to get orders right. The two times I have been the missed the mark on the order and also the food was too salty. Skip Freddy s food, maybe the dessert are ok but not willing to try as they have a 100% chance to not get the order right. Called on the first order as realized they left out an item, only to leave a message and have not heard back in over a month. Second trip, gave half our food to another customer and took 30 min to get 2 fries and cheese curds. Customer service is lacking quite a bit as my wife stood for 15 min to be helped only to be ignored by the staff. For almost $60 for a family of 4, better to drive to Shake Shack than to return to Freddy s.

I ordered 2 sundaes. Waited about 8 min at the window. Not once was I greeted or told it would be a wait. Finally got the sundaes and they were literally milk. Blipping disgusting. Asked the guy if it was supposed to be a sundae and he said, uh yeah, that s just how it came out. If this is my first experience coming to this newly opened restaurant, it will absolutely be my last. I do not recommend this disgusting food. Went for an ice cream treat with the kiddos. Shakes for the kids and Turtles for the adults. All I have to say is ice cream is extremely bitter. I m not sure how else to describe it. Both kids didn t drink their shake, which they ve never met a shake they won t drink. The turtles had very little toppings and again the ice cream had such a bitter taste that we couldn t get the taste to go away. After a few bites, we just threw them away. Needless to say we won t be back. Go to Andy s or Handle s if you want a treat.
