Albin oldner law has been the most easy and seamless process i can have asked for. Nicole martin went above and beyond to get me what i was deserved. Phoenix worked hard to make sure that all the paperwork was correct and needed in time. At first i was nervous to go through this process but the Nicole martin and her team put me at ease and assured me that there is always a way.

I couldnt be happier with my experience with Albin Oldner and more specifically Shayna Sanborn. Shanya and her legal firm represented me in a 2+ year battle that knocked me down more times than I can remember but Shayna and her team were there for me every step of the way. Her knowledge of law and family law specifically and being able to quickly act and navigate our case helped calm my nerves and curb anxiety. More than being an amazing lawyer she is genuinely a compassionate human being and is just a good person. I would 100% recommend Albin Oldner Law to anyone! We used John for an issue my husbands small business was facing. He was so helpful, patient, and kind while explaining our options. My experience and expectations were just what I needed, I terminated my previous attorney because of lack attention and bad communication! Shayna Sanborn is a wonderful caring, understanding and non-judgmental! She always returned my messages or calls and actually answered her phone! I highly recommend her! My previously attorney was very very very very very inexpensive, Shayna Sanborn is not inexpensive by any means, but she is worth every dollar that I paid her, the old expression is so true you get what you pay for!!

Thank you. Great legal attorneys, staff does as they are told and no extra help. But the attorney that work here know what they are going and fixing the issue every attorney there is strong and awesome attorneys. But wish the staff was little more knowledgeable and could help more. Attorneys that show and your paying more to for their knowledge and expertise and knowledge for helping you. Well the attorneys are really good and highly professional & great advocates & fight for your needs. Highly recommend attorneys - Monica Peters , Nicole Martin , & Mary O Neal , wish all 3 could be with me every step of the way. But I can only pay for one attorney at a time in the court room with me. Wish this dream team could all be in there with me. And was affordable if can afford it the better to build a dream team.

This law firm used to be a huge help and good to work with, when they were Albin Roach. Now, as Albin Oldner, I have been waiting 6 WEEKS for help on an issue that seriously affects us. I was told by my lawyer in February to get back to her if I am in further need regarding this matter and I did. 6 weeks, 7 emails and some back and forth from her paralegal...I am still waiting. Sorry to say, but I no longer recommend this law firm.

Multiple times tried to schedule a consultation without any success, they promise to contact you back but never do (tried calling, sending multiple emails). If you dont want/cant provide a service for some reason or you dont have capacity just explain to the customer instead of false promises and going into the ignore mode.

Do not hire Marry Crossett at this firm even as a paralegal. She is inexperienced and a lazy worker. She got me a very bad deal in my divorce. She didnt even follow-up on my findings which I came up with. I suffered greatly emotionally and financially due to hiring this attorney.

We decided to use this law office for our prenuptial agreement. We were told at the roughly 10 minute $200 consultation that the cost of the prenup should be roughly $1,500 and if we wished to move forward, we would need to pay that up front and all billing hours would be deducted from that trust. After everything said and done, they missed their estimated cost by nearly double. Our situation is about as basic as I could imagine for a prenup and cost $3,000. Just be aware.

I went to Ablin Law group for them review a commercial lease, as I needed professional help on a big lease. I sent the lease over a week before my appointment. they totally skimmed the contract and missed several important things, one of which was a hidden $3,000 fee that I found out about after I signed the lease, and of course after I got their professional assistance! I paid $200 for a 20 minute consultation with a lawyer that was highlighting information during my consultation! The only thing they know how to do is work their credit card machine to take peoples money. Take peoples business seriously and stop focusing on your highlighting skills. absolutely deplorable!

If this firm cares about their future reputation then they will fire Jeff Yates immediately. He talks a nice game until he gets your retainer fee. Then he goes into hiding like a Russian spy. He was hired for business litigation but ended up getting us nowhere after 6 months and then withdrew as counsel without notice leaving us hanging with court deadlines. Stay away from this attorney at all costs or you will be donating money to a crook!

I found out 50 minutes into the $300 appointment, My case would be handled by an associate attorney who was not even invited to the meeting. The entire point of a consultation is to get a feel for the working relationship with your attorney.

Ive known the Roach family for a very long time so I was very excited to find this firm when I was needing help in closing out my parents estate. I can not tell you how horrible my experience was with Jeffrey Yates!!! Not to mention I found several other negative reviews complaining about the same thing...he NEVER returned phones calls or emails. Just left me hanging!!! Then in my frustration I reached out to Laura Roach and she never returned my phone call (but they always found time to send out the bill)! So when I was at a very low point trying to finalize everything I finally moved on to never look back! Thanks for nothing!!
