That was my first and last time going to an urban air. What a mess. It was so crowded to the point I questioned how safe it was for us to even be there. I saw at least 6 concurrent birthday parties going on (it was a saturday) with kids sprinting at full speeds all over the place. The tiered ticket system is very confusing for a first time visitor, and entrances for things are not very clear. Really annoying that urban air socks are required because the socks are overpriced and poor quality. They were pilling by the end of our visit that day. There are teenagers passively minding the crowd with despondent looks as they watch nobody following instructions (which are not exactly simple, to be fair). For example I saw barefoot adults hanging out in the ball pit like its their swimming pool, and not the obstacle course it actually is. Maybe its worth visiting on a random weekday. But no thanks.

This place will gladly overcharge you for a mediocre experience of an overbooked party venue in an understaff company. So many kids running around no rules or supervision at any of the attractions. My kids waited to go down the slide wall parents let their children crawl back up the wrong direction with no employees around to manage. Paid over $60 for two kids to have fun only to leave after 30 minutes of utter chaos. Not to mention, I waited in line 20 minutes for a bottle water

If I could I would give this 0 stars!! We went on a day that had multiple groups there. We were visiting from out of town and told by the employees to sign a specific waiver in order to get a discount for the day. We made sure to inform them we were out of town visitors only there to visit some friends. So they reinforced the discount for our trip. Without be told, warned, or talked to, this was apparently for the membership (which we were not interested). Upon discovering we were being charged I have reached out multiple times to the location and the membership services only to receive this canned response, highlighting their lack of even reading my request. Thank you for reaching out. Urban Air Memberships are a great value with unlimited visits and a significant savings compared to full admission prices. All memberships require a one year commitment in order to be able to offer such a great monthly membership rate. As stated online and in the membership acceptance agreement you can cancel your membership any time after the twelfth payment. Beware of what they tell you and have you sign and know that their customer service has no true interest in helping your situation or holding their employees accountable for this type of action. We will never return to Urban Air and will ensure that as many people are aware of the dishonesty that runs through this company. If someone reaches out after this with more than the prepared response I will make sure to update this review.

Had a great time at a friends birthday party! There was an overwhelming amount of stuff to do! The hostess, Klara, was super helpful from the moment we got there and couldnt get the kiosks to work and couldnt find our party (because they werent there yet). We recently celebrated my kid s birthday in Urban Air Frisco. We booked 3 weeks in advance and we immediately had a call from the organizer to understand the needs and to help us plan. We also got another call closer to the date to finalize the count and other details. On the day of the party, everything was set up already, ready to go. Out party host Ryan B went above and beyond to make our experience seamless and also to keep the kids happy.she helped us with everything end to end. She took care of all the planning and all we had to do was enjoy! We all had a wonderful time and we can t recommend this facility enough. Thank you for making it memorable for us!!

Julianne displayed very poor customer service. I wanted to buy a day-pass, and told her that I had accidentally filled out the birth date section wrong for my child on the waiver. She said I could not change the information on the waiver, or fill out another one. She offered no solution or way to fix this issue. I asked her what is stopping me from just walking out, coming back in, and talking to another employee and filling out another waiver. She did not have an answer for me, but continued to be adamant in saying that I could not change the waiver, and would therefore be charged more since my child s birthday does not show her to be 5 years old on the waiver (even though she is 5 years old and the date section was simply entered incorrectly). This caused me to leave, and I won t be returning. This could have been handled much better to avoid losing a long-time customer.

Urban air was really fun this last week!! The staff is really good especially Klara, she is an amazing person and makes me, and my friends time amazing and we love talking to her, and she does an amazing job taking care of these little kids, and no one gets hurt when she is watching she makes sure everyone is safe!!!!! It is a fun place to take your kids of all ages and is very exciting with lots of different things to do that appeal to different age groups like a dunking place which I found to be the most fun and enjoyable and huge ball pits with obstacle courses and a foam pit you can flip into and many more and I suggest visiting at least once and giving it a try

Yesterday was my first time coming here with my kiddos. My 8 year old was playing in the playground area and came to me and told me a teenage boy (14/15) was up in the playground area with his friends sitting on his phone and decided it would be funny to grab my son by his leg and trip him. The teenage boy and his other friends laughed as he grabbed him and fell. I told the front desk and they brought a supervisor up to me. The young lady made the teenage boy apologize to my son but the teenage boy was still allowed to remain in the building. This isn t like two little boys of the same age had a disagreement and it was settled. Very disappointed on how this situation was handled and do not believe this is a safe environment for kids. No serious consequence was given to the teenage boy. He should have been asked to leave after that incident. If that teenager was able to get away with that who knows what anyone else will continue to get away with at this establishment. Please do better with enforcing the rules and protecting our kids.

This place keeps getting worse and worse. We ve been coming to this location since 2016, when they had $5 preschool jump on Fridays and the facility was clean. We ve had multiple birthday parties here and usually come about every 6 weeks, spending at least $75 every time for admission for multiple kids. Over the years, maintenance and cleaning has gone completely downhill. This place is FILTHY. Looks like it s never been professionally cleaned. All the balls and foam blocks are ripped and broken. Staff are NEVER consistent about which rules (if any!) apply to which kids. At our last visit (6 weeks ago), kids were doing handsprings, flips, hanging on rims, etc. Today, none of these things were allowed. The staff spent the morning shouting at kids for things that were allowed less than 2 months ago. Are there rules or not? Just specific staff members who enforce them? Only on Tuesdays? Hard to tell. Today when we arrived, they could not find our waiver, despite being there 6 weeks ago. Okay, minor inconvenience, but frustrating trying to juggle multiple kids while completing something that has been tied to the same phone number and used repeatedly over 8 years. Paid $80 in admission for my older kids. Was told I didn t need a wristband for my 1 year old, as he just started walking and can t jump. An hour into our play, was approached by a staff member who advised that I needed to pay for both myself and my 1 year old as him crawling/toddling around the facility creates a need for more staff to supervise. I advised the front desk staff told me to pay for anyone jumping. He is a baby and literally cannot jump. Also, this makes no sense. If you want to charge a BABY as a guest, create an under 2 admission fee and let me pay that. Clearly I m not jumping if I m supervising a baby, so no need for an adult pass and this would eliminate the need for extra staff to watch my baby. Ultimately we left due to the ridiculous expectation that I pay $40 extra (on top of the $80 already paid) just for bringing a baby along with us, my kids getting tired of the staff shouting at everyone, and their feet turning black from the disgusting floors. Bring back the old management! (Or at least the cleaning crew jeez!). Honestly just disappointed in this place. My kids used to love it, but now it s a filthy, expensive headache. We won t be coming back. Lucky for Urban Air, they re in a HCOL area with a lot of kids. Otherwise, this place wouldn t make it.

If I could give this place a negative star rating, I would. I signed up for the yearly membership last year and, at first, it was really great. They had toddler time on Fridays from 10am-12pm which was perfect for my 3YO and his buddies. Our last time there was about a month ago. A friend of ours was in the foam pit area with her daughter and noticed a few beetles on the trampoline. All of a sudden it went from a few beetles to a beetle infestation. She notified the staff (usually just a few people working at the front) and they came and vacuumed the area. The next week our friend went back but we opted out and she said that same area was completely blocked off with caution tape. The level of cleanliness they promise to uphold is comical. With the bugs, bits of food all over the trampolines, black sticky stuff on the mats by the slides/play area, black bits on the slides themselves. I reached out via a contact form to get the remainder of my membership refunded (apparently its only two months left). No one has even addressed my complaint regarding cleanliness and Im being told I have to pay the remaining two months before they can cancel my membership. Its also worth noting that the toddler time (which was the only reason I signed up in the first place) is not available all summer long! Any FISD holidays and all summer long, they allow kids of all ages to attend. If youve seen how things get when older kids start running around toddlers, its awful. So I wont be back, I will now have to pay the remaining two months, and will be cancelling the renewal. I figured as a mom, its important that I share with other parents in the area so you dont end up in the same unfortunate situation.

This was the worst urban air I went to I stay in line for almost 30 mins they were only taking people who are members or bought their tickets on line after that I didnt want to even take my daughter in there so I told her lets go somewhere else but she didnt want to so we finally made it in she wanted to rock climb the staff was just sitting down while my daughter and the other kids just stood there I had to get they attention to get my daughter then we went to the part next to the rock climbing my daughter had on trampoline socks didnt no one say anything to her when she was rock climbing or even jumping on the other trampoline until this one girl who was sitting down on the phone telling her do she have other socks and she cant let her jump hurting my daughter feelings so now my daughter ready to go to another one but I will never in my life go to this trampoline park again poor staff, staff have attitudes and very rude.

DO NOT pay for tickets online! So far I have been charged over $660 for one visit (9 kids) and somehow have THREE re-occurring unauthorized automatic payments on my credit card. And that day the online payment was not working so I had to pay again in person with a different card! I cant access my billing info online to remove my credit card due to website errors. I have had to file three disputes and block urban air from charging my cards. Edit to add the park itself is great. We do go there often. Even had a party there. It s only the online system causing issues.

My kids were having a great time here until suddenly in the middle of our visit, they decided that my daughter was not 48 inches. When we purchased our passes, they measured her and said that she was 48 inches and let us buy the pack for the zip line and ropes course. My daughter went on these attractions multiple times, and then when she waited in line for 15 minutes for the zip line, the new employee said she wasnt tall enough. She came downstairs crying and Samantha measured her again, says she was 48 inches and so did the manager at the desk. Then Samantha decided to be mean and change her mind after telling my daughter she was tall enough. She even told me that the measuring stick at the zip line was in a padded area and it shows that they are shorter. My daughter is in fact over 48 inches according to their measuring stick by the front desk (and also at her doctors office). Way to ruin the day of a child Samantha! Maybe you shouldnt work at a place for children.

Ambiance : is good. What makes irritating: They are intentionally making customers to purchase their socks even if you are having,wearing better gripper socks much better quality than their socks. Sadly they told under exchange of our existing socks and throwing them in trash which really makes more annoying. If they wanted such kind of un ethical business they should mention in the first place. To do specific activity they are charging $27.99+tax and on top they are charging for socks too. The employees need to be more attentive to chaotic adults and children. While our 3 year old daughter was jumping on the trampoline in the under 7 section, a grown man 30+ came flying by chasing his daughter, nearly missed stepping on my daughter by what seemed to be an inch. We were here on friday evening for birthday party and the place was packed with number of other parties. I felt like this place lacks basic security and not to forget the horrible parking. Coming to security, it is chaos at the front and it very easy for kid to be lost or sneaked out as there is no one manning the entrance or the door. I went there with my twin daughters and was worried and had to keep an eye on them all the time. I would pick a off time to visit or I will avoid this place.

Always enjoy it and the kids enjoy it too. The only thing that they could do better is have security at the door so you know that every child is leaving with the right adult. Other than that great place. The family has a membership there. Like I said its just a fun for the adults if you put your mind into having fun.

Great place for a kid birthday party. Very busy and when you park you have to walk a quarter mile to the entrance but the service was excellent. 4 stars because it was so busy on the activities there was not enough time for the kids to play.

They have a serious problem on their website, I tried to see a quote for a party like other times we have done there and their page did not give me the amount and charged my credit card without me having paid yet, I just wanted a quote. The costs do not appear on their page and this is a serious problem because they are taking deposit money without knowing how much the amount is. very bad and they did not give me my money back even though I called at the same time to express the problem that had happened. Limit the reservation through the page because without seeing how much your party is going to cost you, they will charge the deposit to your card and not return it to you. Basically a robbery and they tell you its for policies that never appeared.

Very nice setup, reasonable prices. My son has lots of fun. The play structure was quite dirty in the evening which is understandable. Guests dont like to follow rules and bring drinks and snacks in the play structure.

We had our kids bday party at this location opting for a private room. The overall experience has been excellent. The party host Ryan was very thorough, helpful & patient during the whole party & made our stay very pleasant & enjoyable. Big shoutout to her. Rest of the staff have been great as well & kept us well informed when there was slight delay with the food. I will definitely recommend this place for any bday Party!!!

We went to take the kids just to run around when it was particularly cold outside, and went the first thing when it opened at 10 oclock in the morning. I emphasize the earlier the better here, as looking at their roster there were 26 birthday parties on schedule that day! Kids ran around for 3 hours and got their energy out for the rest of the day, they slept well that night, very well. We bought tickets online in advance, but there is also a monthly pass available. We may be looking into this especially during the colder or hotter months, as it has some of the best deals for an indoor climbing structure place around.

It was my friends son s birthday, and just observing him, knowing how much work parties are planning my own daughters party I was really impressed and when I spoke with him, he told me it was his very first party there. The professionalism here seems subpar at best. I saw an elderly lady trip on the metal trim sticking up on the entryway and not only did the employees fail to help her - they told her we don t do that here when the victim asked to talk to someone about the hazard. The management refused to talk to her and gave her a phone number, but they appeared to lack empathy. What is up with all these companies hiring serial killers? If they lack basic empathy - how are they any better than a serial killer? Don t bring your elderly mother/grandmother here unless you want to potentially bury her early! Oh, she was carrying cupcakes for a birthday party. No employees would even help her get up, but at least one took the time to record her on the ground. Really?? The employees told her she s lucky they didn t charge her for bringing cupcakes in for the party. This level of audacity is contributing to the state of this country. Whoever raised these people should be proud of their inhuman mentality towards injuries. This occurred last Sunday, 1 October, 2023. Rivera party.
