Visiting from Waco and took the kids to Stephenson Park. We noticed that pug races were the next day and we had to go! We have never seen so many pugs in our life! Invincible pug army! We were surrounded by cuteness! I even met the oldest pug I have ever met in my life named Chocolate! She was turning 21!! Even had a margarita and some nachos for donation. What a fun day and thank you so much for inviting us out!

Such a cool place for everyone! My kid loved the playground. It s different from most and they have 3 courses. Lots of people playing tennis and if you venture out further in the the wooded pathways and over the bridge, you ll find another playground and ping pong table! They painted beautiful animals on the electrical boxes so it s fun to spot the variety of animal portraits around the park. They even have a fairy scavenger hunt! We ll definitely be back

The family and I have enjoyed this park since 2007. It is well maintained and great fun for little kids. There are plenty of trees for shade in the summer. I was disappointed that they recently converted the natural gravel track to an artificial rubber one rather than just clean and lay down new gravel. It feels less natural now. But the park is overall a wonderful place to take your family, especially if your kids are small.
