Food was subpar and overpriced. The steak was just charred with no seasoning. The cream spinach was tasteless. The lobster ravioli was flavorless and that was not the right noodle. The salmon was flavorless. The curry is not that good the Branzino which is super overpriced was OK. The restaurant was so smoky due to ventilation issues. Our bill came to about $1100 and the general manager thought that just giving us a bottle of cheap champagne was suffice. I love good food and I go to restaurants all over the world, but I will not be back here. The only thing that I can say was good were the mashed potatoes and the ambience is cute but due to the smoke, it was unbearable.

Theres a nice atmosphere. Very modern. But service, at least the evening I was there, was pretty poor. Theyre more concerned with texting their friends, than bringing my cocktail before the oisters. So 5 out of 6 oisters had a lot of shell in them and werent even loosened from the shell. When I finally got the lobster pasta, after a looong time of waiting and receiving someone elses beef wellington by mistake, the tiny serving had no garnish or anything. It had lots of lobster shell in it though. It was not at all what I had hoped. The food is more satisfactory and the service much better over at Mi Cocina. This restaurant is fancy, and overpriced. I wont recommend it.

We were greeted with champagne and a delicious arancini amuse-bouche. Our server David was very attentive and made great wine suggestions. We enjoyed the ribeye steak and the Mac and cheese and all was cooked perfectly and really flavorful. Our culinary experience started out promising with the burrata appetizer and the popovers. Unfortunately, the beef wellington was overdone, and the chicken was dry. The waitress was great and very apologetic. Given that I ate only two bites of the chicken, we were not charged for that meal, which is why Im giving them 4 and not 3 stars.

Wicked Butcher Fort Worth is a culinary gem that deserves every bit of praise it receives. As soon as you walk through the door, you re greeted by an inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for a remarkable dining experience. The food is nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish is crafted with care, and the standout has to be the succulent oysters fresh, perfectly shucked, and bursting with flavor. They are an absolute must-have, whether youre a seasoned oyster lover or trying them for the first time. The attention to detail in every plate is evident, showcasing a commitment to quality that truly elevates the dining experience. But what truly sets Wicked Butcher apart is the exceptional service. Devin and Corey, the bartenders, are masters of their craft. Their knowledge of the drink menu is impressive, and they create cocktails that are as beautiful as they are delicious. They take the time to understand your preferences and recommend drinks that perfectly complement your meal. Their friendly banter adds a personal touch that makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. Kayla, the manager, leads with enthusiasm and a genuine passion for hospitality. Her hands-on approach ensures that the service is seamless and attentive, making sure every detail is taken care of. From the moment you arrive until the time you leave, you feel well cared for and appreciated. In a world full of dining options, Wicked Butcher stands out for its remarkable food, expertly crafted drinks, and outstanding service. We visited the Wicked Butcher on a whim, and it was definitely an excellent choice! The atmosphere and location were on point, the food was DELICIOUS, and the service was top notch. The restaurant sits in the Sundance Square area on the corner of Main and 5th, which provides a great spot for people watching (if you open the curtains), but also easy access. Its connected to the Sinclair, Autograph Collection. The food and drinks delectable. We had bread/butter, burrata alla panna, dressed oysters, cobb salad, and steak frites. For drinks, we had the Marg and El Carnicero, both yummy! The service was unmatched! Kim was a talented mixologist and she made sure we received everything we ordered in a timely manner. Kayla, one of the managers, stopped by a couple of times and was very observant... She noticed that my friend was picking over her oysters. She asked what she thought about the preparation and immediately corrected the order to her liking. We would DEFINITELY return to this location and share this restaurant with our friends. Visit for the food, drinks, atmosphere, and service, stick around for great conversations with friends!

Would love have been able to see the rooftop but my fault, didn t realize that s only sat and Sundays. The chef s welcome app was my favorite food item I tried. I got the sea bass, bland :(. And beef Wellington was a little better. Being boujee on a budget person, I just wanted to love my food. No complaints other than not liking my food items.

Prices are a bit high. $7 glass of lemonade is ridiculous. $14 wedge salad is way high for the size. Service was good but average skills. Had to ask for water refills. They valet validate, but you still have to pay $7 plus tip and they only take credit card payment from their app to pay.

I wanted to give my honest experience for my birthday dinner with my review, unfortunately it does not match the majority. We went on May 25th, our reservation at 10:30pm for my birthday dinner and it was unfortunately it was not the best experience. In our reservation my boyfriend put that it was for a birthday but we had to remind the servers constantly since they were not really listening. We arrived 5 minutes late since we couldnt locate parking easily and had to park further away and the host and the older gentleman server said is this them? to which the host nodded her head mockingly while laughing while the server seemed frustrated and then she showed us to our table. On the way to our table, I tried to make it less uncomfortable by telling her it was our first time there and that it is for my birthday. After that she became more polite and professional and asked how old I was. We were sat at a table right by the kitchen which wasnt the most comfortable since the kitchen was very noisy and the separator that was behind me, was bumped into throughout the night but I ignored it since the lightning was amazing and the inside of the restaurant was beautiful and impeccable. But thats really the only thing good that night. We waited over an hour and 15 minutes for our food, appetizer included and sipped our wine that we ordered and then given free champagne which I really wished I was told that we would get so I didnt order my wine as I dont drink alot but both drinks were too much so I only drunk sipped my champagne and the other drink was wasted. Our server was more professional than nice and only came a handful of times to check on us and brought our food out to us right before they closed 12pm. Our steaks were both extremely burnt (mine the filet minon and my partners was a more expensive cut that i cant remember the name) and overcooked and our Mac n cheese was good but only one spoon was provided and it was brought out (our appetizer) after we recieved our steaks. I asked for a steak sauce and was told they will get it for me since my steak was so dry and tough and the server never brought it and forgot all about it. To make matters worse, we couldnt say our steaks was burnt since the kitchen closed and all the workers were waiting for us to finish eating so that can leave at the bar right beside us, staring at us impatiently and sighing as we tried to rush eat. One guy started playing some loud music as he waited for us to finish and another worker remind him not to right now since customers (us) were still there and he turned it off. The server came coming to us frequently after our food was just brought out to see if we were done eating and we reminded her we would like a cake slice since it was for my birthday. They brought us a extremely frozen cake slice and at this point me and my boyfriend just tried to make the most of it and rushed eat my cake slice which we couldnt finish since it was frozen. Sigh. It was a nightmare of a dinner. The only thing good here was the setting and the lighting, other then that I will probably never go back. It just sucked since this was our first time going to a fine dining restaurant and this place has so many positive reviews I thought it would be a safe bet. I do not recommend due to my experience. Overly expensive for nothing and not worth it at all. The steaks were extremely unedible. Parking: They would not validate our parking ticket either. Not free parking.

We had made reservations at the Dallas location for Fathers Day brunch, but was notified that the Dallas location wasnt going to open after all for Fathers Day. They had emailed me and asked if we wanted to move our reservation to the Fort Worth location. They told us they would take care of our food for the inconvenience if we decided to do so. Decided to go ahead and make the drive over there. The management team over at the Fort Worth location accommodated us beyond amazingly. Not only did we have to move our reservation over there, but the Dallas location had forwarded over the wrong party size, but Fort Worth made sure we had a table for the correct party size after we told them about the error (think they had to do a little scrambling). Our server, Hunter, was awesome and was very attentive and had amazing interactions with my 9 yr old son. The assistant manager (sorry, forgot her name) came and checked on us multiple times just to make sure we were happy since a lot of moving parts had happened that morning (the section the hostess was going to seat us in, had a no show server, so they had to make even more adjustments). Food and drinks were great!! Had a wonderful Fathers Day!!! Parking: The valet is for the Hotel and Wicked Butcher. They will validate your valet ticket to take $20 off (so you only have to pay $8).

Downstairs service is excellent, but the service upstairs is beyond subpar. You basically have to beg to be served and be greeted with an attitude by anyone upstairs. This was the second time coming upstairs and interacted with multiple servers with this issue. As far as the downstairs is concerned, we had a variety of dishes, ranging from A5, lamb, lobster, strip, and multiple sides. Everything except the lobster was absolutely phenomenal. The lobster definitely needed some seasoning and more work. The manager downstairs made sure to check in on us and ensure we had a pleasant experience. Overall, I would definitely return downstairs and would suggest the A5 to have some other salts or peppers served with it like I ve seen elsewhere. The picante/sriracha sauce didn t seem suitable for such a delicate cut of meat.

Best steakhouse dinner we have had in a long time! The evening started with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and an amuse-bouche. We ordered a bottle of wine from their extensive list - a nice sauvignon blanc from New Zealand. For dinner we ordered and shared the shrimp cocktail (the shrimp were huge), a filet and the sea bass. The steak and bass were cooked perfectly and since we told our server we were sharing, they sliced the steak and served the sea bass on two plates for us. Very nice touch on their part. Our side was the Brussel sprouts. Every bite was perfect! For dessert we opted to have an Old Fashioned. We gave our server the range we would pay for a nice bourbon and he took it from there. He made us a very nice drink that was a perfect ending to the meal! I would definitely return to this restaurant and highly recommend it! You wont be disappointed!

Came for a birthday dinner and celebration of Mother s Day with my wife on a Saturday night. Had reservations at 8:30. Arrived 15 minutes early and we were sat quickly and everything just kept getting better by the minute. Service was outstanding, multiple servers and managers making the rounds making sure we had what we needed. Food was absolutely delicious. We got a fillet mignon and a ribeye with corn (#1 side option for sure) , potatoes (home cooked style mashed potatoes hits the spot), and Mac&cheese (I could eat a whole bowl) as the sides. Everything was just cooked with perfection. I ve never had hummus and was always put off by the look and texture, but the brisket hummus was out of this world, definitely a must try appetizer! Definitely bringing friends and family for future dinners and celebrations. Thank you all for the amazing experience. I ll be recommending it to all my clients going forward. PS- had so much fun and enjoyed the little details around the place I forgot to take photos of the food. Did take a photo of the old fashioned. Smoky and smooth!

I am in Fort Worth for a wedding this weekend and had time today to grab lunch and did some research on where to go. Based on the great reviews, I was super excited to try out this place. When you walk in the ambience is excellent. Service was good to start and drinks came out quick. Our group ordered two salads and a sandwhich. Then it went bad. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get our food with the reasoning being they lost the salad tickets and had to remake them . We also had the waiter tell us twice that it was coming right out and it took an additional 20 min. I was honestly confused as to what was going on as there was only 1 other group in the restaurant. The truffle fries were also cold. The right thing would ve been to at least comp the drinks but the server acted as if nothing was wrong. Really bad experience all around.

Different than most of the restaurants. I can t say I didn t like it but I would not order it again. I had a great experience with service and I would like to try dinner to give them another chance. Over all great location and very nice atmosphere.

This place was amazing. I made reservations the day before, no card was required. I went at 8:30 pm. There were 2 doors the corner and the side entrance, the side was the open one. It had a ground floor and an underground floor. We sat on the underground floor. The decor was nice and I loved the white subway tiles on the wall. Ps the light at the table changes color temperature when u touch it if u want a subtle yellowish hue or a cool 6k bluish hue. They sat us and gave us complimentary champagne, a chef dish, and a certain style of bread with rosemary butter. Reminded me of a hint of pancakes. That was all very nice and we felt appreciated and welcome. We had the lobster bisque and, side of mushrooms, and my personal plate was 6 ounces of the A5 Wagyu medium rare. The presentation was nice on every dish and Wagyu was phenomenal. It came with mushrooms on the side as well. They presented documentation for the Wagyu which was a nice in good faith gesture and also just cool I must say. I had a few cocktails, whiskey-based, one was the smoking gun, old fashioned with bullet rye, and the other I cant remember the name at the moment. Cubed ice with restaurant logo branded im it was nice detail as well. The cocktail menu was on an iPad which was a nice touch because it had pictures of what it looked like when you clicked on it along with the ingredients. After we were done they gave us this huge mini cake with flames coming out of it complimentary. Overall I highly recommend this restaurant for your next date night or boys/girls night out. Dont forget to stop by the bathroom for some mouthwash after all them drinks haha joking but seriously they have some if needed.

First visit. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. My friends like this place so I went along even though I am trying to become a pescatarian. Lobster bisque did not impress me, but it was fine. Truffle Caesar salad was very good. Green curry salmon was also very good. Its not really a curry. Its pan seared salmon over purple rice with green curry reduction sauce. The salmon was well seasoned, and skin was crispy. The sauce has authentic Thai green curry flavor. I would get it again, but I would ask for a little more sauce. I think Jasmine rice would go better with the fish and sauce, but purple semi-sticky rice does make it different and interesting.

Came here to enjoy a quick dinner before a comedy show at Big Laugh Comedy Club. I sat at the bar, and was greeted promptly. I ordered a blackberry basil lemonade, and the first time I got it it was a bit tart for me hut I didnt say anything. The bartender came around and asked me if it was too tart or too sweet, and I said it was a little tart. He remade it for me quickly. It was really good when it came back. I ordered the roasted chicken which he told me would take about 22 mins to make. I needed to leave at or before 7:10pm to make it to the show, it was 6:29pm. I said that was perfect, I hadnt eaten all day. It came out at about 6:55 I think. It was hot, fresh, looked flawless. I ate .. and ate and ate. The chicken was the best Ive had at a restaurant in a long time. Juicy and the skin was slightly crispy in certain areas. Seasoned beautifully. The mashed potatoes and the sauces were delightful. This plate was definitely a 10/10, would not change a thing. I did make my comedy show on time. Will be back again to try more on the menu!

First, Im no food critic, just a foodie who enjoys finding good restaurants that serve even better food. Ive even had the pleasure of dining at a few Michelin star restaurants around the world. This place is right at the top with the big ones. Upon being seated, we were offered a complimentary glass of champagne. Then, we were brought a complimentary fried parmigian bite that sounds mediocre at best but was somehow out of this world. We ordered the shrimp cocktail for an appetizer and those were the biggest shrimp Ive ever seen. And being a Floridian, thats saying something. My husband ordered the bone-in fillet with the corn creme brulee and I got the Chilean sea bass with the brussel sprouts for dinner. My husband is a bit of a steak connoisseur and he said he could not remember having a better steak than what he was served. It was cooked to absolute perfection and was not over seasoned. The meat spoke for itself and then some. My sea bass was perfectly cooked as well, flaking off easily but still tender. The rice and curry sauce it was served on were just as delicious and the cashews in it was a fun play on texture in the dish. Everything was fantastic. Whatever the chef is doing there needs to be seen by a Michelin reviewer. Seriously. It was that good! Service was wonderful as well. Highly, highly recommend!

The pickled vegetables were way too sweet and the olives that were still on a branch had a very strange flavor. We were very surprised that no crackers were included. I give the charcuterie a 5. We then ordered the lobster bisque which was NOT even remotely tasting like lobster bisque. I cant even describe that flavor but it was not good, and I couldnt finish it. I give it a 3. The accompanied bread was decent. Not sure were will be back.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at the Wicked Butcher during a mini-break trip from Oklahoma City to Fort Worth. Located in downtown Fort Worth, we stumbled upon this gem purely by chance. Upon entering, we were immediately struck by the inviting ambiance of the restaurant. Although the prices were a bit higher than what we had initially budgeted for lunch, once seated, we couldnt resist the allure of staying and exploring what Wicked Butcher had to offer. Opting for the least expensive option on the menu, the $18.00 Butchers Burger, I must say it was a decision that exceeded all expectations. In fact, it might just be the best burger Ive ever had the pleasure of sinking my teeth into. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, each bite was a taste sensation that left me craving more. So impressed were we with the Butchers Burger that we found ourselves making a special trip back to Fort Worth just to indulge in another round. And lets not forget to mention the Connery martini, a delightful accompaniment to our meal that added an extra touch of sophistication to the experience. If you find yourself in Fort Worth and craving a culinary experience thats nothing short of extraordinary, do yourself a favor and pay a visit to the Wicked Butcher. You wont regret it.

Everything we got was superb. Complimentary champagne, the most amazing salmon appetizer, filet & ribeye, and finished it up with crème brûlée and lattes! Excellent service. I docked the atmosphere due to the group sitting behind us talking loudly about doing drugs. I normally wouldn t dock for other guests, but several of the waiters came over to join in the conversation. It was very odd to me. Vegetarian options: I did notice there were 2 main dishes that were vegetarian and multiple salad/soups and sides that were. Parking: Parking was a little difficult. We found a spot just around the corner from the restaurant on the street. All street parking is free after a certain time (I think 6:30 or 7:00pm). Valet was available but we did not use it. Took my friend to Wicked Butcher last night, to celebrate her 30 year work Anniversary. My reservation was at 9pm, we got there 20 minutes early. We couldnt be seated until 9, so we waited at the bar. But never got called, so after having to go back and check for our table. We finally got seated to a table. The spot was dark and the table light didnt work. The server never offered to swap it, so we switched it with the one on the next table. That only lasted 10 minutes and it also went out. The complimentary drink was a nice touch, but every thing went south from there. We had to ask for water, the lobster bisque had nothing with it. I had to ask twice for my under poured glass of wine. Even tho, our table was close to the bar. And thats about all we got, our food never came out. So, after 2 hours of being at the table and the typicalim sorry about that. We just got up and left the place.

Specifically booked to eat here for the Surf and Turf with the lobster tail and they were already sold out when we arrived. It took a long time for anyone to even bring us water and that trend continued throughout the evening when it came to our food and drinks. I ordered the lamb as medium and it came out completely bloody and raw. This appeared to have happened to the table next to us as well. My partner ordered the surf and turf and you could tell the food had been sitting there for a long time as it was cold. Definitely wouldn t recommend especially for the price.

NYE was a joke. Set menu that advertised Surf & Turf with filet & lobster and sparkly espresso martinis ran out of lobster tails at 7pm and didn t offer sparkle martinis .. with no explanation or compensation. Food was ok, steak was extremely rare for a medium rare order shrimp that replaced the lobster were undercooked, grey and cold. Oysters for first course were tiny like if someone took a normal oyster and shredded it into thirds and laid it on an oyster shell. Peanut butter chocolate tart was horrible. So thick, so heavy, and not at all lightly whipped as described. Service was slow, and while our waitress was polite and as accommodating and apologetic as possible it was honestly embarrassing for her how slow the bar was and how bad the food was . Do not recommend, disappointing at best. Waste of $350+

Came here for the first time for my husband s birthday. We each had a complementary glass of bubbly, steak appetizer sampling, and a birthday cake with a sparkler candle. Great cocktails and food. There are plenty of places to celebrate in Fort Worth, but Wicked raised the bar. And I m still thinking about that corn crème brûlée They went over the top to make our first experience special. I m glad we chose this place to celebrate 29! Shout out to Tiffany and the manager!
