Absolutely amazing experience! This is the place to celebrate every special occasion known to man and that includes just because. The hubs planned a wonderful anniversary dinner at Ruths Chris Steakhouse and Im still on cloud nine. The rose petals on the table was the extra touch our evening needed. Sam is the best server EVER! Hes so attentive and cordial. His timing with bringing a second glass of bubbles was impeccable. And of course handling our meal was perfect. The food? I highly suggest the ribeye and the garlic crusted sea bass. Delicious! Our desserts were grand too. Heres the deal: youll have a great time and will enjoy an exceptional meal. Dietary restrictions: They accommodate all dietary restrictions.

Sat in lounge and seemed to be forgotten, server was very nice but never around much, cocktails slow as well as water refills, ordered the meal with salad, entree, side and dessert, filet was was excellent quality but under cooked and not seasoned, lobster bland. Meal came with dessert but I didn t even want it since the experience was taking so long, I must have been upset since I didn t wait and get what I paid for lol, always heard good things about Ruth Chris but won t be back, $130, not worth it to me .

Almost forgot to post. September 2nd we went to Ruths Chris, downtown Ft. Worth. After a so-so experience at another steakhouse the previous evening (Not Capital Grill), we decided to try Ruths Chris. What a great experience! Ebony made our entire evening superb, exceptional service, so personable. She loves her job and you can tell. Everything was perfect. You want a great experience, go there and ask for Ebony!

We dined at Ruths Chris about a month ago, the food was exceptional and we really enjoyed. One of the people only ate halal so we inquired about halal steaks. Our waitress told us that if we told the restaurant in advance then they would be able to provide halal steaks. A few weeks later we called to make a reservation and specifically asked for halal meat. They told us calling in advance wasn t necessary due to the fact that they keep halal meat in house. We made out reservation with the accommodation. On the day of our reservation we got a call that they do not carry halal meat at all. We told them about the previous conversations. The employees have a lot of miscommunication and no regard for their customer s time.

Date night on a Thursday night with the wife...Great food and service and the coffee after the meal...perfect.... as of 2024 weve celebrated our anniversary here a couple of years. The staff was welcoming and rolled out red carpet... from complimentary champagne to cheesecake with Happy Anniversary on it. I always do a reservation and just put what were celebrating. Great food and just a great evening.

Excellent place, perfect for an evening with the family; (no children) the dinner, the wines, the cocktails, everything was delicious.. I had never been to that location in Fort Worth, I loved it, it is even warmer, the atmosphere, the service is 100% friendly, a very elegant place with a lot of class.. the Valet parking is at the entrance of the Hilton hotel and you can walk from the hotel to the restaurant through the hotel.. I loved the place.

Came here with the family. The food was exquisite as to be expected! Outstanding! I ordered the Filet Medium Rare + Oscar Style and it was awesome! Also had the lobster mac, can t say enough good things about the food! Check out the awesome picture attached! What left much to be desired was the actual service. Particularly the wait times between our server, which were abysmal. I can deal with longer waits for food, so long as I m able to have my water refilled occasionally. More notably was the wait between ordering dessert and receiving respective dessert. It was about 30 minutes, at which point several members of my dining party stated they didn t actually want dessert anymore. I don t believe this was the fault of the server, who was a friendly guy, but rather logistical planning on part of the restaurant staffing for a Saturday evening. We were told there was a larger party that was tying him up. As a customer, respectfully, I don t care about the larger party . I don t know them, and I shouldn t have to make sacrifices for them. Overall, I recommend going, but maybe not at peak times. If you re planning on going on a Friday or Saturday night, there s a lot of other great options within a comfortable walking radius that maybe won t take up so much of your time idling. Parking: Parked at Sundance garage 4, which is free for the first 2.5 hours. Which normally wouldn t be an issue, but the service times put us well past that mark and we had to pay the $25. Not a huge deal for downtown Fort Worth, but something to keep in mind.

We choose the Ruth Classic, which is a set price for an appetizer, entree and dessert. Our choices were the Lobster Bisque, Steak & Shrimp, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and a surprise dessert. The surprise dessert was a chefs choice and they brought us cheesecake with fresh berries. The surprise dessert was kind of fun not knowing what was coming. The bartender made me a Gamblers Old Fashion, which was excellent and I could tell that it was really handcrafted. Our server was excellent as well.

I ve eaten at Ruth s Chris and Sullivan s a lot. First, I want to say, I NEVER send a steak back. I ordered medium rare. It came out so tough and brown all the way through. I considered eating it. But I could barely cut it. So I called the waiter over. I told him to cook me a rare steak. Yet again it came out brown all the way through. The manager who delivered my steak saw this and still walked away. I called the waiter over again. I told him to just forget it. I m not going to eat tonight because at this point my party was done eating. They said they d cook me another steak. I said ok. Try again. It came out blue. I ve never had a steak served to me that raw. I decided to just go ahead and eat half of it. In the plus, they took my steak off and gave me an extra side. But at these prices. This was absurd. And for the manager to walk away upon seeing the second steak was bad. The cook came out and said a new guy was cooking steaks At $100 a steak, there should never be a new guy . Something is wrong with this restaurant.

We have had Ruth Chris in other states, but decided to try our local one out since we know we love it! The entryway and bar area is a turn off not going to lie and we waited over half an hour in there before we got seated (we had a reservation of course.) Anywho, our very personable waiter Stephen and the manager totally made up for the wait. It was exceptional service, wonderful drinks, and a perfectly cooked filet. We would absolutely go again, just maybe not when we have a strict time limit!

Amazing!! Isaiah made sure our first time at Ruth s Chris was memorable. I reserved a table for 8 for my husbands birthday. They decorated the table and provided kids menus for the 3 children in our party. Food was delicious, tender and juicy. The sides were delicious and great portions to share with many. So, great place, but a few things I should mention. We had a table for 7:30 and service was fast at the very beginning. Drinks came fast great. Ordered the food, and it took nearly 30-45min for the mains to come out and my medium filet was still mooing. They took it back to re-cook it and it still came back mooing. Delicious steak, but I don t think I ll order again. The table who sat next to us got very quick service and were there a lot shorter in time than us. After we finished our mains, we were wondering where our waiter was. No where to be found. Look, the waiter was nice, but the service was slow. Would I come here again? Maybe, definitely not for the steak.

Our recent dining experience at Ruth s Chris Steak House on Mother s Day was unfortunately marred by several significant issues. Despite making reservations weeks in advance for a family celebration with our six children, aged 17 to 3, we encountered a series of disappointments throughout the evening. Upon arrival, we were immediately aware of disapproving looks and attitudes from the staff due to the size of our party. Our waitress initially seemed put off when taking our drink orders, as if she expected us not to order drinks for our children; assumptions of our lack of funds due to the amount of children no doubt. This attitude persisted when she neglected to provide a kids cup for our three-year-old, causing unnecessary distress. Throughout the meal, the waitress exhibited a markedly different demeanor when attending to older couples nearby, providing detailed explanations of the restaurant and menu that were conspicuously absent from our service. This disparity in treatment was disappointing and unprofessional. Our main courses arrived with multiple errors: a missing side dish, an undercooked fillet (requested medium well but served extremely rare), and a lengthy delay in receiving an entrée for one of our children. The waitress apologized for the oversights but failed to rectify the situation promptly, leaving us waiting and dissatisfied. Additionally, we observed a decline in basic service standards, such as table clearing and drink refills, which were neglected throughout the meal. When we finally finished our main course, the waitress asked us if we would like the check, failing to bring out the ice cream that is included with the entrees from the childrens menu. The waitress was impatiently trying to rush us out the door, though I stated that we would like to order dessert. She begrudgingly took our dessert orders. The final disappointment came with our desserts, particularly the crème brûlée, which were poorly executed three out of four were entirely liquid inside, indicating a lack of culinary competence in basic custard skills To compound matters, the restaurant failed to adjust the bill despite the significant delay in serving one of our meals. In summary, our experience at Ruth s Chris Steak House was marred by subpar service, errors in meal preparation, and an overall lack of attention to detail. This disappointing visit has left us with no desire to return to this location in the future.

Table please, we only have booths Awkward arrival to booth No water glasses on the table, no candle, trash under the table 10 minutes to be greeted, all food ordered at this time. Grandfather s iced tea never arrived Very quick speaking rundown of the menu and the restaurant by waiter, clearly super busy Assuming waiter forgot to put in order, other tables sat after us and food arrived prior to ours Forgot to place our appetizer order 1 full hour to receive our entrees. When serving, constantly serving closed faced (elbows and arm pits in our guests faces), constantly clinking silverware on plateware - very fast, sloppy and rushed service experience The steak was very tasty, yes. Salads, sides and others left to be desired. Waitstaff does not work as a team, very siloed. Overall - a decent experience but at this price point the service needs to be on point, the basics such as slowing down movements while at the table, open faced serving, clear and concise language, etc must be had. Rushed us out and didn t get enjoy dessert. Still charged me for the iced tea which I didn t notice until after we left. In our humble opinion, much better options for steak (and service) in Fort Worth.

Well, this was my very first time here and I couldnt wait. Didnt know what to expect but quickly I found out ... Not only did it exceed expectations, but I left feeling that it was an exceptional experience on both service and the food. I have to point out that Liv who initially helped me not only was outgoing, but had a great attitude and was eager to make sure I was taken care of with great service which means the world to me.. The food was amazing also. Had the T Bone Medium, the Steak sandwich and also the Au Gratin potatoes. But since the service was so good (as was the food) , Ill be back for sure. My daughter McKenzie & I, had a phenomenal dining experience here last night (05/08/24). She s home from her freshman year of college & finished this semester with all A s. So, we decided to go out & celebrate! Upon entry, we were greeted with a smile from the hostess at the front & she congratulated my daughter on such an awesome accomplishment. Our server Miguel was equally as pleasant & was very attentive to our needs. In addition to this, the manager swung by our table a few times & had us laughing throughout our meal. Never been so disappointed!! Me and my wife come here 5 times out of the year but this one experience made us never to want to come back!! It was my wife s birthday so I reserved a table for 6 well we got our drinks fast we placed our orders 15 mins after being seated 4 out of the 6 people ordered the surf and turf (steak and lobster) which comes with salad the the main dish with a side well we waited 35min after placing the order two out of 4 got their salads ten mins pass we called the manager to see what was going on he said we will check on it 10 min go by still nothing we mentioned it to the waiter multiple times he didn t seem to care then our sides come out 13 mins go by then our main dish the plates are 500 degrees hot well must of cooled down fast because my steak n lobster were cold our sides felt like they ve been sitting out for a bit the waiter comes back and says we only have one person in the back making salads for a high steak house shouldn t yall be on top of things like this a salad not hard to make I paid 270$ for cold food bad service n missing items felt like I got cheated out of money

It was definitely a great experience. My Wild sockeye salmon (my fav fish) was nice not super seasoned but just right, especially if you add the Cajun butter. My hubby and I were in Ft. Worth for work travel 3/29/24. We wanted a nice meal the night before we left for home. We decided on Ruth Chris.... even though we have them here in Florida. But let me tell you the difference..... Florida can not hold a candle to the AMAZING service that we had in Ft. Worth!! Richard and Adam are 2 of the best servers I have EVER had. I had not been to a Ruth Chris in nearly 20 years, so I wasnt too sure what to expect. Our server was Ralph. He was phenomenal. I have a food allergy and he ensured that everything I ordered was up to par and that it did not contain any allergen. He was extremely attentive and made sure we were happy every step of the way. The manager, Tyree was very friendly and greeted us like an old friend. The food is superb and the staff is wonderful. Me and my girlfriend visited this location on 1/21/24 with an evening reservation. She had never been to an upscale type steakhouse and I was excited to bring her. We the both ordered off of the Ruths Classic Prix Fixe menu with an additional side. Lobster bisque was our appetizer, filet & shrimp for me, filet for her, cream spinach for my side, mashed potatoes for her. Lobster bisque had from what I know now, an unusual taste. I thought that that was just normal, she did not. It was kinda funky like it had cheese in it. She did eat but a bite or hers, I finished it off. Waiter, older white haired gentleman, was super unprofessional and commented Be careful with those mashed potatoes, they are like lava! I just had some in the back. Very hot! Long story longer, I ended up violently ill about 2am that night profuse sweating, fever, vomiting, diarrhea. I had the worst vomiting and diarrhea once an hour for the rest of the night and most of the next day. Worst thing I ve ever experienced. Still had fever and nausea into the next day. Had to miss 2 days of work. Literally had to stay close to the bathroom because I was so sick. The 2nd day I reached out to Ruth s Chris and spoke with a lady who was the evening manager to report the poisonous lobster bisque. She took down my story and told me she had to make a food borne illness report and that someone would reach out to me. I was contacted by some 3rd party company by email who they employ to handle food borne illness claims for the restaurant. Answered their lengthy questionnaire about the incident and waited. Never heard back from anyone at the restaurant. After I few weeks I was told nothing would be done, they respectfully decline to substantiate my claim due to the fact that I didn t go get medical care. I completed a survey sent to me from Ruth s Chris stating all of this and still never heard anything!!! Never been offered a refund for the cost of the food, nothing. Not only did this experience ruin this place for my girlfriend, it did for me as well. No offer to attempt to make this right in any capacity, just a letter from the 3rd party stating basically they don t believe my story. This is not customer service!!! Do not go here! I would rate this experience less than 1 star, however, that is the lowest option.

We visited this steakhouse to celebrate a birthday and when we arrived to our table, it was decorated with the sweetest little birthday confetti. Our waiter, Mark, was most excellent. Absolutely fantastic five star service and food. We had reservations which placed us in an area that was near people who did not know how to parent or control their screaming brat children. I immediately complained and the staff accommodated, and moved us to a quieter part of the restaurant, which I very much appreciated.
