If you re hesitating going with Tate Law, DONT! Claire was super helpful with my 18-wheeler PI case. After shopping around numerous law firms I decided to go with Tate Law because of how personable Claire was over the phone. When I asked who would be handling my case Claire said, Well, myself, which is amazing because all these large law firms you never really talk to the lawyer thats handling the case, just the paralegals. I got OUTSTANDING customer service every step of the way and Claire was there to answer any questions I had at any time. When I my accident happened I didnt know who to turn to, about the medical, my repair on my car my worrying about all of this. If you need an injury attorney I would highly recommend this firm! I hired another firm at first and they ended up not being able to do anything so I called Claire Tate & she picked up the case and settled it ASAP even dealing with a Medicaid lien which slows things down. I was able to sign contract with Claire & have case settled check in hand within 5 months. She even went out of her way and drive the check to me because I was having transportation issues and she knew about all my medical issues from the wreck as well. Hopefully you don t need them ever but if you do they are the ones to call!
