Austin is fantastic! Hes helpful, knowledgeable and always upbeat. As a former roadie the mountain bike experience seemed daunting. He spoke to us with respect and knowledge of the subject matter and convinced me to buy two bikes, (mountain of course). Ive also purchased plenty of gear with him and will continue. Thank you for a great experience! RHR
