Authentic Lebanese food at a great price. Their kefta was especially good. If youre looking for good middle eastern food in town this is it. Loved the range of foods and everything was a healthy option. Vegetarians and meat eaters have plenty to choose from. Service was great and everything was clean. Ill be back! Vegetarian options: Fatoush, tabouli, hummus, salad, eggplant, lentils... You cant go wrong eating Lebanese food as a vegetarian. Youll have a feast. Parking: Parking was easy right in front of the restaurant

A true gem in the heart of Fort Worth. Service was fantastic, and the food is rich in flavor and comfort. If you like lamb, I recommend the roasted lamb shank! It was a pleasant quiet environment on a Thursday evening.

My family were looking for somthing for dinner and stopped here for the fist time ... Excellent flavors on all the dishes. The salad had a nice variety of veggies and the dressing complemented the greens nicely. The chicken is cooked and seasoned to perfection. The lamb was out of this world. Cant go wrong at Byblos !!! The owner was amazing he even brought our 2 boys pita dough so they could make designs on it and he baked it !! Our kids loved it. The food is authentic and mouth watering and the service was remarkable. If you want the best Lebanese food experience come here ! You will not be disappointed!!! Kid-friendliness: The owner made our kids experience great !

We plan on coming back to try the food next time we are in town because it looks and smells amazing but sadly we had eaten before we came this time saving this to our favorites list for sure!

The food was good, but nothing to write home about. The atmosphere was fine, but the music was a bit loud. The entertainment with the dancer was fun because she engaged the patrons to join her. The service was lacking and slow. Im not used to taking over two hours to sit down, get drinks, eat at a buffet, and get to settle our bill before we could leave. It was my first time to dine there, and what I experienced may be the norm, but I came away thinking I paid way too much for the experience.

Overall amazing food, service, and atmosphere. Our waitress was so sweet (was her second day, but so welcoming and efficient). We went pretty late so caught a 10 min glimpse of the belly dancing. We decided to go with the shareable feast because we wanted to try so many things but it was definitely meant for 3-4 people. It came with the app sampler and multiple kebobs which were super tasty. Even the house salad was spiced perfectly. So much food and two drinks for under $100. We took some things home, but if we had more room the entire meal would have been devoured. They make their own pita, and our only regret was not getting a chance to try their pizza. Will definitely be back.

Will return for the lunch buffet in the future but have water, and not ever for dinner.

We met Nicole, one of their employees around 9PM at night. Since we were visiting town for business @brownrigg.insure we had a short window of time to visit the Stock Yard area and didnt smoke hookah. But, in case we had time tommorow, Nicole showed us the ambiance of the hookah lounge. The outdoor section transported you to a different time and place due to the juxtaposition of light and perspective. I felt like we were on the set of a film. Check out the back patio, bring some art to sketch or a poem to read. Youll feel right at home. Best Regards, Farzin & Troy (on IG) @carzinekarbrown @marriedtoinsurance

We got jasmine shisha, two mojitos, arak, and a margarita for less than $80 (after 20% tip). Looking back, I think I shouldve tipped bigger, and Ill remember to do so when we go back. We arrived too late to try the food, so I cant speak for that. But everything else was perfect.

Love this place! Still has the same character and charm as it did 15+ years ago. Food, ambience, etc exactly as I remember. This place is true to itself and doesnt buy into restaurant industry trends: so refreshing! Love the hookah longue, which is also almost exactly the same as it was 15 years ago, except now there is somehow an awesome outdoor courtyard with a soothing fountain! Love this place as much as I did back in high school and will always drop by whenever Im in Fort Worth.

The quality of the food is good and the atmosphere is great. The reason for only 4 stars is that much of the food lacks flavor. Lebanese cuisine and dishes are by far among my favorite foods from the Near and Middle East. This food however, was lackluster at best. This is a cuisine with lots of fresh flavors and amazing spices and I could barely find any here. I can say that the roasted chicken was good as was the rice. The moussaka was the highlight of the buffet. The bread is to die for! The buffet is beautifully arranged and the food is absolutely appealing in presentation. I love the quality of the salad bar, everything was super fresh. The drink area has wonderful familiar and somewhat exotic options that were absolutely wonderful. The service was great. The price was reasonable at $17 for buffet. The rest of the dishes just had no flavor and that is an incredible disservice to a wonderful cuisine and beautiful country with an amazing culture and history. I hope to give this restaurant another try in the future and hope to find that wonderful flavor found in Lebanese food.

I am giving them a 5 star review bc I don t like when people give 1-3 stars for one simple thing that was wrong with their order. People look at these reviews and take them seriously and I honestly think this place s food is some of the best food on main. Yes they are understaffed but many places are. Please be patient with food service workers and don t be too quick to judge the situation. I m saying all of this because it would be a shame if this place closes. The food is actually pretty good, their lunch service (especially the buffet) is some of the best lunch service I ve experienced, and the pros far outweigh the cons. I m going to end this review with try this place out for yourself, be patient with the wait time, and just try to have fun :) Also treat the wait staff with kindness during these hard times!

We went in today, we were asked if we were there for hookah or dinner and we said both! The waitress took us to the hookah area which isn t appropriate for eating and asked if we would eat there and we said okay! Later I read a sign on the wall that said if you eat in that hookah area you are charged a 20% gratuity. The waitress had not mentioned that to begin with. We ordered a flavor and she asked if I would like anything to drink so I said water, she brought out the hookah and two bottles of water (which I would have to pay for, I thought I was being offered free water) then before she put the coals up she went to the kitchen and informed us they didn t have coconut coals and only the round ones (I hate those a lot, they taste burnt) but since we already had sat down and the hookah was brought out we decided to say yes again. Then when she put them on the hookah barely would give us smoke, I asked her for help she took the hookah to the kitchen to fix it but we didn t hear from her for 20 minutes. That is not her fault, the place is severely short staffed and also very dirty. Our waitress was very sweet and hospitable. Then we walked up to the counter and let her know we would just want our check and that is all. We had smoked for maybe 3 minutes, she was very courteous and said sorry about the situation and did not charge us. But we decided we would not eat in an establishment where we had so many hurdles just getting a decent hookah. You guys can do better!

I hadnt been here in years and when I heard that they had a buffet I got excited to try it. It started off okay, walked in to just a sign no greeter but we just sat ourselves then got in line. Food was okay at the start then I found a hair in a few dishes. I had to go looking for staff to show them the first hair, she laughed it off at first (nervously I suppose). Moved to another dish and I was enjoying the chicken and salad until I found a hair in the salad then I got really grossed out... hair in 2 separate dishes in one sitting?!? I told the waitress again she giggled a little took the bill said not to worry about it and she would tell the staff in the kitchen. I couldnt stay after that because I felt grossed out and also didnt know if the staff was taking this seriously.

This might be the first time I ve ever left a review for anything. The food from this place was so bad that I just HAD to leave one. I got the shawarma lamb wrap with a side of fries. It kind of tasted like they just forgot to put seasoning on anything. The lamb was super dry and even had sharp bits in it that might have been bone or something. The best part of the meal were the homemade fries, but that s only after I hit them with some salt and pepper I ended up only really taking like for bites of the wrap at the end.

We came here after our wedding and took a group. We did the lunch buffet option. The price was good for the food. There was a lot of options. The place was clean, and had Great Wall art. Didn t get to see the belly dancers cause they get there after 3.

We stopped by Byblos on a Wednesday night, we were greeted by Marios Hedary and half price bottles of wine! What a win! We ordered the sharable feast, a great way to try SO MANY different dishes! To our surprise, this was more than enough food for the both of us! We enjoyed a bottle of Pinot Grigio with dinner, and then grabbed a bottle of cab while we took our time in the Hookah lounge! We will be back on the weekend for the belly dancers, but also on a quiet weeknight! We got 5 star service, recommendations from Marios, himself AND learned of the rich history of Byblos restaurant and their family.

Food was excellent. Coming from a family who goes back to the med quite often, this food was right up there with the flavors and quality. We went on a night that they offered belly dancing, and she was amazing. Overall a wonderful experience, and highly recommend to anyone.

When we first sat down at Byblos, the music and atmosphere were made for an authentic feel. My party and I were excited to eat. We ordered the big sampler plate on the front page of the menu, and when we received our first course with a huge variety of shareable appetizers we were very impressed. It was some of the best appetizers I ve had at a Mediterranean restaurant. Unfortunately, we had to stop enjoying them multiple times due to a lack of pita bread service was extremely spotty. The waitress kept forgetting to bring us pita bread and refills after asking multiple times. We got our second entree and it was subpar to other places. We regretted coming here after the disappointing service and second course. Very stingy rice portion and still no pita. We then got our last course which was a variety of deserts and it was extremely sweet. Still no pita. The lack of pita was getting out of control that people were getting up and grabbing it themselves. Still no pita. We ll be going to our usual spot for Mediterranean. This place can t compete with other places like Nish.

I have eaten at Byblos many times, and even danced there during my performing days, in my youth. The food itself was hit-and-miss, and the service was consistently terrible. Still, the other dancers and I continued to eat and perform there because we enjoyed the opportunity to perform, and to see each others performances. The floor of the place was always filthy, and our dressing room was a dingy office/laundry room in the back. The pay was pretty pathetic, but tips from the customers could sometimes balance it out. Of course, pretty soon, the owner began placing an entertainment fee on each guests bill. The patrons (understandably) believed this fee was being forwarded to the dancers (which of course, it wasnt), so tips dropped to almost nothing. I stopped performing there, because the gig simply did not pay enough to make it worth the trouble, but I still continued to drop by to see my friends perform on occasion. I have recently been made aware of something even more upsetting than all of this. Another dancer, who I am not close with, but who I have always known to be a well-respected member and leader of the dance community, not only as a talented performer, but also an accomplished teacher of this art form, was treated in a way that came as quite a shock to all of us. Turns out that the owners of this establishment found out that she wasnt straight. So these people, to whom she has been providing quality shows for literally DECADES, began refusing to serve her or her wife when they came to eat there. Eventually, the owner told her directly that while she could still perform on their stage, that her wife wasnt even allowed in the building. Holy cow. Seriously? No matter how you feel about LGBTQ+ folk, this type of treatment is not only unnecessary, but completely horrid. Thats it. Im done with this place. I wont be back to Byblos ever again.

I came from out of town to see the belly dancing by Miabella. The server Claire would barely talk to me or serve me, I had to flag her down to ask her to take my order. Terrible service. They should fire Claire and bring back the dancer!

Please support your quality dancers! Dancers work so hard to perform for their audiences. It shouldn t matter if your spouse is the same gender as you or not, but to the family of this restaurant ,it does. So sad.

We celebrated a birthday at Byblos. The food was good although Ive had better Mediterranean food. The meats were slightly overcooked and dry. The half chicken was crispy on the outside and undercooked on the inside. It was sent back. The highlight of our evening was the Bellydancing. Everyone from our party had a chance to dance with the professional. It was alot of fun.

Ive been here a handful of times and never had much luck. I wanted to like it because supporting local business is important IMO. Unfortunately, ordering and getting served in a timely manner - even water refills - was a lost cause. Since I attended during larger events, I gave some leeway but recently, Ive learned that a friend was refused service because of being LGBTQT. People can have differing beliefs but intentional aggressive mistreatment of someone, who has done nothing, in your establishment is unacceptable and says a lot about the character of the owner/staff.

I used to work in downtown Ft Worth and would go here for lunch regularly back in the 90s early 00s. In latter years, I went because of the awesome belly dancing, even as the food quality seemed to drop quite a bit. Most recently, they stopped featuring a favorite dancer because she is LGBTQ. I wont be spending another dollar here after this.

I came once back in 2007 & hadnt been back since. MAN, I was missing out! My fiancé and I came for an impromptu Monday night date night. Hed never been, but was delighted as soon as we walked in the door. The atmosphere is beautiful & we loved that it was a quiet night. We ordered some of the aramish, some tabbouleh, and a couple of gyros. Everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were gorgeous. We are both huge Mediterranean food fans & we cannot WAIT to go back!

This place had horrible service- it was hard to find anyone to take care of our table and when we were served our food, the meat was dry and unappetizing. We had to go to the bar and wait . And wait . for someone to tend to our drinks. I was with a group of friends, so we stayed late to give the hookah bar a chance (yes, even though the dinner experience was subpar- it was a laddies night out, so we tried to make the most of it). Our mistake more waiting and waiting and waiting . for hookah that tasted like ground up Barbie doll - you know that weird plastic kind of taste . The only enjoyable part of our night was the belly dancing .
