Place is a bad service coming from me with a very little charge my word against the placee but, theyre not gonna tell you everything, I would not recommend this place at all. They just take your money and withdrawl your case & leave you stranded. Thanks Mc Daniel!

Worst experience EVER he wanted $700 and barley even talk to me told me to come into office and set appointment which I set appointment and they always told me he doesn t have openings only spoke to him during court dates WORST ATTORNEY EVER ! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THE COMMENTS DONT LIE HIS COMMUNICATION SUCKS VERY MUCH SO ! Also he took his self off of my case

Great Christian man, I cannot express how good of a lawyer and man Avery is. He will work for your best interest and bring anything to the table. I would highly recommend Avery McDaniel for your attorney. He did exactly what he said he was going to do when I met him, get my case dismissed. I m very appreciative of his staff Sealy and Laura. They really helped out when I had questions and helped reach Avery. Give him time. I m not the most patient individual and it s something I definitely need to work on. Unfortunately with the justice system, it s a very slow and long process. He s a great and respectable attorney. The court seemed to know him well and spoke highly of him. The next time you need an attorney, give his law firm a call. He will be willing to meet with you and also be honest about your case and what he can do to help. Thank you!

The whole process was very smooth and Avery was fabulous. I couldn t of asked for a better outcome. Case dismissed after i meet one minor requirement - I m very happy i chose Avery! Don t listen to negative reviews - talk to him first and then form your opinion. I m so glad i didn t listen to his negative reviews because he was nothing but awesome for me. I am extremely grateful that I chose this law office. Attorney Avery McDaniel Really did pick my case apart. We met at his law office several times so we could go over the police report,By doing that he found things that just werent the truth in the report. He was honest with me he didnt sugar Coat the situation that I had put myself in. Every time I left the office I really felt the genuine care from him. He really did fight for me thanks to him I was able to keep my license and I didnt have to pay thousands of dollars in fines. Every case and every situation is different but I can honestly say that he will fight for you he will go through your case he will listen to you. My case I know was not the easiest but he took his time and made sure that I got treated fairly.

Man say this a real review yall about to see. They are the most unprofessional people to deal with. They just want your money and they will not communicate with you. I changed my attorney from them and he got upset and called my new attorney and went off on them because of his lack of communication. Everything was a lie he told me he would get me at most community service, get the charge reduced to a class c misdemeanor. I ended up with a class A and the full penalty, length of probation. He told me great things until he wasn t completely payed off and then he went back on everything he said. Very unprofessional do not recommend.

Where to begin, well Ill keep it short and to the point. If you want win your case find another lawyer. Nick Davis showed up to my court hearing looking like an appointed lawyer and very unprepared. Lost my dwi case with no blood sample or sobriety tests! Please save yourself heartache and find another attorney.
