If i can give them no stars i truly would very unprofessional dont care about the clients they work against you with the da charge you high fees if i was yall dont recommend or seek his services his goal is for you to walk away with some type of paperwork probation anything to make his self look good he supposed to been representing us threw the whole case we only saw him on the day of the final judgement he been sending other attorneys to represent us giving us false thoughts on how we going to beat the case and the whole time they just wanted payments save yall self the trouble this man is not who yall saying he is on beating cases alot of his cases he makes you walk away with probation he told me and my husband that his only job is to make sure we dont do jail time i never heard a lawyer speak like that he will never get my money or referral ever again please save yourselves he will not win the case without you taking paperwork

My brother David is needing a good criminal attorney and hands down Abe Factor is the man...now if youre anticipating some kind of a babysitter to hold your hand or comfort you along the way hes not your man. The only place that he is committed himself to is in the courtroom which by the way he commands...I personally felt as though I had nothing to be worried about with Abe handling matters, I only had one purpose and that was to sit down and observe a master at work.

Very busy guy unless you have a check for him. Not recommended For any real litigation. Abe Factor was unable to stop a case from becoming an indictment since he was too busy. He was able to find time to cash my check. RUN from this ideiot.

Attorney Abe factor is very disrespectful towards my brother. He likes to degrade his clients and act like everything is a joke. Abe Factor does not have honest and foward ways when it comes to doing his job. I highly recommend a crackhead as an attorney than i would this lawfirm. Abe Factor as an attorney is the biggest mistake this planet has allowed. No honor. No honesty. Very rude. Non helpful. And when he is disrespecting you. He gets scared and shaky when confronted about it in a professional manner. If an attorney gets anxious with a client. Then what do you think that will do in the court room infront of the judge. I was referred to Abe Factors office by co-workers. I was pleasantly surprised at the dedication of office staff as they were all there late in comparison to other practices.The process of hiring Abe as my sons lawyer was quick and not stressful at all. Which is important at this time as it is already a stressful time. Without my having to ask her immediately said he would file for a bond reduction for my son. Within 24 hours of him sighing on to the case someone was sent to speak to my son regarding his case. I will be leaving other reviews as this process takes place. I can not express in words the service we received from Abe and his staff! Professional, caring, attentive and just overall amazing. My husband was falsely accused and charged with several serious crimes. Due to the pandemic it took five long years to resolve them. Abe kept in touch throughout this time, and when we finally got to court he was amazing. One not guilty and the other two dismissed. He definitely is the best! Highly recommend.

I went to visit Abe Factor yesterday and I have never been treated so rude in my ENTIRE life. I was referred to him by not 1 person but 2 people that said he was great and that he bonded they family member out of jail and that money went toward the attorney fees. I however did NOT get that from him. He told me that he was a lawyer and he likes to get paid like one . I don t have a lot of money but I do pay my bills, I don t know if he was just having a bad day and chose to unload on me, but that was really uncalled for. We are all adults trying to help out our family or loved ones and we really don t need to made to feel like we are any less of a person cause our family members made a mistake. You have completely lost your mind, I had 10,000 the day that I came to see Abe Factor and was ready to pay him for his services. I was not impressed. This man sat behind his desk in a shirt that had food dribbled on it COMPLETELY not professional. I have gotten my son out of jail WITHOUT help from this man. He really has a problem with CERTAIN people!!!! Just to bad, you don t know who people have access to. Will NEVER refer this man to anybody!!!! And the Bailbonds man that he referred me to was in the same class. I went to a different Bailbonds man and was satisfied with them. Also the young lady that referred me to this person is not even using him. Just sad I have once heard that Abe was the one to be afraid of but now he isn t worth the time or money.

Said he was going to talk to us about a payment plan when my husband got out and he never did until about 3 weeks before he decided to come off this case. He has been my familys lawyer but I myself will never go back. The way he was seemed as if he didnt care about the case. He told us oh its a trial case we are going to take it to jury. Yeah I am never using him again. When we would go talk to him he seemed as if he wasnt listening. Office is always busy. I will let my family know how I feel about him. I saw the reviews before I hired him but trusted my family. Never again. Oh and he is always late. By late i mean at least 30 to 45 minutes late

Abe helped me out of two assaults with bodily. Ingery ..case was dismissed. Both! Then I got my first dwi ever and he got me out of Tarrant county at no charge and had some community service to complete..he was really on top of his game and if you notice when your sitting in court..most of the people there have Abe Factor as their attorney..and when you go to the office its packed!
