Came in about 1am, maybe it was due to a post-concert evening but the service was extremely long to receive our food. Took almost an hour for one dish to come out. Miso soup was given 30 minutes before that but was finished or cold by the time the entree came out. The interior could definitely be cleaned up better, sticky floors, chairs, and tables

Went around midnight and spent around $60 for two. The employees were great! The quality of the food was just not it, especially for the price I paid. Ordered two bento boxes with some noodles ($4 upcharge) and when I received it, it looked good but was very disappointed with the taste (Cup noodles has a better taste), Miso soup was more on the salty side then having a taste of some greens to it, the chicken was more fried than there was meat inside. The sushi wasnt bad but not up to hibachi standards. I am not sure if the quality of the food is lower at midnight compared to during the day, but I would have rated much higher if it wasnt so pricey for the quality of the food we received especially from a Hibachi place.

This place is literally awesome. I recommend it to anybody that comes into my place of work downtown. The employees are always chill and give good service. I love the late night hours on the weekend. The food is always so lovely and satisfying. The atmosphere is nice. The music is upbeat and definitely good for the crowd, one of my favorite late night spots , definitely a little gem.

Very different from any other hibachi I ve been to! You order your food at the front t have a seat and it s brought out to you no hibachi show! You can see them coo. Your meal you just not in front of you! but great food and open really late they don t close till 4am so definitely a place to go to an after a night on the town.

Update: i did contact health inspector a d she let me know the prepped meat was in fact being stored in a broken freezer and the meat was spoiled. Where should I start? I ll start with worse thing. I ordered chicken and steak and my steak was rotten. It Tasted like rancid meat. I asked to speak to the manager to let him know, and he argued with me telling me that it was not rancid that it was the seasoning. The seasoning on the meat is salt and pepper. Salt and pepper does not give meat a rancid taste. My steak should not taste sour with a funky aftertaste. It also smelled very sour and rancid. I don t think the guy understood what he was talking about. Secondly, it took us 45 minutes to even get our food and they forgot our soup and salad. I had to ask for them 45 minutes later before we even got them and it took them about an hour to give us what we ordered. The place had, a total of six people. It was very disorganized. I will not be going back there again. Honestly, they need to have their kitchen inspected by health inspector after serving people rotten meat.

My wife and I decided to give it a try. The atmosphere looked cool. There was 4 couples including us in at this time. We ordered a hibachi meal, a poke bowl and a sushi roll. After 20 minutes my hibachi plate came out and looked great. But 10 minutes later and we still had no cold entrees. We had to get up and ask for our sushi and poke bowl. The sushi I realize needs to be made but the poke bowl is just rice with toppings. When it did come out it was the wrong bowl and by that time my hibachi plate was cold because its rude to eat by yourself. Dont think I would come back here

Pretty solid place after a night out. It closes at 4 am. I cant complain because it hit the spot. The front folks look miserable taking orders, but I get it. Floors were sticky when we were walking around. The food really hit the spot after a night out. The hibachi food was good, but its nothing crazy. Food was well seasoned. The Hawaiian Pokebowl was really impressive though. It has Ikura, so I knew it was legit. It has a real nice refreshing taste to it.

Love this place! I have been coming here with my wife almost every other week for the past year or two. Sushi is delicious steak and salmon is always cooked perfectly. Can do casual, order on your own, or sit down for the full hibachi chef experience. Owners are super kind. We love it here, should definitely give it a try.

At first glance, This place might not look a 5 star restaurant. Its dark and mysterious exterior gives off a cool and quiet spot to eat but once you enter you re welcomed with peaceful and homie atmosphere. They say good things are worth waiting for and that statement remains true here. The food took awhile to come but once it was here it looked mouthwatering only shadowed by its even more delicious taste. The staff didn t seem the friendliest but that didn t not stop them from treating us well making sure we were well taken care of. I ll most definitely come back!! The sushi and shrimp fried rice are to die for. Enjoy

A very nice and pleasant place, the food was very delicious with a very good presentation, we tried some rolls that were their specialties as well as others on their menu, I loved the nigiri. The service was very good, attentive, constant and what we ordered was brought to us very quickly, we went to celebrate a friends birthday there and thank you for letting us have a cake , accompanying us to sing the mañanitas in various versions, the detail of the drum It was great, sorry if I dont remember the names of those who served us and helped us but it was an excellent service, sorry if we went past your closing time but thank you for waiting for us. Honest review, not good, not bad & a bit over priced. Service was slow and no one greeted us and no one seemed like they knew how to even smile We ordered a poke bowl, which had too much sauce on the rice, calamari that had a good tempura crunch on it but was overcooked on the inside and rubbery. Softshell crab I was disappointed it came with only 1 piece for almost $10 I wouldve expected 2 at the very least but it was very delicious and the sushi roll was just ok Glad I got to experience it for myself but probably wont be back unless I get a bad craving late night until 4AM on a Fri or Sat night. Open super late. Don t expect any service it s a serve yourself type of place. Everything is in the open and you can see everyone cooking your meal it s pretty cool. The floor was pretty slippery from the grease but then you re not eating on the floor. Next time I m in town I will definitely be eating here at 3am again Parking: Be ready to walk! It s my boyfriend and I s anniversary and we wanted a Hibachi experience! We checked their website and it looked so fancy and nice! When we got there, it says on the sign Hibachi, Fast Casual . We were confused because they didn t mention casual dinning on their website, but we drove 20 minutes to get here, so we re kind of committed. We walk in, guy says welcome and nothing else, we pay $96 after tax and tip, sit down, they bring us the food, and we leave. If we wanted a nice lunch, okay maybe, but it s our anniversary and we wanted something fancy. We didn t get that at all. We paid fancy prices for a McDonalds like service. The food was great, but we re not just paying for the food when we go out, we pay for extraordinary service and an extraordinary memory. If you want something fancy, please go somewhere else.

Really had high expectations for this place, but walking in nobody said hello, ordered first with an empty restaurant and had probably three groups walk in 10 minutes after my group. We got our food last of those groups, food was cold for ALL three of the people at my table. I tell the waitress and she responds oh do you want me to reheat it for you? WHAT? Okay sure do what you have to do. It comes back 2 minutes later STILL COLD. So I ask to speak to the manager, who has been in the office the whole time apparently. After exposing my frustrations about $120 worth of cold food being served and the poor service the manager punts it to the owner having a bad process for cooking? Then asks me what he should do!? Do I really have to tell you to recook my food or refund me? I this place needs major work. On top of it the seating is pretty much benches made from pallets and a cushion. Don t waste your time or money.

This place is just ok. Atmosphere is odd. We ordered sushi and hibachi. Sushi was much better than the hibachi. Fried rice was not good. They charge you an extra $4 to add soy sauce to the rice. Definitely not worth it. Noodles were better. Honestly, I d pass on the hibachi. I would only come back for sushi. They have an unknown charge on their bill labeled OPF for 3.3%. No idea what it was for and was not told about it. We have not seen this charge on any other receipt in Fort Worth restaurants.

As soon as I entered I had my doubts and I should ve followed my gut. The prices alone made me question if it was worth it but nonetheless I decided to give it a go. I believe I was kind in greeting the cashier but all she said what did I want. My family ordered shrimp tempura bento box and a few sushi rolls. The bento box was okay but the sushi was not rolled well and was barely mediocre at best. To top it off the restaurant its self looks run down and dirty. Overall do not recommend and if you re in the mood for Asian food I would like prefer to visit the Korean restaurant across the street.

My husband and I love this restaurant. There is a very extensive sushi menu and a large hibachi menu to choose your meals from. The staff is friendly and helpful. We love the casual atmosphere too. I added a photo of my Deep Ocean sushi plate. Everything was fresh and delicious. My husband had the Triple Plate (steak, chicken and shrimp)hibachi platter. He really enjoyed it. We are looking forward to trying more dishes the next time. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian dishes are limited but available. Parking: Parking garages and street parking are both available near by. Really wanted to like this place, I m extremely disappointed. Placed a togo order online and arrived during the recommended time for pick up, still ended up waiting for an hour (hour and a half total from order placed to food being ready). Had I not already paid $80 dollars for the food I would have got up and walked out. I had ordered 2 plates and edamame so it wasn t a big order, and I ended up not even receiving the edamame. The food was warm instead of hot like it was just cooked and the meat was bland. And to make everything worse, the staff were super off putting, almost seemed like they were trying to avoid the customers.

The environment was cozy and quaint. With sufficient lighting and music to enjoy the experience. They have a large menu on the wall or rather hanging from the ceiling. The prices are actually really affordable for the quality of food youre getting! The servings are large and the fish is delicious and fresh! We ordered the large Sashimi Sampler for only $25, which is Chefs Choice and was pleasantly surprised! The Escolar or Hawaiian Butter Fish (Pictured by itself) was melt-in-your-mouth buttery and clean! We also ordered 4 of their signature rolls including a blue crab roll. They were all not only delicious, but we were given an extra serving of salmon sashimi with the rolls! We will definitely be coming back! If there were any downsides at all to our experience, Id say the music was a bit too loud and the soda machine was really tall and I felt almost childlike trying to get ice into my cup. Lol. Update!! : We went again and it was even BETTER!!! We never leave without a huge smile on our faces and our stomachs feeling satisfied and perfectly full. We were excited to see habachi open so late visiting from another city. When we got in the girl at the front desk was dry, giving ready to go. The place was packed. I got hibachi poke, and egg rolls and drink my total was $50 . There was nowhere to sit so we tucked in a corner in front of the guy peeling avocados. After waiting about hour and watching absolutely nobody hustle, our food came out. It was disappointing for the price but we were staved, my friend immediately spotted a huge bbq bug on her plate. Imagine the irritation. This bug didn t land it was cooked, sauced and tossed. We were refunded. They weren t gross, but the door is open so the observation should be there. Really disappointed. Made a reservation about 3 weeks in advance. Kept contact while waiting for the date to approach, and confirmed the system showed the reservation was held 2 days in advance. Show up night of and the Host has no idea of the party. Seems to scramble to get a table together. NO HIBACHI CHEF ON DUTY! Waited over an hour for one to show up. Who then continued to proclaim it was second time to cook hibachi while making a mess and dropping things the entire time. For a business welcome reception dinner for those traveling into Fort Worth from out a state, embarrassed to have brought the group here.

A nice little hibachi spot within downtown fort worth that is a good pick up option. Food was decent and well priced. I had only gone inside briefly but it looked cozy. If you are looking for a typical cooked in front of you hibachi experience this may not be the place for you. That being said, the food isnt bad and its at a good price. Definitely something to add to the take out list.

I m not giving this place 3 stars because of the food , the food was amazing 10 out of 10! Shout out to the chef because he cooked that food to perfection and he was really nice. However, I am giving this place a 3 in customer service , let s start when I walked in I got greeted but you can obviously tell that I was new to the restaurant I m staring at the menu and the cashier is staring at me and didn t ask me not one time did I need help. I proceed to order my food which I got chicken, vegetables, and fried rice which came out to be $26 a little over priced but I don t mind spending money for good food. Fast forward to the food coming out the cashier/waitress just drops off the food and walk off , didn t think to ask if I needed anything , I didn t get checked on not one time I even asked her for some more sauce and she was to busy worried about going to Starbucks she walked out and didn t get my sauce , so I had to ask the chef! Which I feel like it s not his job. Overall the food was great but the customer service was poor!

Was in area with my son. Our first choice was close ( and actually looked closed permanently). So this was the next closest place. My son recently was introduced to the hibachi. So he was up for. It was a great and.plsent surprise for us. Friendly staff, good food, and a cool vibe. Was not what I was expecting to have while Texas but was.glid we found.it. my son had the stake and shrimp (#13), and I had the triple plate chicken shrimp and stake (#16). All was good with veggies and miso soup. Stake was a little over cooked in bites, but it was still good. We will definitely come back again in the future.

The guy who took our order was nice. Not very talkative.. but nic.. place looked clean.. Food was AWFUL! All the rice was dry.. the poke bowl had so much rice and almost nothing else.. If there was a zero stars, I would definitely pick that. First of all the customer service was horrible. The girl, the front had an attitude the whole time. Every time we asked a question keep in mind it was our first time there. Then the food came out and she didn t give us plates. I asked her for plates and she had a whole attitude about it, the soup was disgusting and the sushi was not good . Will not be coming back . Then, when we left, I accidentally left my wallet there and called over 30 min over and over and they kept hanging up on me . Horrible experience never again

Came in for a 7 turned 7:30 reservation after the restaurant moved it, and the previous party hadn t even started eating. No apology, no offerings of food or drink, and no manager giving updates on time. We waited an extra hour and a half from original reservation time before we finally sat down. There was eggshell in our rice, they clean the grills with dirty looking towels, and didn t come refill drinks until we were all basically done. You will smell like hibachi because of the poor ventilation in the restaurant. You will also get oil on your phone if you leave it out next to you because of how close you are to the grill. Would not come back.

I usually dont take the time to leave a 1 star review, but I walked in after a long day of travel to eat. I walked in the front lobby at 10:47 PM just before close at 11PM. I just wanted to order food to take to my hotel. A guy walked up and told me that I couldnt order because the kitchen was closed while he was standing in front of 3 cooks making food in the kitchen. Love the ambience, the music is perfect volume to have conversations with friends this is one of my favorite places. The only downside is the service sometimes if it s your first time the menu is a bit confusing and the staff won t engage on a lot of explaining. As well as refilling sauces (soy sauce). Think twice before coming on a Saturday night. We ordered food right behind our friends & they all received their food at a normal 10-15 minutes waiting time. We waited almost an hour & no one brought a single item we ordered. This is after we asked multiple times from the server about our dishes. We went up to the front to ask about the situation & they said they were working on it. Amazingly, food appeared less than 5 minutes later. However, it was all cold when it arrived. Reply to company: Friendly advice, if a company blames you as the person for making mistakes & does not own where they messed up. Hmmmm that s called terrible customer service. You see the difference from me and you. I am a person who takes responsibility when I make a mistake and don t blame someone else. When you are an overall organization with people who offer a service you are multiple people therefore your scenario is inaccurate. If you can t take a review (which isn t even constructive criticism and ownership of your mistakes) that s on you not me. I would take it and better myself.

This place has good food but you have to be patient. They cook it fresh. So dont come starving, expecting your food in 15 minutes, youll have to wait longer than that. The hibachi is pretty good along with their sushi. Seafood soup was okay. They stay open late on weekends. They dont have waiters/waitress so be prepared to grab your own forks,napkins, and chop sticks. This place is very casual compared to some other hibachi spots. So jeans and a shirt are totally acceptable Portion sizes are on the smaller side for the price.

Everything was mediocre. You order at the register first and then you pick your table and they will bring the food out. Had hibachi and sushi. Hibachi was definitely better. And the sushi rice was a bit dry. Seaweed salad was still thawing from being frozen. Soup could of used more ingredients in it, besides just being broth. However, the food came out very quick during the middle of the day.

Delicious Japanese hibachi with a lovely atmosphere. You have the option of sitting at the bar to watch the food be prepared, or you can sit at a table. The price is a little on the higher side, but reasonable for hibachi. They offer both clear soup and miso; as someone who prefers clear soup, its nice to have the option as many hibachi places do not have it. Food is great to-go as well, its packaged well and still comes with soup and sauces.

Only really enjoyed the fresh miso soup that blew my mind. The Calamari was perfect. The yellowtail roll was mid. The rice was dry.. My friend ordered chicken hibachi plate which was received hot in an adequate time, while my 15 pcs Sashimi plate took 50 mins. And I only received 9 pieces. I waited longer for the rest. The manger said he gave me extra pieces there was one. I ordered more white rice to go with the sashimi.. which I personally don t feel like I should ve had to pay for as I paid for my food in advance and it was forgotten about. I don t need a free appetizer or anything, but rice isn t a huge food cost. It s really the principle for me personally. Also when the rice was ready, it was placed on the wrong table. A dirty table of people I watched leave while I waited for my plate. Who I assume was the manager, did apologize but it was just really quick. It didn t really seem too important and I watched everyone else in the restaurant (less than 20 customers) be served before me. Honestly a very disappointing experience. I had high hopes. Absolutely shocking!!!! Saturday evening, ordering a basic take away. We waited 50 mins for our order to be prepared! It s quite shocking to see the level of service, or the lack thereof! People who arrived prior to us received their food way before us. The fact that Saturday night may be busy, is totally understandable. The problem however is the level of rudeness we encountered from the staff. I challenge everyone to go to this place and experience it for themselves. The manager was extremely rude upon requesting to speak to him. He told us that he d kick us out if we weren t patient enough. This is indeed not an exaggeration. I m not fond of placing one star reviews, nevertheless objectively - this is absolutely deserved. Shocking is an understatement!

Went for hibachi, tried to make reservation, no one answered. We show up and only one hibachi grill and are already reserved. They have random booths, tables, and areas to sit. Have to order up front and they bring the food to you, self-service fountain machine. To order anything else or dessert, you have to go back up and order. Odd set up and process. The food was decent, and the atmosphere was ok. Get to view some of downtown Fort Worth, which is ok. Recommend if in the area buy wouldnt go out of way to go again.
