As a whole, everything is good. The food is always tasty and the wait staff is usually really good! I will say that the greeters could use some help. I think that and the parking lot are the only things that could use improvement (and clearly the parking is what it is). Last we went in, we went on the site to pre-check in on the wait list and it said there was no wait. When we went in, they said it was a 15 min wait. I asked about the pre-check and she said to never trust it. On top of that, she was not friendly. They usually are very chatty, which is fine if they are doing their job too, but they could stand to be more customer friendly since they are the face of the restaurant. As a whole it is really good though!

This Olive Garden is phenomenal. It s wonderful the service the greeters and the waiters are wonderful people. They love their job. The food is always top-notch. I just love this one more than some of the others. Thank you Olive Garden for always providing great food and bringing back the endless pasta yummy for our Fort Worth tummies.

First ones in at 11 am this morning. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Trash all over floor in restaurant- place was not even remotely cleaned before they opened for a new day. General manager should be ashamed of this filth. Tables sticky, food on booth seats, etc.

What can you say, you either love it or hate it! I can count on one hand how many times in the last 20 years it didnt meet my expectations. They are always having great deals and great portions. Service is always top tier and they always go above and beyond for you. Perfect spot for a date night or just a nice time. Will always recommend this spot to anyone!

Our party of 4 recently visited Friday around 630p. It was a little busy but not so much that we had to wait to be seated. We had the Tour of Italy, Chicken Alfredo & the Grilled Chicken Margherita. Everything was delicious per usual! We did feel a bit rushed since as soon as we got our meals, our waitress dropped off the check. We hadnt even started eating and ended up getting a dessert anyway so the check wasnt useful at the time. All in all, we had a good time and will probably be back.

We don t ever visit this place for lunch and decided to give it a try. Typical Olive Garden. Good food. Quick service. Fresh bread and tasty salad. I came here more for the review of Kevin. Honestly, in all my dining experience from fast food to fine dining, this young man was PHENOMENAL! He went above and beyond with every request (extra lemons, ranch on the side for fried mozzarella. He packed up all of our leftovers and poured our drinks in to go cups! Like, seriously? Happy. Friendly. Helpful. Service was on point!!!! I will be back specifically to this location purely for his service! Thank you for the best service Kevin!

We came back again this year to celebrate our September birthdays. How excited we were to get Yarely as our server again. She delivers top notch service with the MOST beautiful smile. Went on Monday to celebrate first day if school with my kiddos... the food quality was horrible..the salad had brown lettuce, my son found hair in his food, the server did take care of that for him.. I only enjoyed the green apple sangria.. I use to love OG but food was not good.. was not worth the money and will not be back...

Got Lizette as our server and she was amazing! The tour of Italy was okay for me and the drinks were a little lacking on alcohol. However, the service was phenomenal! Lizette was attentive, sociable, and vibrant with her service. We noticed she had multiple tables, including a big table, but she never forgot about my girlfriend and me! Would ask for her again!

When you order a LARGE tray of lasagna you dont even get bread sticks and salad which they give out free dining in. Next time I cater Ill probably look for another option, spending an ADDITIONAL $30 for something they give out for FREE with every meal just doesnt sit right with me.

Got Lizette as a server, she got our drink & food orders then never came back to even check on us. She kept walking past us & helping every other table except ours. We got done eating & finally after about 10ish minutes I start looking for her (she would disappear for a while in the back) then another server, Roscoe, asked if we were okay, so I asked for our server. She finally comes by says our bill is on the tablet, which I had already paid bc of how much time went by & I ask for a to go plate & bowl for the entree & soup for my friend & I. She gives us a to go box and says i ll bring yall something for the soup, then about 5-8 mins go by & she pops back out from the back is walking past us & helping 2 other tables in her section, again. Finally Roscoe comes by again and asked if she came by I said We got the to-go plates but she was going to come back with bowls and hasn t?? Within about 10-15 seconds he brings us the bowls, asks if we need anything else, and tells us have a good night. She was inattentive and should pay better attention to ALL her tables or should ask another server to take care of them if she doesn t want to. Only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 1 is because Roscoe, who wasn t even our server, left a better impression than our actual server. We spent more time with Roscoe than with our own server!! I love this restaurant & have never had this kind of experience, so, it was more a server & not a restaurant issue. Food was great, came out pretty quickly and as always delicious though.

We were there for lunch. The Hostess greeted as well as held the door for us. After being promptly seated our server came to assist us. It was a nice and quiet experience. The service was great overall. We normally do take out. Kid-friendliness: Our great granddaughter loves it there. Shes been inside and she loved the activity sheet for children. It kept her occupied until our meal was ready.

The food was good, salad would ve been better had it been brought out sooner in my opinion , all the dressing was in the bottom. Waitress was slow , forgetful, & my opinion lazy. We waited way to long for drinks, salad , & breadsticks. I honestly believe she was waiting till other tables needed items before bringing us anything & even then wouldn t have what we asked for. I watched the other wait staff checking on tables, wiping areas down , & keeping up with orders while never she our waitress except when she had items to bring to the 3 whole tables she was servicing . My wife & I have always enjoyed the Olive Garden but now I doubt we will be back to this location for a very long time! I just hope she is coached on this behavior & others don t have to go through the same experience.

Placed an order for the chicken parm family meal deal chicken parm was dry and burned literally crunchy with little to no cheese. Alfredo sauce was separated and the pasta had so much oil in that they were unedible. Had to end up ordering pizza. Total waste of $229.22 and a disappointment for the birthday girl. Will not order again!

I never thought I would write a review like this for Olive Garden but I am so disappointed in the hostess and especially our waiter (who we have had serve us for years). We went to Olive Garden to celebrate my husbands birthday and the hostess had an attitude when we walked in the door - she didnt greet us just told us to sit down. When she did seat us she didnt give us any silverware or say have a good day. Very poor customer service. You could tell she didnt want to be there. Well we let it go because we were going to be waited on by one of the best waiters we know (of course I should point out that he has been slacking off the last couple of times but I wanted to give him another chance). It was a lot of little things that added up to a great disappointing birthday dinner. 1. I ordered soup and salad - he never brought the refill salad or asked if I wanted more. He also didnt check on us for me to request more. 2. My husband asked for more tea 3 times and was ignored. 3. The waiter knew we had a gift card and proceeded to grill us about our bill which was none of his business. I want to say the manager was so great. Thank you. 4. He actually called me wondering where his tip was. I have no clue - maybe it is with the iced tea you never brought. BIG TIP FOR SERVERS - YOU DONT GET A TIP JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE A SERVER - IT DOESNT WORK THAT WAY. YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED. YOU GET A TIP WHEN YOU LISTEN AND GIVE GREAT SERVICE. IN OTHER WORDS - DO YOUR JOB. PERIOD.

My mother, 18-month old son, and I come to this location after a wonderful day at the Botanical Gardens. We were served by Cassandra R, who gave very underwhelming service. She seemed to be attentive to our fellow diners, however left our table in a constant state of neglect. It initially started off with a reminder to bring a saucer for my toddler to have his portion of the appetizer (after much absence), followed by her failure to remember to give my mother a refill of water (despite giving two other tables prompt refills), and then I had to ask her for breadsticks after our main course had arrived and we were well-into the meal. The finale was the most frustrating issue as my mother was failing to find the QR code for her birthday dessert cupon. She eventually came around and told us she would return to help us, however after about 15 minutes, and two return trips to aid her other two tables, she was once again absent. And this is despite us making eye contact with her several times. The food was great. The restaurant was well-staffed and our area had five tables being cared for by Cassandra and her co-worker. Eventually we spoke with the manager- Ms. Shona- who was VERY caring and attentive. She was understanding of our frustrations and did a remarkable job of ensuring that we left feeling satisfied at the end of our experience. Thank you Ms. Shona!!!!!

I ordered a to go for my family of 6 and had 3 kids meals. 2/3 of my kids drinks had ants in them, which they had already drank some. I called in and no manager came to the phone and the to-go sever laughed and said they will check the drink station. I never heard anything back. Hostess Jose was rude after me telling him we had ben waiting awhile . His response was I was busy do something in the back WOW .! They had certain booth in the small section flipped up so you could not sit down in them . My wife and I wanted little privacy but were refused corner booth ( they had booth seat flipped up. Our server GRACE was excellent 5 starts and I mean excellent. The food was delicious. Great experience except booths being flipped up and rude hostess. We love Olive Garden and come all the time . 2 booths made unseatable and lights turned on bright at9.59 pm . Yes we know what time they close . I feel like I m at Golden Corral and treated equally. My experience was on a very rainy, busy Mothers day and the staff at Olive Garden helped make it a very pleasant day. I ordered a fairly large order for the entire family. Drove to pickup in the rain and my order was ready when they said it would,(along with the countless other customers). Bought to my car (curbside) and off I went to feed the family. Food was hot & good, beverages cold and everyone got full and happy. Hats off to the staff at Olive Garden working in the rain!

We had a big party of 19. Everyone s food came out fine except mine. They brought me the wrong plate of food. We waited 10 minutes just to order drinks. Then once she came over we ordered drinks, soup & salad, and fried mozzarella. It took over 25 minutes to get anything when it did show up my wifes minestrone soup was half empty. My Toscana was warm at best, bread sticks were cold and hard, The salad was brown and some pieces were even gooey rotten. Didnt see the waitress for another 20 minutes when she did show back up she brought 2 soups one half full and one warm no cheese to be found. We then asked where the fryed mozzarella was and she said she would check. It was another 15 minutes before it showed up. It was 9:00 p.m. but the restaurant didnt close until 11:00. And the restaurant was not very busy. Worst experience I have ever had in and Olive garden. We frequent all garden all the time and this was just terrible.

If service matters, dont waste your time here. Service is terrible. Sat at the bar where the bartender/server took my order for a glass of wine... with the biggest scowl on her face. 10 minutes later, no wine. Two other guests at the bar so not crazy busy. Told the manager on my way out the door... she really didnt care either. The obligatory sorry. Shouldve known from my last visit to this location. Equally bad where servers came to my table and kindly told me youre but in my section. Manager bought my apps that night for the poor service. Now I see its a pattern.

We came here the other day. My granddaughter wanted the pasta with Alfredo sauce. She loves it and I must agree it is very good. My husband and I had the soup and salad. The salad was all iceberg lettuce and not very flavorful. We thought they used to use romaine lettuce. The pasta fagioli soup was lacking something as well. We used to love getting this combo, but will probably get our pasta fix some where else. The service was impeccable.

This gets 3 stars because i usually dont have this bad of a time.. me and my friend sat almost 10 minutes without a drink and when the waitress finally came she rushed us...started to walk away before we were finished. My friend ordered the chicken and gnocchi soup..the waitress said there is no gnocchi is this bowl which there was no chicken either . Bottom of the barrel soup..we seemed rushed so we tried to hurry to which i had to order dessert twice with a 15 minute interval before she came back. The food was pretty good besides the soup broth but the service was horrible.

Our waiter was awesome! He took great care of us. Wish I would have remembered his name . He was so very helpful. Our food was great as always. We got fresh hot bread sticks and refills without having to wait and ask . He made his rounds and checked on us. We had the trio meal . And never ending soup & salad !!! Everything was awesome. Went to the Olive Garden off of I-20 & Hulen and with the temps so low (12 degrees) yesterday you would think they would make the restaurant comfortable but it was freezing inside. We even mentioned this to the manager but it never warmed up. I actually dont think Ive ever been in this location that it wasnt cold. Food was not as good either. Probably wont go back to this location since weve had so many bad experiences in the past.

I had soup and salad. Asked waiter for more salad. Didnt get it. Never asked if I wanted more soup. When paying with cash they do not give change back. Coins no dollars yes but they keep your coin change. They should tell people that they will steal your money if you pay cash. I will never go back and food was very bad.

So overall it s really good here. The food is the only part that lacks but I doubt that s location specific and more a reflection of the corporate food. Our fettuccini sauce was broken and the tomatoes sauce was not worth writing home about. The wait staff is very kind and patient, management comes around to check frequently. The food came out hot and in reasonable time. The prices feel like they are experiencing the same inflation everything else is so it can be a little bit of sticker shock when the ticket comes. It s a fine Olive Garden though and I think if you go in knowing you re going to Olive Garden you wouldn t be upset.

I am from Pasadena, TX and I went for a trip to Fort Worth, the weather was cold and I wanted a Tuscan soup, a big mistake in choosing that location. It was the most tasteless and overcooked Tuscan soup that I have ever been served (I didnt eat it) and that olive garden is a favorite place for us. Definitely when I go to Fort Worth I will not go to that place again... the waiter and the atmosphere are great, it must have been the 1st day of January 2025 and the coach arrived sleepless
