The ONLY THING This place is lacking is the well earned credit it deserves! Lemmie tell you why I say that. . You can customize any dish on their menu they have to offer from manicotti with alfredo sauce and chicken instead of its traditional red sauce and cheese. You can order everything on the menu however you want it. But it doesnt end there... not only is everything so customizable but it tastes absolutely amazing and dare I say even better the next day as left overs... it tastes like home-cooked Italian food that your mama made way back in the day when you were just a little kid.. you know like the spaghetti you had on Tuesday night and then put in the refrigerator that you would just heat up the next day and almost heated back up better than the day it came out fresh off the stove... Ive been going to this place for a while and I dont know why I havent written a review yet but let me tell you this place is fantastic their lasagna is on point theyre manicotti is great and I will always be a loyal customer to this place. The flavors collide together and create a phenomenon in your mouth and leave you feeling like you did when you were a kid eating moms spaghetti at home. 10 outa 10 5 outa 5... Thank you guys for bringing your food to this world I appreciate everything you guys do and I love your food... thank you so much!!!!

Delicious! Went with my husband and teenage daughter and we were able to just relax and have a great time with delicious food. I had the chicken parmesan sub and it was delicious. The bread is homemade and perfect. Well be back to try the pizza!

We ve had food before without incident. But ordered last night and both got gastric distress, I was horrifically ill. I thought the manager or owner should know- talked to the manager and he wasn t very concerned. Said owner was too busy to talk - all this at a non busy 3 pm. Hope they get it right but take care ordering chicken parm or the Italy Trio. Unless you are okay spending 3 hours in the bathroom with severe gastric distress.

Great pizza and even better spaghetti!! Servers were nice and attentive. It was a little dark in there but they placed a little lamp on the table to brighten things up. My son and husband enjoyed playing pool on the table they had there. All around a good experience :)

Every time we show up to pick up an order THEY NEVER have it ready. They claim to always be short staffed and the staff that is there are rude as h-e- double hockey sticks! I m amazed they can even stay in business. If you are a delivery driver I would suggest boycotting this restaurant as one NOT to pick up from. If you are a customer ordering food from this restaurant thru a delivery app.. expect your food to arrive late and cold due to the RESTAURANT not the driver. And if you order and plan to pick it up yourself prepare to wait 20-30 minutes this is one of the worst run restaurants in the area! If I could give less than one star for service I would!!!

An if you want a cozy feeling, and has in door dinner and staff really friendly you will love the pizza , youll love the wings and Sauces, youll love the Mazzarella sticks as well. We entered this restaurant on a whim. The place is dim but we decided to stay. Our lunch was amazing. They were beautifully made and gorgeous. We had so much good that we ended up taking half of it home for another meal. The service was great. Everyone was so kind. Im not a fan of pasta, but this place just blew me away! Came here because of my daughter and OMG! You can taste the difference in the rolls, the sauce, the pasta! Its absolutely incredible! So flavorful and light at the same time! Its the first time I eat Chicken Parm and I dont have to chase it with antiacid!! The atmosphere is splendid, welcoming and relaxing. Service was great even tho we arrived an hour before closing! I would recommend in a heartbeat! Love this hidden gem!

I ordered from this place via UBER EATS, this is not a fake name, fake order, or fake review. This review has been also shared with UBER EATS. This order was a complete disappointment! The items on the menu are overpriced in comparison to other restaurants. The restaurant kept changing the delivery time and the wait went from 30min to 1hr and 30 min. When the restaurant was called, the staff was friendly, apologetic, and explained that they were short one cook. This would have been acceptable had the meal been worth the time. Burnt bread, a cold pizza, and noodles w/ a little cheese and no flavor should not be called fettuccine aldredo. This entire meal was definitely not worth $50. I like to support small businesses, and have reviewed plenty in the Keller, Fort Worth, Watauga area, and this is the 2nd time Ive eaten from Luigis, but they have much to be desired and arent open to suggestions from customers from the looks of their reviews. Definitely, not visiting again.

Its small place with a heart. I really enjoyed how the waitresses greeted clients warmly. I also enjoyed how repeat clients kept coming in. ~The meatball sub. Big ol meatballs, with heavy cheese and marinara. Its too bad it was somewhat bland. ~The Italiano. An typical Italian deli meat sandwich that had a hint of spice to it. It was better than the meatball sub but still lacked some flavor. !!new Yorker pizza. Holy moly! This is the pizza Ive been looking for in my area. It says its light cheese and sauce but it sure packs a flavorful punch. Fyi. Wait to be seated. Place is dark for older folks. 1st garlic knots are free.

I would give this place five stars except the prices.... They are a bit high for the everyday individual. $60 bucks on dinner for two with no dessert and water to drink. I mean the food was excellent but, its not a working mans spot I guess. Running a business isnt cheap so I understand, but buyers just be aware before you order.

Pizza is outstanding New York style thin crust with lots of cheese and toppings. And prices are very reasonable, not overpriced at all. Waitress was very friendly, food takes a lite long to come out but I believe it s because they make it fresh. They gave us a free dessert since it was our first time in. They were very friendly. It does have an Italian vibe and artwork is nice. Parking is right out front and easy and restaurant is kid friendly. The food is so good that with a few small minor changes to ambiance, this place could be one of the hot spots for Italian cuisine, Put red and white checkered table cloths and candles from old wine bottles on tables. Play Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin music, add dried basil and dried garlic chunks for pizza toppings and the place will be packed. They don t sell liquor but they allow you to bring your own in, which is better and cheaper!!!! Great place. We will be back. Highly recommend pizza!

First of all Im not a made up person. The food is a little pricey for what you get. Its good taste for what we got. While we were there there was only four other people that came in. So dont know why we had to be there for 1hour and 15 minutes. When we first got there they brought us two pieces breads. When our food got there, we asked for more and was told it cost more to get more. I have never been to a sit down Italian place that charges you for more just their regular bread. My food just alone was almost $20. My Waitress took a long time coming to check on us. When I asked for a to go container.It took her almost 15 minutes to bring it to me. No joke. Once again the food is not bad but yall need better work ethics and not pick what customers to pay the most attention to.

The cuisine was great, and the area was quaint for my tastes. Nonetheless, I almost enjoyed my time inside and the food! But the place could use some work... When you first walk in, its near dark. Its got a shady vibe to it, like a hangout for a heist movie. Theres a pool table and some candy machines that add to that vibe, and the sign at the back really adds to that ambiance. The mood was spectacular! When you order, they give you these two things of bread that look AND taste divine. It was a highlight, for sure. I settled for the Diavolo since it caught my eye, and I ordered it mild. Food came out hot, but took a while despite being one of the only people in there. Its filling, but spicy even though I wanted it mild... Sounds pretty good, right? Well, a couple things. Its a small thing, but just walking in, I got hit with the NO MASKS treatment since a lot of people were catching sick at that time. Now normally I dont mind taking it off- how else am I going to dine in? Their thing was that they wanted to know who I was walking in. Like, yikes, was I on a bounty? I mean theres really no easy way to put it, but just a simple Please no masks inside, would have been fine. Then of course, the food. It wasnt anything to write home about, so I wont say much here besides it was okay. Overall, I wanted to try the cannoli, but I was dissuaded by the upfront expectations I had already. Honestly, I came for the cuisine (and lets be honest, the responses,) but found my expectations put down a notch. Its a good place, maybe fun to try once or twice. But not for me, sadly.

Man. I m sorry but the pasta from here was so embarrassing and lousy I had to post a review. But judging on the comments this person leaves under their terrible reviews. Their personality matches their food. Garbage I can t believe they have the audacity to charge those prices for pasta when it is the most bland and sad excuses for pasta I ve ever ate. The lasagna had NO lasagna noodles in it, it was a tub of marinara with melted cheese and a minimal beef. Their chicken Alfredo was so bland. It was like chicken in a can, and no seasonings. How are you going to charge such outrageous prices for such minimal effort for your food? Do you have no pride in your work or restaurant? You guys should be embarrassed to serve that. Customer service was 10 out of 10. We haven t had the pizza in years and didn t expect the crust to be that thin. It was mushy but burnt at the same time. The purple peppers were overpowering and slimy on the Luigi s special pizza. Between the burned crust and the slimy peppers it was not edible for my family. The garlic cheese bread was delicious thankfully it fed my family since noone could eat the pizza. We spent $45 for a burnt pizza and some cheese bread unfortunately.

We thought that we would try this place. It was in the afternoon and only one other customer in there. Really dark inside. Pizza came out burnt and really greasy- probably due to the cheap cheese and pepperonis. Weird thing was that the dough was rubbery in the middle and burnt on the edge. I would expect that if this was a wood fired place. Anyways - some reviews on here like it and others dont. The owner or manager will say that my review is fake or something like that. Nope.

We have ordered several times through DoorDash. A recent order got messed up by DoorDash and these folks not only made the order, but drove and delivered it themselves (and it was outside of their radius!). The food is great and a big step away from the big box Italian restaurants. Authentic and great portions. Always piping hot. Luigis, thank you for going above and beyond. I walked in and there were a bunch of people picking up Togo orders and I was dining in. I was told to sit and a waitress would be right with me, but after 15 minutes, no one came. There was only one other table whom had finished eating but was just chatting and again, in that same time, a waiteess didnt check on them so, I left. Weve been getting pizza to go 3 years now, great pizza crust, cheese, pepperoni etc, but that Italian sausage though is the grossest thing ever. You keep it in the freezer, gets freezer burn, then you defrost it and put it on our pizzas. You need to stop doing that, dont you know that it ruins the whole pizza?

This place is really dark and its probably that way so you dont see how burnt and gross their food is. The pizza was supposed to be hand tossed with easy sauce, but the only way I could describe the crust was soggy pita bread. The lasagna was burnt and one noodle was peppered and tasted weird, so Im not sure it was pepper, but Im going to tell myself that so I keep down the part I did eat. The garlic bread was really good, but unfortunately it is only 1 per person. The meal was also expensive and the waitress hardly checked on us even though there was hardly anyone there. Also said they would not make my husband a stromboli because it was their dinner rush. Will not go back and would not recommend.

Being from NY it s always hard finding a great authentic Italian restaurant but Luigi s is 5 stars. Not only is the food great but the staff is even better. I ordered off of DoorDash pretty late and no dasher picked up my order in time and it was cancelled. Kristeen called me and got my address and delivered my food herself. Really great. Thank you , I recommend getting your food delivered directly through them. Great place.

What in the actual heck is this place serving for food? It s called an Italian restaurant yet they cannot prepare a simple dish to save their life. The lasagna was downright nasty! Hard undercooked noodles, water for sauce and ten times to much cheese - not melted and cold raw cheese underneath. Pepperoni pizza was so wet with grease and other liquid that you could not even pick it up - the crust was simply disintegrated and dripping mush. Manicotti was straight from the freezer, canned sauce and again so much of this cheese it s gross. This one was delivered still frozen in the middle. Garlic bread? Garlic gross Stale bread with mixed garlic Maybe once you drink enough, it tastes decent!?!? This is the only reason I can imagine this place having any positive ratings.

the staff are all super nice to talk to and are very welcoming people. foods great and they stay open for a pretty long time which is nice too. been around for a long time and are good with pricing/portions. would recommend :D

Great food have been going since they opened. Its probably some of if not the best lasagna in DFW. The lobster ravioli is awesome, as is the shrimp Alfredo. If you are hungry and want to try something new, they will not disappoint you. Feindly staff good service and exceptional food.

Food was really good, as well as the service. For 1 person in the front and 1 person in the back....they killed it. Ordered large cheese pizza and tray of lasagna. Also got a meatball sub...quality. Please note that the family sized trays take a while to cook. For appetizers we had mozzarella sticks and garlic cheese bread which were both very tasty. Only con is it was super dark in there.

First time customer and won t order again. The only pluses were the food was delivered on time and the customer service was good. That s why it got 2 stars. When the food was ordered, the desserts were left behind. I immediately called the restaurant to make them aware. They said they called the driver when they saw and he would not come back. We are literally less than a mile away. No biggie because they refunded the desserts, were very apologetic, and said the next order we had, they would throw them in for free. Cool. We almost burned up some home Covid tests because I couldn t taste any flavor in my chicken parmigiana. Same went for my wife and son who ordered chicken fettuccine. The garlic bread was just bread. No garlic or butter flavor. We all had to sprinkle some seasoning from the cupboard just to have flavor. So after dropping over $70 for 3 meals, I quickly realized I would ve been happier ordering a pizza. Super bummed.

Theres no love or flavor in this food. I ordered lasagna and the lasagna noodles are mush, I cant see meat anywhere but I do see cheese everywhere. It is very tasteless and covered in way too much tomato sauce. I dont feel like they care.

We ordered online from uber eats. They delivered in a very timely manner which was great but the food was certainly not worth the $64 we spent. My chicken parmesan noodles looked as if it had been cooked in the to go container itself and was super burnt on the bottom. The meat was cold and flavorless they used alot more cheese than most Italian places Ive gone to so that was the majorityof the contents. The lobster ravioli was ok my fiancee said, just a bit bland. We tried to call but no one answered? Overall just pricey and not really worth it. The only good experience was that it was delivered in the time frame they said.

I wouldnt. Ordered through menufy and they took my order for $100 worth of food to the wrong address and when I called they were rude. Offered store credit but when I went to the restaurant to get them to remake the order they called the cops and refused to talk to me. Only eat here if you like supporting liars and thieves.

The place was very dark inside and lit with what looked like Christmas lights attached to the ceiling tiles, they did bring a table lamp for us to see the menu with. They dont have a lunch menu, and the chicken picata at $17.99 is like 5 bux more than you would pay at an average neighborhood pizzarea for dinner . The food overall was bland and served on aluminum takeout trays for dine in service.

Luigis has been the worst part of my Friday and that is saying a lot. Today they were offering a Buy one get one free deal for select entrees. When ordering online for delivery the online checkout did not apply the discount. I called to see how to get the discount applied and they informed me that they will automatically add the free meal to my order. Of course as I imagined from a place that looks like it does, they did not give me the entree that I just called to see how to get. I called back once the food arrived 45 minutes late and the same lady i spoke to tried to tell me I misheard her. She mentioned there was nothing she was going to do. I understand the meal was free but because Luigis said we would have it, we didnt order another meal and one of us has to go without lunch. Horrendous service, sup-par food, and barely even can be considered Traditional.

Ordered buy one get one free Lasagna, called to double check that it was actually going to come with both lasagnas. Order came with one lasagna not two. I called again to ask about why it didnt come with my second lasagna and the same lady I had talked too told me that it shouldve come with it and offered no way for the order to be corrected. I asked if there was any way to get the second one as I was ordering for my office and she said no the order has been placed and offered the same directions which resulted in me only getting one lasagna in the first place. Absolute trash customer service and I will add that the food was incredibly underwhelming especially after an elongated wait. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

This is our favorite Italian restaurant in the area. I highly recommend their meatballs and pizzas. Beware when ordering appetizers though, their portions are very generous! They are great for a family but too much food for just 2 people. We have dined in and they had great service despite being very busy with take out orders. When ordering take out I love the convenience of ordering online.

This was my first time coming here for Italian food I was disappointed I ordered some wings they were not good I can make them better at home I also ordered lasagna and it was a pan of sauce and bubbly cheese in the middle I didnt care for that either I also ordered a salad which came in a very small plastic container and the lettuce was not even green this meal cost me $30 I should have went to Chick-fil-A.

Ordered for delivery to give it a try. The food was amazing, delivered hot like it came from the kitchen directly to my door. I had the tour of Italy, which is a surprising amount of food, and my kiddo got a pepperoni pizza. To finish it off an order of canolis. Everything was packaged well for delivery. We definitely will be dining in to get the full experience next time. Please thank your cooks for some of the best fettuccine Alfredo Ive had in a long time.

Took 1.5 hrs to make our food when they said 35 to 40 mins. Would t take our pro Ted out groupon so I had to drive up there so they could see it in the app. Got home and one pizza was burnt and the other was wrong.
