I called Jasons office this morning looking for a quote on a severance package. I was transferred directly to Jason who took about 5 minutes to speak with me on the phone, ask a few questions, and give a quick rundown of information. I was not charged for this service and he was friendly and helpful in a short amount of time. I cant speak to a full-blown case with Jason, but I was impressed with and appreciative of our phone call.

Jason Smith helped me back in 2018 with employment concerns. He got me back where I needed to be. I find myself back in a difficult position again with the same employer and he took time out of his schedule to listen. He told me what to focus on and what to let go. Then he got me on a path that will hopefully have an excellent outcome. For employment law he is the number one attorney I would tell other to contact. He isnt going to steer you wrong because he listens and cares! In todays world that means a lot.

Jason Smith and Mrs Susan...What can I say? The most professional,thoughtful people around..Met them in 2007.Still get a birthday card and christmas card to this day..Go with them you wont be disappointed.They fought for me and won.They never laid down.

When I first met Jason Smith, I had no idea what was still ahead of me. As hard as it was for me to not focus on everything that I was going through, Jason encouraged me to live my life. Mr. Smith is not like other lawyers! He is classy, extremely knowledgeable, and has a very keen sense of justice. He can calmly and confidently outsmart the competition with ease. Jason Smith is a very intelligent and knowledgeable laywer. He is also very professional. We were involved in a very unique but unfortunate situation. I cant say if Mr Jason Smith is a good attorney or not. I never spoke to him. My calls were never returned and his staff were very rude. Also a $300 consultation fee to discuss a wrongful termination case seems a bit odd.
