Furniture selection sucks. Seem to cater to only one style/taste--mostly grey and sectionals with chaise lounge. Furniture prices are a bit high considering they cater to lower budgets. Decor and accessories are more reasonably priced.

Terrible Service From Big Lots & Their 3rd Party Delivery Company Texas Tier Deliveries . I Purchased Furniture Sunday & Scheduled Delivery Drop Off To My Home For 3:30pm Delivery Arrived 3 Hours Late & The Sectional Couch I Purchased Was Damaged The Wood Was Broken At The Bottom So Of Course I Didn t Want The Furniture. The Furniture Was Returned To The Store But Before Returning Furniture I Called & Spoke With Store Manager Who Promised New Furniture Will Be Delivered Free Of Charge & They ll Call & Let Me Know When. So When Delivery Guys Returned Furniture To The Store They Were Advised That, That Where Was A New Couch That Could Have Been Brought Back To My Home That Same Day But Instead Delivery Guys Wanted To End The Night So They Didn t Bring New Couch Back . So The Next Day Come Still Haven t Heard Anything So I Call Just To Be Told Oh We Dont When They ll Be Able To Bring The Couch Back They Already Have Other Delivery s Scheduled . . . & I Still Don t Have My Furniture & If It s Not Delivered Today Which Is Friday I ll Just Be Getting A Refund Cause This Is Totally Unacceptable !!! If I Could Give Zero Stars I Would !

The lady in charge was really rude saying my order pickup was put back and they canceled it. In the email it said it was going to be on hold for us till the 28th. She kept saying check my spam and my email for the cancelation. I have been checking my email and junk mail all day because I m also waiting for important emails. I m a really organize person because of what I do. She never did apologized or anything it was their mistake. At least the cashier was nice and sweet.

First time in this store, not crowded, good prices. Had a few things I could not find elsewhere. Initially went in to look at furniture. Broyhill, is their brand. I bought a towel set and a matching rug and not too pleased with them. After only a few washings, they looked more worn than my Walmart cheapies that I bought to hold me over at the beginning of Covid-19. So, I doubt Ill buy their furniture. UPDATE: Towels took a beating after the first two washings, but staying good, very free snags if any.
