RACIST..!!! If youre not Hispanic they will make you wait have you walking in & out of the back lying saying ot os no exam rooms when there are plenty. They called people back but they wasnt walked out to sit back in lobby esp. With having a 2:30p appt this is crazy as Im typing they are calling people back but not one has came back out to sit & wait I truly dislike this world and the people in it F Racism & discrimination you all do this as if other Races are not here legally or have been here. Very clean for especially for its location, it has its own mini movie theater on the inside. Be careful for loitering, there was just a man who walked up to us as we were leaving asking something beyond the lines of being part of the army and said he d make our headlights clean. It was very scary. But other than that this place is amazing and lovely!

I called to set up an appointment for the first time at this location. I was very clear with the person I spoke to that they would need to access records from a different Rodeo Dental location before the scheduled appointment. They assured me the would. I called a second time the day before the appointment to confirm, again, that the appointment would be with the orthodontist and that they would request records from our previous clinic. We drove 2.5 hours today to our appointment to find out we had to be rescheduled for another week because they did not request the records they said they would from the other Rodeo Dental location. After we waited 40 minutes to be seen. Now we are driving back home 2.5 hours after a pointless appointment.

It was my first time getting to take my kids here. I understand why my kids mother hates it when she comes home. Why well for one it doesnt matter if there is such a specialist there for that day of the month or not they shouldnt be calling or texting parents to confirm a certain time for there kids when the original time for the appointment was already made they tend to over book people for that day they had me come in at 9:30 instead of my original time of 11am which I still was waiting in the lobby till 10min till 11 so what was the whole point of me coming in early if I was walking to the back around my original appointment time this was for alot of parents saying they told me to come in at 930 we still waiting its already 12pm it was over crowded I hope someone can change this policy of over booking people or patients. Plus I hope someone can see how dirty these chairs are that patients sit on they look they havent been wiped down in a long time really scary on top of that when they take your child to the back and your not allowed to follow not saying they are dangerous people but we live in a time where you cant really trust anyone so its odd that a parent cant follow when a child is sedated.

My daughter and son just started going here. They didn t have good experiences in the past(at other dental office) so they were really nervous. From the moment we walked in they felt a little more relaxed. By the time they started the exams they were completely comfortable and enjoyed it. The staff is amazing. My daughter has to get braces. So they talked us through everything. They made sure we understand the process. They went over the payment process and scheduling process. They made everything easy and comfortable. We will definitely recommend Rodeo Dental to our family.

The front desk staff was so rude and unhelpful. I had to do their work to get my insurance verified. I had my insurance information faxed and my fax never came in. The benefits coordinator was not any better. I had to place my insurance company s on my cell phone speaker so she could verify my insurance. My daughter had her braces done by a tech not by Dr. and I didn t know about it and found out after, because I had to wait in the front waiting room. This office is unprofessional.

Im giving 3 stars for now and will revise it depending on how they handle this situation. My daughter got braces April 2022. They were removed in October 2023. From November 2022 to May 2023 we had dental insurance that would cover 1k of my daughters braces. It was confirmed by their staff that they accept that insurance. Even though we HAD insurance they made us pay out of pocket during that entire time. Here we are at May 2024 and they still have not adjusted the payments made/made corrections/submitted properly/provided a refund. Ive called literally dozens of times. They have our phone numbers and e-mail addresses. Every time I try to contact corporate about it they just send me back to the same woman that told me she submitted the wrong information to the insurance company to begin with. It shouldnt take a year / year and a half to get this issue resolved. My daughters braces have been off for 7 months now. Can we please get this handled already?

Go there only if you have time to waste. Every time I come there 15 minutes before my appointment they tell me to wait in the hall. 30-50 minutes after my scheduled time they finally invite me to sit in the chair where I wait for a doctor to come for another 15 minutes. I had a bad experience with teeth extractions in the past that kept me from seeing the dentist. I was really nervous about having 6 teeth pulled the same day at Rodeo Dental. Thank God for having a great assistant Alexia that stayed in the room with me the whole time being a good listener and also engaging in the conversation. Dr. Petty was awesome and ensured me it would take about 5 minutes after I informed him of my bad experience. I loved how Dr. Petty wasn t up tight like most orthodontist lol, he has a great personality along with Alexia. I would definitely recommend Rodeo Dental from my experience ..

WOW!! First I took my daughter in She had to get braces removed, and a new set put on. They did this same day, made it so easy explained everything so detailed they was so kind and generous. They made sure that my daughter was comfortable every step of the way from McKenzie who did her x-rays to the hygienist Jennifer to the AMAZING ORTHO TEAM Dr.Dugoni and Alondra. I have taken my kids to different Dentist throughout the years. I have never been so impressed with the staff front desk. Also, they have a mini kids theater, games to keep them occupied. It s just a great atmosphere all the way around. Definitely our new home thank you to the full team. We will see you in six weeks.

2/9/24 is by far my worst visit of the day the staff are absolutely awful, the customer service. They are just absolutely terrible. They will change you appointment without knowledge they the manager will try to talk to you like you don t know anything. I cannot express enough how traumatizing and devastating my experience was. I wanted to find a place thats open on Saturdays because I cant afford to take off work since I have 5 kiddos I take care of. I have not done anything for myself in almost a decade and worked really hard to have the job that I have now that provides health insurance. I wanted to do something for myself for a change and get dental care. Something so basic. My initial visit was very brief, they only looked at the two teeth I mentioned that caused me great pain and said they needed to be removed. Did not look at any of the other ones. Thats fine Ill get those two taken care of then go back to get whatever else done. They have an Oral surgeon that only comes out once a month. If you miss the call they dont even allow you the chance to call back before they give away that appointment. I was honestly already surprised that their dentists couldnt pull teeth. Thats fine I figure maybe it was a complicated issue Im not a dentist Ill trust them. They scheduled me at 7:30 am. But they also scheduled at least 10 other people at the same time. They take me back into a room an hour after I come in. The dentist comes in and I cant express enough how rough and aggressive he was looking into my mouth. An already vulnerable position. Then he leaves. Im already nervous because he was very aggressive. The nurse comes in a bit later for payment. Take my payment then have me go back out to the lobby for a good 3 hours before taking me back into a different room. They had me put on glasses and laid the paper on my chest 15 min before the dentist ever came in to numb me. They didnt even have the numbing needles or any of the things set up yet so he left. Every time the girl came in to set anything up she did not say a single word to me. They talked to each other But it was like I wasnt even there. Wild. After a while they had it set up and he came in to numb me. He did it so fast and so aggressively that I was uncontrollably shaking after. As soon as he injected me so fast and so furious. Seriously. Cannot express enough how difficult that itself was. They didnt say anything just left me there for 40 min. Im already crying because I felt so upset that I had decided to finally get some care for myself and this is how its going. Mind you they had 3 or 4 ladies at the front desk watching videos and talking. Why have so many of them and cant even have a dentist that can pull a tooth? I was baffled. When he finally came to pull my teeth it was after I unfortunately broke down to one of the dental assistants Im guessing after I asked her how long it would take before they came in. She made excuses for the ladies in front saying she had nothing to do with them. And tried to act sincere. Amber heard sounded more sincere and real in her court appearance. I feel bad for taking it out on her she isnt the one responsible for how things operate and is scheduled but whomever is needs to be fired and replaced with someone that can put a little bit more focus on patient care. Anyways, when he finally pulled my teeth he was in so much of a hurry to get it done or at least thats how it felt. No sincerety. It was like I wasnt even human. If I hadnt been dumb enough to already pay and been in pain for months I wouldve left. Its crazy because it looks kid friendly. I thought it would be a good place to go but no. 4 ½ hours there not even half an hour was spent in the back. Seems like they could have scheduled this better. As my mom says, doctors overvalue their time and under value ours. I would rather all my teeth rot out my mouth and I die of infection than go back to this place. The goal here is to get in as many patients as they can to make as much money as they can. They dont actually care about individual care. Im going to look for a better dentist and I think a simple rat in a sewer would be a big improvement.

I have been taking my son here since he was a baby! We haven t been here in awhile but came back to get his braces. We were actually there an hour ago and I just want to say the staff is very warm and welcoming! I was worried because my son is autistic and has difficulty communicating at times and is very particular about certain things, but the staff was very patient and even goes above and beyond to make sure he gets his blue colored braces since it s his favorite color. I just want to give a recognition to Sonia, and I believe Mariam is her name for always being so sweet and kind to my son! I highly recommend this place! Thank you!

My child went back for x rays and overheard some employees calling her fat after checking her weight. After speaking with the manager, she brought said employees in a room with us and accused my child of lying. We felt hurt but most of all so uncomfortable. Will not be going back there and I dont recommend them. I was hoping for such a good experience. This is a review I thought I would never have to write. The anti social behavior is not okay my daughter is also under psychiatric care this is not good not good at all. Update: They just sent me some chocolate covered strawberries and a box of chocolate as an apology. I got one phone call, called back and no one answered.

My young daughter had to see the specialist. She was very rude, did not say hi or anything immediately starts shoving her fingers forcefully in my childs mouth annoyed that my daughter doesnt like it. It was just a 15 min consultation. I asked the assistant about crowns and she told me she would ask the doctor after ignoring twice. She comes back doesnt say anything to me and hands me a referral sheet and tells us they cant help. Very rude and unprofessional people there. Dont take your young ones there.

I had gotten my wisdom teeth out today and Dr. Rezvani seemed okay at first till it came time to extract my teeth. He had to numb one of my teeth again because it didnt fully numb so he skipped that tooth and when he was extracting the other ones I started crying because the pressure was really uncomfortable not because it hurt and he said I was confusing him because he didnt know if it was hurting me or I was just crying then told me to stop crying because there was nothing to do for the pressure also something that was unsettling was he was getting mad at the assistant. The assistant was super nice and caring asking if I was okay I wish I got her name. Just in the moment I was just super upset and ready to leave. Im only rating a one just for this experience they are really good at what they do. Today was just not it.

This is my second time getting my braces and I ve never had a problem until now. I called the office to see if I needed an appointment because they left my wires extreme long and it s cutting into my cheek. A staff member said I could just walk in for that. On the website is says the close at 4 on saturdays and the lady said they closed at 3 when I called. I showed up at 2 and there was only ONE RECEPTIONIST there and said they close at 2. Very unprofessional with communication and now I need to go another WEEK with my wires like this because I work.

every time i reschedule an appointment they mess it up they are not good at updating the system, or they are just not even trying to push in the information you need to get it together on the rescheduling this is ridiculous. maybe thats why it always seems to be overbooked and packed up in there

My child had an appt with the specialist to take care of some cavities. When making the appt there were no other availabilities except the one that was made which was scheduled for 9AM. I called this morning to get some info verified for the appt that is supposed to take place today ..to my surprise it has been canceled bc the specialist could not make the appt, apparently they could not make any of the appts today, odd, but whatever. I was given a new apt date but no time, they said they will call you the day before to let you know what time. Our experience in the Pat with Rodeo Dental was not bad, it s always been smooth sailing. Def but impressed with this scenario. Y all just canceling appointments like ppl don t have to request time off from work. Idk that just didn t set right with me.

This place is freaking ridiculous! If i could give them 0 i would they do not even deserve 1 star! My daughter was scheduled to get her braces removed December 8 i had to reschedule to December 23 due to my job schedule. They call me today December 15 and tell me that i have to reschedule because the De bonding is going to take too long ! Like Really!?! Wow! I had to ask for this day off from work (December 23) like i get it its a friday December 23 a day before Christmas eve all they want to do is go home but the next availablity is the first week of January! My daughter has been looking foward to getting her braces removed! Now i have to tell her she is going to have to wait until January! I tried working with them! On going another day, another time and nothing they told me the doctor would not be inn on December 23 because he has no de bonding appointments that day well of course he does not you canceled mine soo unprofessional!

The staff were very attentive. Victoria at reception was very friendly and made my check in process quick and easy. The water spray cleaning technique they used to clean the tarter off my teeth was quick and pain free. There was no noticable scaping that I normal experienced at other dentists when they do the traditional scraping cleaning. I got checked in, got x-rays, got an exam, got a cleaning, and got out in just over an hour. Thats probably the fastest dental visit Ive ever had. Plus they have an arcade and a cool sitting area. Definitely five stars to me.
