I hired Mr. Brian Poe Esquire. He fixed the impossible. When I felt like the world had come to a compete end. All of my money and cars and businesses had been seized. 100% and I had already paid other lawyers millions in Dallas and Flordia for no results just talk and hype and serious bills. It was a big let down. I thought my life was over forever. I had basically 2 indictments and more on the way. I was on the way to be in jail for a few lifetimes. I was detained on the custody of the United States Marshall s service. Being moved jail to jail. Then a friend referred Mr. Brian Poe Esquire. He came in and in no time saved the day. I was looking at tons and tons of time. Never able to get out and see my family again. It was a lot of work however he worked with me and my family on a plan that worked for all of us. He didn t over bill like the others. He is 100% honest always. Well to put a long story short I m at Home now. Thanks to Brian saving my life and giving me a second chance. He has a pedigree from SMU law school galore. When he started as a Assistant district attorney in Dallas County he worked under the legendary Toby Schook. You have to be very special to be hired by that amazing lawyer who is a legend in Dallas. So if you out looking for a lawyer call Brian First he won t lie to you or rob you. He is always 100% honest and always comes through the impossible even under pressure. I hope you know he has helped countless others I have sent to him. One was facing over 12 years with another federal notable lawyer. I believe Brian with no help even to the government with one of the toughest federal judges there is. Experienced, Respected,Compassionate Attorney My Son was facing serious felony criminal charges which could have resulted in multiple years in prison. In all honesty in Mr. Poe being his court appointed attorney we really were not expecting much. Sadly this wasn t my sons first time in trouble and our experience with both hired and court appointed attorneys hasn t been the best. They ve often been difficult to reach and we ve found ourselves to be just another case file. This wasn t the case with Brian Poe. Not only did we find him extremely knowledgeable in federal criminal law, he was compassionate and treated my son and our family with respect. He took NUMEROUS calls from my son and myself and always took the time to explain every step of the process. Brian actually would take the time to message me when he would meet with my son just to let me know that he was doing okay. He s genuinely just a good man. In our experience with Mr. Poe we found him to be a dedicated, knowledgeable attorney with a great working relationship with both the DA and the courts. In court he fought for my son and was able to get the minimal amount of time on his sentence. I sincerely don t believe we could have done this without him.
